My freezer of my French door fridge froze shut I pulled it open and the door broke off. I called to have it repaired and was told it would not be covered this is a 2500 fridge and I have a warranty. I am beyond pissed. Why make a cheap product? This is crazy that you buy something and the company doesn't stand behind there products. I want this situation remedied asap.
