uploaded the required number of documents, why don't I have Unlocks?

Sine 3days i can't enter to my account with course hero app I can't use tutors question even to unlocks documents i can't what happened ?
Also another problem I have paid for three months but last time I saw only zero unlocks documents left that impossible because i only unlocks 10 documents since September what's wrong with course hero ?
Everything I'm trying with it doesn't working !

I have same issue I'm logged out of course hero I know my password and email. I paid full premium version for course hero and now no matter what I did , Its not letting me log back in. I have emailed course hero and they won't respond back. Please kindly reply at durshipatel21@gmail.com

hello I have same experience on this matter i can't enter on my account even my email and password are correct and suddenly there is no email regarding on this matter I just want to know if you recover your account and if it yes, what process did you take? Thank you!

I've had a similar experience..I've not had my account for 1 month (and got the annual premium) and I can't access my account at all. I've emailed the customer support multiple times throughout the day and nothing. I got one reply to my email through billing but I'm pretty sure it is some sort of automated email asking for confirmation number etc. I'm annoyed & frustrated.

Please check out my id I was automatically logged out from my account I am unable to log in its redirecting me again and again also i was asked absolutely many times ReCaptcha code to check whether I am a robot or not please help me out some time it's showing wrong password or email I did type right email and password they told me to wait for 1 hr I waited now again login page show wait again for 1 hr. Please clarify the matter and check my account

Course hero actually disabled my account because of a copyright issue I didn't upload that material intentionally I did upload my own materials that were mixed with my original materials in my PC so by mistake I upload them and DMCA disabled. For your information, I have uploaded lots of my own documents your team can check them in my account i often mistakenly upload wrong documents which gets denied so it's not an intentional act kindly review your decisions and activate my account again or just specify the timeframe after which my account will reactivate. Thanks
