I bought a kaptop from cons it was a floor model I called to see if u could return it it wasn't what my wife wanted and I was told it was ok come up and they would take care of it. But as we were on our way I was told no they were wrong and that I couldn't bring it back bought on March 26th tried to return on 27th we have got so much through them and this is the first bad experience the manager acted like they didn't even care the staff wanted to help Seth is his nane by far the worst individual I've dealt with skylar was the one who helped me was amazing he just kept getting onto the staff saying gave you asked if they wanted to buy something

Desired outcome: I want to return the laptop and get the one my wife wants we have got so much through them
