Crunch Fitness - use of closed class room

Hello,
I signed up for a peak membership under the promise that I could use the classroom when classes weren't in session to do floor work.

There is NOWHERE in the entire gym that has mirrors to the floor AND no heavy weights/machines in use.

It was suggested that I use the boxing area, where there are machines/ kettle bells/ and mma taking place, or the heavy lifting side of the gym with free weights and large weights being lifted. Both of the aforementioned areas are EXTREMELY dangerous places to lie on the ground.

At some point the employees just have to take responsibility, come from behind the counter and monitor the entire gym to make sure the room is kept up AND accessible to members.

The closing of this space is a waste of real estate that could benefit members. Please lock up whatever equipment needed as not to take a financial hit but all we're asking for is a clean room with mirrors that's not dangerous.

Our mommy group would love to have access ASAP.

Crunch Fitness - services

Hello my name is Mercedes Thomas and I signed an open contract which from what I read in my contract means I can cancel at any time what I don't understand is that even thought I have been charged multiple charges that were all incorrect and not authorized. I have gone into the facility and I have spoken to alot of people and every time I speak with them I say the samething.which is for them to cancel my membership. So now they tell me even though they have refunded me for all the charges I now owe the amount in order for me to close the agreement. I have talked to Sebastian who says he is the district manager which I no he is not. What district manager answers the phones. Crunch Fitness - rude reception

I was signing a contract with Crunch fitness and asking a few questions about the maintenance fee. The lady in the front named AMBER and GARET the guy with was so rude telling me that they have lots of things to do and cant entertain my question regarding the maintenance fee. I was just asking for more info about the fee because I am paying and I think I have the right to know where my fees are going. Very rude telling me that its either you sign or we can cancel your membership right away. I was expecting more excellent customer service since she has been working there for years. I guess when you get a position everything changes. I wana see the old AMBER who was very jolly and accommodating not the rude one.
Good luck to your new Crunch Fitness hopefully it will last.
There are lots of fitness centre here in Canada are we forgetting that customer service is one of the key factor to have a successful business. Please check.

Terrible worst customer service encounter. My gym location closed and instead of notifying me Crunch continued to collect membership fees. I have contacted customer service numerous times and have not heard back. Please advise anyone you know to never ever join Crunch. Given such shady business practices, I will make sure no one in my network joins Crunch in the future.

Crunch Fitness - membership

I initially called 1 month after starting my membership to cancel and was assured it would be taken care of. I then Went in person a few months later after charges continued and was again assured that it would be taken care of when the manager returned the following day. I have now noticed that I am still being charged monthly for a membership that I was assured will be canceled multiple times. All I want is to cancel my membership and am requesting a refund of everything except the first months fee

Crunch Fitness - cleaning the filthy floors

I am not usually one to complain but the filthy dirty floors at Crunch Black Eagle are disgusting. It has been weeks without being vacuumed or mopped. Also there are leaking roof, excess humidity from the pool that collect moisture at all windows. This facility needs a dedicated cleaning crew! If we are here to get healthy then it should be cleaned regularly.

Crunch Fitness - unprofessional & unreliable not opening at 5:00am during week

Hello,

This is the 2nd time in the last 30 days that Crunch Fitness in Schaumburg, IL does not open at 5:00 a.m. First time 11/28 and today 12/18. I waited 45 minutes today and it still didn't open. Very unreliable and unprofessional to have people that don't comply with gym opening times. People rely on opening time and I left Xsport to come to you and now Im going to have to consider going back to Xsport.

Crunch Fitness - personal trainer

I am a member at 40 Hanson Rd, Brampton, Ontario. I have been charged for personal training which I signed up but asked the gym to cancel it right away. I have been trying to get hold of KEVIN RACPAN fitness consultant for this location. But he never reverts back to my email. I am been charged for the service I have not taken. I have been charged for last 3 months.in the 3rd month I somehow got hold of Kevin Racpan, he assured me I will be refunded the money as I have not used the service for once. But then again for a month he didn't revert back to my emails nor did he respond back to my calls. After being charged again I got hold of kevin and then he setup a meeting with the manager for that location. Then the manager told me that I have to bring it to a settlement amount soo he charged me $150 as a settlement fee and assured me I will not be charged again for it. But then I got an email from my bank that I have been charged again for the service. Please respond back to me as soon as possible.

Crunch Fitness - refund - cancelled one on one training

About 3 and a half weeks ago I called to postpone my one on one training sessions. Only to be charged. I called again and expressed my concern and was told if the manager had not called me back that could be the problem. Told me that she would process my refund. I expressed that this also caused my checking account to be overdrawn, was told that they would take care of that as well. I called again a few days later. The manager told me that since he never called me back that is why my account was not put on hold.

Crunch Fitness - credit card charges

Good afternoon,

I am escalating this situation that apparently hasn't been handle properly. In the month of October I personally visited the Crunch location in Carrollwood, Tampa, FL to specifically cancel my subscription. The told me that cancellation was successful, however, I was inadvertently charged $19.25 on November the 7th for the month of November which I DID NOT used or even visited the gym since October. I waited until November 15th to see if I received the reimbursement for that amount but unfortunately I did not. I called the gym that same date and I spoke with one of your team members Alexa Carattini. She told me that she sent an email to corporate office and they told her you guys will refund the money to my bank account once ABC Financial releases it. Today's the 22 and I haven't received any refund. I need this issue to be resolved because probably for you guys $19.25 is nothing, but is a money that was debited from my account and it was not supposed to. Also, I would really appreciate NOT to be charged again form the month of December because once again, I canceled the membership since October.
