Wendy’s raw chicken sandwich

Hello. My name is Cindy, I went to a Wendy's location in riverdale, MD on Tuesday 10/31/17 and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a salad. The chicken in the sandwich was raw and cold. I couldnt go back and say it was raw and cold I had just gotten home from a long day at work, so I called the location and spoke to the manager and stated what was wrong and she gave me attitude, & said " we cooked the chicken good " I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me and did not offer any apology or refund. I asked how can we resolve this issue and she said " there's no issue and hung up" i try calling another Wendy's company yesterday and told me to submit a complaint.

Wendy’s pissed off

So I went to Wendy's with my family today at 8:26pm I order my food and they were very rude the chick rushed me the whole time so I get to the window tell her I was rush I wanted no ice so she rolls her eyes slams the window which wouldn't even close hard and fixes it, no apology no courtesy no nothing passes me my food no thank you no have a nice day and my drink looks weird and food cold!

Wendy’s service and meal

Went to Wendy's in Salem today, against my better judgement... food is always nasty. Thought how Dan they screw chili up and simple sandwich. But they did. Let alone chili 10$! Smelled rank, spoiled? Not filled full and told can't get money back. Always! Smells like sewage there anyways. Very bad !
I have worked places, but don't understand the attitudes and pride in places except there isn't any anymore.very ! Sad

Wendy’s drive thru service

Today 11/1/17 at about 3:45 p.m. I visited the local Wendy's to buy my family dinner. Upon arriving through the drive through, it was fairly slow, it was several minuets before I was even greeted. I was taken aback by the tone that was used when I was greeted and also the greeting itself. The person working said "What would you like?" no 'hello' or 'sorry about your wait'. I proceeded to order. I said "Okay, I'd like a baked potato plain." and I paused for just a moment to remember what my husband wanted and was about to speak again and I was interrupted by "What else...?" coming through my window. I then rushed to finish my order, as I felt like I was disturbing them or something. and when I pulled up I handed out my card. I did this with no order conformation (I intended to check the receipt). The women handed me the food and said "Here." and nothing else and I drove off so thrown off by the lack of customer service that I forgot to ask for my receipt. My order was correct however the customer service was appalling. I frequent this Wendy's so this upset me. I enjoy the food, but I do not enjoy being treated like I ruined their leisure time. Please address this with your employees please. Its really discouraging. I did not get the womens name but to be honest no one I saw working treated me with any respect what so ever.

Wendy’s wendy's chicken homestyle

Hi, I had not purchased wendys producst for some time since i was on a diet. I purchased yesterday the homestyle chicken and it was really good that I decided to go and order it again today, what a dissapointment, the chicken is hard, seems it may have been left cooking more than necessary.

I just wanted to let you know of this since I was so dissapointed with the sandwich and I am already back in my office, I will have to eat whatever I can salvage from the sandwich. Definitely not fresh.

Wendy’s food and service

Went through drive through ordered 10pc chicken nuggets meal, with bbq sauce, medium fries, dr.pepper and a small chocolate frosty, paid for food with card, was given my food noticed no frosty asked for got a grumble from employee, checked bag no bbq sauce, asked employee again got a grumble, went home, got all the way home only to realize never gave me my card back, drove all the way back manager came gave me card, only thing for a response was it happens, went home and ate cold nuggets and melted frosty not happy

Wendy’s wendy's

I live in Mountain Home Arkansas and visited the Mountain Home Wendy's today. I ordered a baked potato, spicy chicken go wrap and Jr cheese burger deluxe. This Wendy's usually does pretty well with getting orders correct so I didn't check the bag before I left and it also was not very busy. By the time I arrived home and finally sat down to eat I got to find out that I did not receive my wrap and also did not even get a receipt for my order. This is very frustrating to me since it was a simple order of 3 small items and not very busy at that time. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Wendy’s denial of service

I visited the store on 17331 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 to order my mother food who was in a hospital for the past 12 hours without eating with my sick grandmother. Upon arriving at the drive thru I asked for a Small Chili and with a very rude tone I was told "we don't have that" with no proper introduction welcoming me to the establishment. I than proceeded to ask for an order of 6 piece chicken nuggets, was again told in a rude tone "we don't have that". I asked the young lady what was available to order and was responded with again a rude "we have NOTHING" and than heard laughter. Very disappointed with the treatment I received from this location. I have been to many Wendy's locations throughout the United States and have never been treated this way. Defiantly should do something about the management running this facility.

Wendy’s poor service

There continues to be only one attendant taking orders on Sundays at the Brevard, NC store. I have complained repeatedly about this and nothing seems to improve. Either this gets addressed or I will begin to dissuade any and everyone I speak with from patronizing this establishment. My family has repeatedly tried to some at this restaurant, but always with the same result---poor service!

