First and foremost, I want to emphasize my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the closure of my tutor account. I firmly believe that the decision was unjust and based on incorrect grounds. The notification I received mentioned a violation of rights, yet no specific rights violation has been brought to my attention. This lack of clarity and transparency is deeply troubling and raises questions about the fairness of the decision-making process.

I kindly request a comprehensive review of my account activity, along with a detailed explanation of the specific violation(s) that allegedly led to its closure. I firmly believe in abiding by the policies and guidelines set forth by Course Hero, and I have always strived to provide valuable assistance to students within these parameters. Therefore, it is crucial for me to understand the exact reasons behind the closure in order to address any potential misunderstandings or concerns.

In addition to the reinstatement of my tutor account, I would also like to draw your attention to the pending earnings that were associated with it. As a dedicated tutor on the platform, I have invested significant time and effort into providing quality support to students.
