My instructor has requested me to remove notes from my university immediately since I have posted them. All of the notes I received from my institution, for which I had to obtain permission from the owner because they were solely intended for university students. I unintentionally posted a few notes from my institution into course hero, which I need to erase immediately before the university's senior administration takes action. I requested that course hero be removed, but no action has yet been made. I definitely need to get rid of all of the docs from my account right away.

My name is Shaneel Narayan. I am writing this letter to inform you that an unknown person has created account on your site and used my card to pay for subscription an your service. the email he used I trend to find out about from my bank is [protected]@gmail.com. please i need action to be taken and please refund my money back. this accident happened on 30th April 2022. at night time.

I have seen from my bank a money of 44.85USD was deducted then I trended to file up request same night with PayPal. would really appreciate if my full amount gets refunded as I also believe I haven't used your service so I don't want to loss my money.

I've been receiving the same replies even I already stated my situation. It's like I'm talking to a bot and it's all nonsense. I don't receive anything helpful. I'm so disappointed. The first report was not problem so I figured it was only an error when they declined my request but NO, it has already been a month but my file wasn't deleted at all. I hope someone will help me because I'm losing my hope because of this support service. Contacting one won't solve my problem at all.

Hi, I'm here again to complain about my problem because it's still not resolved and it's almost a month already. I reported a file that was uploaded by my friend without my consent. I tried to report it multiple times and asked my friend to report it too but our reports were always declined and suspected to be declined. But the information I put were the same information I used to report some other documents and there was no problem and those were deleted. So what's the problem now?

If you'll check my email and read the content and explanation you should have already deleted it. I hope you'll read it and reconsider because you're literally wasting my time and giving me headaches.

Hi, I uploaded documents in my account without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded haven't been proof read in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. I want to delete all my uploaded documents to further stop misinformation and to avoid copyright infringement cases. Please help me. Professors in our school are asking all students to remove any documents they have uploaded online. Please help me delete all of my uploaded documents. I want them all be deleted before anyone finds out about it and read it, and spreads misinformation. Please do help me. I have also accidentally uploaded our research paper which is still in the process and it might harm our research if the document will continue to be available for everyone to see. It might also contain the personal/confidential information of my researchmates. It might violate copyright also. Please do help me as soon as possible. Hello, I want to complain about the replies of course hero to my takedown reports. I started reporting a particular file starting April 8, 2022 but it got declined. The reply said the the information I put might be a fraud. It was the same information I put on my first take down report and there was no problem and it was deleted. I'm confused what's so wrong with the info I gave. I tried doing it again and again using my different emails but it was still declined.

The file needs to be deleted since it is an unfinished thesis proposal that shouldn't be uploaded. Out university announced a memorandum that we should delete the file that we uploaded but none of the take down report was granted after reporting few file on April 8, 2022.

If someone is reading this can you please try to report this file?

I have been reporting a document since April 8,2022 up until now but still receives the same reply. They will not honor my report because it's a fraud? How can it be a fraud when I literally used my legit information there? I evn put my organization? What am I supposed to put there?

Our university wanted us to take down our files there and I will never be able to graduate if the document will not be deleted.

Our university announced a new memorandum on April 8, 2022 that we should take down all our uploaded files on this website. I reported the first batch and there were no problems and it was deleted. But after April 9, not even one of my report was taken down with the reply "we suspect the provided notice contains fraudulent information and we cannot honor your takedown request at this time."

I stated on my reply my situation but there are no action and still declines it. I definitely used my information and it's the same with the first batch that were take down. What happened to course hero? Please take down my file, I've been reporting it for straight 10 days please have mercy on me. I wont be able to graduate if the file is still there.
