they told they give free unlocks for every 10 documents. you keep uploading the count is wrong and they use your documents without giving free unlock.

Hi, when I used my gmail to log in, it showed bad request. Yesterday when I logged in, it was okay. I've tried to log in more than 5 times and each time it will always show bad request. on 24th September 2022 I took yearly subscription for $119 and today I checked and saw I was charged $166 for that subscription, so I want my full money back and I would like to stop my subscription as soon as possible.

I tried logging in to my account for crnursing18@gmail.com. I have an account with them and every time I tried signing in it tells me "bad requests" all the time and I cannot get in no matter what I try. I sign in by google but it never lets me through to the point I had to make a new account because I am unable to see why this issue is happening.
