My tutor application has been pending for over 3 weeks. I emailed support to see if there was an update and they could not give me any additional information besides what I already knew. It has been much longer than what is stated on the website to approve me. Can you help with this?

hi, actually some of my documents were uploaded in course hero without my permission. when I saw my documents I was surprised. I want to immediately remove my documents because there are some of the documents have my personal information , my address, emails, phone number and certificates.

My tutor access has been removed by course hero since March 14, 2023. They informed me I have violated their policy but they cannot provide the specific questions or items that have the violations. They just insisted that I have violated their policy. I have asked them to provide the screenshot of the item but they cannot provide it.

I have joined for 1 week but I find the service shoddy refund promised 79.90 but I paid about 120 usd, so when do I get my $, please process asap, I cannot seem to access any documents freely after a week and again asking for $ for unlocks, this company shoumd be banned.
