I was really excited to find Dr. Najeeb Lectures website and their videos. They were advertised as being available for only $5.00, which was a great deal for me. However, when I tried to purchase them, I was charged $199.99 instead. I immediately contacted the company on December 1 to ask for a refund. They told me that I would receive my refund in 2-3 business days, but that didn't happen. I contacted them again on December 24, and they told me the same thing. I continued to contact them on December 26, 28, 2020 and February 24, but I still haven't received my refund.

I feel like I have been robbed by this company. It's not fair to cheat young students like me who don't have a lot of resources. I hope that Dr. Najeeb Lectures will do the right thing and refund my money. It's important to remember that theft is wrong and it's punished in all religions. I hope that this company will learn from their mistake and treat their customers with more respect in the future.

I've been messaging them every day asking for a phone number to talk to someone or what's going on, but no one will respond to me.

I went to the website https://www.drnajeeblectures.com/ to check out their medical video lectures. They said it was "100% FREE LIFETIME ACCESS," but when I signed up, they charged me $299. I was confused, but they said if I did what they asked, I would get my money back. They even said they would refund the whole amount in writing (emails). But when I tried to get my money back, they stopped answering me. I've been trying for months, but no luck. I even talked to my bank, but they said it was too late to do anything. They took my money on 10/9.

However, I didn't receive any response until 7/29. I tried again and sent more information on 8/1. But until 8/24, I didn't get any response. So, I asked for a response again on 8/26 and told them that I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. The website advertised the services as $5 for lifetime access, but now it says $99 for lifetime access. I was charged $598, which is not the price of any plan. When you complain they send you a form letter (as obviously this is a continual problem) that says the "terms of service" must be followed to receive a $294 refund. They do not make this clear on the banners. I contacted them immediately after I was charged the $299 and told them I no longer wanted their subscription and wanted a refund. They finally said they were going to refund it but it would take "a day or two". It has now been 13 days and still no refund. They send no actual receipt. I also have screenshots of their misleading webpages.

After I completed the form and sent my credit card information the fraud department of my credit union called asking about the transaction and it was then that I learned the company had tried to take $229.00. I sent an email to the company stating that I did not authorize that they take $299. The company stated that they would refund the amount in 30 days and that the special price carried "terms and conditions". Those terms and conditions were NOT obvious. When I went to web site today, it still states that the membership fee is 95% off "for today only". Their advertising is very misleading and the only way to contact them is via email. I am very concerned that my money will not be refunded in 30 days and I truly believe this company is a scam.

A *** ad for a low cost subscription to Dr. ***'s medical education lectures indicated lifetime access is available for $5. There were several positive comments and reviews for the website and lectures, so I decided to try it. The payment page indicated my debit card would be charged $5.00, and I clicked a small box with tiny letters accepting terms of service for the subscription. My bank immediately notified me of an unusual charge for $299 from Dr***Lectures.com, so I immediately attempted to cancel the order and request a refund. The customer dashboard has a non-functional button for customer support, and no contact information for the merchant. There is no link to the terms of service. There is no way to review payment history, cancel orders, or request a refund. A google search of the company showed several others thought they would be charged $5 but were actually charged $299. A public reddit.com discussion garnered a reply from someone claiming to represent Dr***Lectures.com, who provided an AOL.com customer service email address to request refunds. I sent a refund request to that address from the email I used to subscribe, and they requested my subscription email and my reddit.com username. I did not need a reddit.com username to see the public discussion, and again requested a refund with confirmed subscription email. I google searched the Dr***Lectures.com terms of service, clicked through several splash pages to find it, read the confusing language to find that new customers must request a 95% refund of the subscription fee, but customers are only eligible to request a refund if they enter their full name, school name, and watch 8 hours of lecture videos within 24 hours of payment. The customer dashboard has no place to enter my name or school information and I do not want this service. I am still waiting for a response from the AOL email address. My bank has provided a temporary chargeback while they investigate. I have reported this to the FTC.
