I was out of town one day and I accessed my coursehero tutor account through my friends laptop, hoping to earn extra income. But I got mail saying unusual activity. I was asked for Id verification and document verification. I did all the steps and uploaded every documents required. But still my account got banned despite verification. No reason was provided though. I had around $100 already earned money. I couldn't access and withdraw my earned money. All income already generated was held.

When I logged in to my friend's laptop I even made sure that all the VPNs are turned off. Still it got me banned. I have talked to other tutors who got banned. They also said that after id verification it is very common that coursehero permanently disables tutor account. Is it so that they don't verify at all or is it because logging in to some other device is issue. If logging into other device is an issue, then I think if someday my device gets lost or I buy new one and log in there, this could also be a problem.
I had high rating also more than 93%. But still one small mistake (logging in to my friend's device took my id). Despite being a good tutor solving thousands of questions, helping hundreds of students, still treated like this feels very disheartening and lost my hard earned income more than $100 breaks my heart even more.
