Highly Recommend! We was lookin' for the lights to fix our fridge and freezer from 2016 [seems like they gotta come in pairs]. Genuine Appliance Parts had the right lights, sent 'em fast, and we put 'em in in 2.5secs. Hopefully we don't gotta do that again for another 6 years [rollin' eyes]. But if we do, we know where to go and what to get. They made it easy to find what we needed. Hopefully they read our reviews 'cause that's how they get customers!

I wanna give a shoutout to the Tech Support dude I talked to. I got this motor thingy for my fridge, but it was all messed up. The dang fan shaft wouldn't even turn! So I told the guy what was up, and he agreed it was a dud. He said he'd send me a new one pronto 'cause my wife was gettin' real antsy about the fridge situation. Well, the next day, the replacement showed up and now my fridge is back in business! Genuine Appliance Parts really came through and showed they care about their customers. I'll definitely be usin' 'em again and tellin' my buddies about 'em. Thanks a bunch!

I had some issues with returning a timer I bought for my dryer from Genuine Appliance Parts Sales. Turns out, the problem wasn't with the timer but with another part, so I didn't even open the package. I followed the website's instructions and paid to return it through the post office. I waited for a few weeks but didn't hear anything or get a refund. So I decided to give them a call. They asked for the shipping number from the carrier, but unfortunately, I had lost it (you know, those numbers get deleted from the post office's records after 7 days). Now, this company has my money and a timer they can sell again. I'm sure they'll eventually find it in their warehouse. I have to admit, they processed my order quickly and I received it without any issues. Losing the post office tracking number was my fault, but they could have been more helpful.

Genuine Appliance Parts is a great business that I'll definitely use again and suggest to others! We have a strange duel-fuel stove that's now outdated; parts aren't available anymore. If we had to replace our stove, it would've been a nightmare since it's 40" and most stoves are 30", 36", or 48". Would've needed kitchen remodeling! These guys fixed the part we sent and returned it fast, so now we have a working oven again. They were highly recommended by a local repairman who also uses their services. In a society where people just throw things away and get new ones, it's nice to know that some folks take the time to make things last a bit longer. Hopefully, we won't need them again, but if we do, we'll reach out to these guys. Happy Holidays! Now we can cook our Thanksgiving turkey a few weeks late!

I recommend Genuine Appliance Parts Sales and would do business with them again. I needed parts for a JennAir glass cooktop so I looked online and checked other appliance sites. I checked price, shipping times, costs, and return policies. Genuine Appliance Parts Sales had the best prices for the parts I needed, and the shipping time was quick and the price was reasonable. It took a few tries to get them on the phone, as I had more questions about the return policy. But when I got Greg on the phone, he was helpful and pleasant. He gave me the service I would expect from a local shop, but at a better cost. I ordered the parts on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon they arrived at my house via UPS. I didn't pay for faster shipping. I'm in Northern California and Greg said the parts would ship from California, but I didn't expect them the next day, especially on a Saturday. My repair technician had no problem installing the parts as they came with updated instructions. I would do service with them again. The website was easy to navigate and the parts had accurate descriptions. They had the best prices on all the parts I needed. The customer service was great. Thanks Greg!

This is an excellent company to do business with. After purchasing a Frigidaire stove at an estate sale, it appeared that the broiler ignitor needed to be replaced. Rather than call in a technician, I decided I could do the replacement of the ignitor myself. Genuine Appliance Parts Sales had the part I needed in stock at a very fair price. The item was shipped out immediately and arrived just as promised, professionally packaged.I would definitely recommend this company and buy from them again. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

I needed a part repaired and payed Genuine Appliance $155.29 on 2/2/22. On 2/4/22 they sent me the shipping instructions. I sent the part on that day at my cost of $16.10. To date I have not got it back. I have about 10 e-mails with various excuses. This part is hard to find for my washing machine. I did have to buy one for $250. I have been trying to get my board back with a refund. The best they wanted to do is refund the $155.26 but KEEP my board and not pay my postage.So what I'm trying to recover is (A) If the Board has been repaired simply mail it to me or (B) If it has not been repaired return MY damaged board with refund for $155.26 plus $16.10 shipping. If they claim they can't find it $250 for the board is acceptable since I have a feeling that it has been sold elsewhere.

I have had the Pleasure of Ordering parts from General Appliance parts. They do not JUST have the Best Product pricing out there... They have ,IMO, the Best Customer Service as well I was most impressed by their patience an professionalism when dealing with my questions.. Yes they are an Online Sales Company that Actually has a Phone number - that is actually answered Promptly by a Knowledgeable Staff member who answered all of my queries.. I am not in the trades but a member of the General public.. Yet they were patient and immediately had my answer. My purchase through the Website was seamless. The Purchase confirmation by email was immediate. Follow up Follow up Tracking information within a few hours. I would not hesitate to use Genuine Appliance Parts again.. BEST PRICES , BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased a Kenmore Elite electric range in 2005. It’s a 40 inch range with glass top and two ovens. The control board went out. Local service unable to find part, Sears parts sent two boards that were the wrong boards and after two weeks told me the part was discontinued. Searched online and found Genuine Appliance Parts Sales. Call them and spoke to sales person who was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process of getting the part repaired or replaced. Sent the part to them on Monday, received a email stating the part was in the lab for repair. The next Monday received the part back and it worked perfectly. To replace this stove would cost between 8 & 11k. It cost me $174.99. This by far is one of the best companies that I have ever done business with. If you have a broken appliance I would highly recommend you call this company for service. Gary P- Tennessee

I would like to say kudos to the service/parts area of Genuine Appliance Parts Sales folks. I am not a dealer or service repair rep, just an ordinary homeowner trying to fix his washer. My issue was my Fisher&Paykel wash machine was not pumping out water fully only trickling out. So I thought it was an easy repair of my machine by checking the discharge pump to see if it was clogged and if so ordering a replacement pump. I called Genuine Appliance and the service rep said instead of buying a $169 discharge pump, he wanted me to check one more thing which was the water diverter to make sure it was not clogged with lint or other debris before I ordered a new pump. So after undoing the clamps and pulling off the hose to the water diverter, sure enough I found it clogged.Genuine Appliance could have just sold me the discharge pump, taken my $169 with no questions asked. They were awesome enough to help me check all issues before making the purchase. My wash machine works just perfect now with full water discharge. They may not have made $169 off of me today, but I will definitely call them for all of my remaining appliances when I need to purchase a part. A customer for life, guys. It's nice to see folks going out of their way to help their customers.

I was suprised at the SUDDEN change in attitude from GAP. I purchased a range bake element 4/23/22 that was incorrect---and they allowed a RAN; which was great. And trying to diagnose my broiler element working is trying. I ordered the correct part, but it wasn't the issue---and yet, GAP refused to take a NEW part back 4/27/22. The *** (***?) said the part was used. I argued that it was not, and remains in new condition. They still refused to take the return. My feelings of them being a great company, 5-star; just went down to 1-star---for poor customer service. Expecting customers to be techs is wrong. I didn't have a multimeter to test the unit prior to install, which is what he said I should've done...ANd now what do I do w/a new element? This is a good way to lose customers and their confidence. My complaint is that this unit is still new, not used---and re-saleable. He disagreed and refused to take it back. I was going to need additional parts, but I guess---not now, since they refuse to help me.