Wendy’s orland hills, il store

I've had the 2 worst experiences at Wendy's store #[protected]. On 10/5/17 I was there and waited over 20 minutes in line when there was only a few customers ahead of me, the screen in the drive thru didn't work, the person taking my order was rude, I was promised a receipt at the 1st window, never got it, didn't get part of my order, was given a nasty look when I asked for my receipt, the car in front of my left & the food was terrible.
Yesterday I went back only because people in my household wanted it, and I spent 15 minutes in line, the screen still didn't work, I was made to feel stupid, embarrassed by being laughed and pointed at by some young girl, she order s me the wrong items, repeated the wrong order back and when I corrected her she said that's what I said, but she didn't because I ordered chicken. She said there are no choices of spicy on the Asiago club sandwich, I given the wrong items & disrespected by having the server roll her eyes and at me and Make faces. She purposely over filled my pops so they were soaked and sticky, but she gave me smalls when I paid for larges, then was upset when I asked for larges. She was also mad when I asked for 2 straws for the drinks and then my receipt.
I submitted a complaint & was told I'd be contacted by the manager, but no word from them. I'd like compensation for my bad experience.

Wendy’s jbc

I recently changed my schedule at work and offered to make the lunch run for my co-workers who now have to work Sunday's. I have 30 minuetes to get my lunch and log back into work. I ordered a JBC meal no tomato. The receipt specifically states no tomato. I have tomato on my burger. With no additional time to return to the restaurant, I am left with nuggets and fries.

Wendy’s drive thru service

The date was October 29th, 2017 at 12:30am and the Wendy's address is 3803 E Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64127. I had pulled up at the drive thru behind a car that was waiting next the intercom. I'm assuming they had the car wait to place the order or the person in the car was deciding on what to order. After about a few minutes of waiting the person placed their order and proceeded forward behind another two cars at the window. I pulled up next to the intercom and recieved no response at all. I waited for about 10 minutes until I finally uttered "hello?". A girls voice responded back to me saying, "we're closed". This Wendy's doesn't close until 1am on Saturdays, according to the restaurants website and policy. I responded back "I thought you guys don't close until 1am", twice because I don't think she heard me the first time. It was 12:45am and I could've ordered sooner had She responded as soon as I approached the intercom. She responded back with "all of our systems are down, and we don't have much food. So just tell me what you want and I'll see if we have it!" In a rude manner. I of course decided not to order anything as I was afraid they would do something to the food, and because what they would give me I assume would've been what's been sitting around there for some time. It angered me that I approached the intercom and no response at all until about 10 minutes but only because I said "hello".

Wendy’s wendy’s off maxtown rd in westerville, ohio

I am now sitting in an Arby's restaurant eating a meal because Wendy's did an ackknowledge or serve me when I went into their dining restaurant. I went in and was the first person in line & was there 9 minutes before turning around and coming here, to Arby's. Nobody said hello. Nobody said I'll be with you in a minute. Not one person looked at me and said a word. This isn't the first time this has happened. They are more concerned about that drive-through than they are the people that actually get off their butt and go inside their restaurant. This is the Wendy's located in Westerville, Ohio, on max town Road Polaris prkwy) Even the manager glanced at me and didn't say a word. She's very tall with the dark hair and slim. Hope you can make the appropriate changes in your staff. The guy who ignored me is a short black kid with twists in his hair. Thanks, unfortunately, I'll never eat at your restaurant again. Wendy’s spicy caesar salad and large fry

I went to Wendy's and got a full size spicy ceaser salad and a large fry, so spent 10$. And the salad had at least a 1/4 inch of standing water in the container and I had to strain my salad and the cheese and chicken was ruined. It was disgusting and a waste of money. I have gotten this salad many times and spend quite a bit of money at Wendy's and am sad to have hadn't such a disturbing experience to where it makes me not want to go back.

Wendy’s sugar cookies

I came into Wendy's about 12:30pm and the lady said she would be right with me. Whenever she came back I asked herwas that all of the sugar cookies you have.(I was pointing to the dark burnt looking cookies that were inside of the case or holder) She replied yes and pointed to another sugar cookie on the bottom row (which you can tell it was not fresh and not cooked with the others because it was a complete different color and shape) I then told her that was ok then i will just get the nuggets. I ordered and received my order very fast and it was hot and fresh. NO COMPLAINTS THERE! Its just I use to manage a fast-food restaurant and if we had new product I would make sure it was cooked RIGHT! I have been to all 3 Wendys here in Dothan So and all 3 have been a disappointment. Today I gave you guys another try and I get THIS! IF your employees cannot cook the product right by procedure then there clearly is a problem. I know this is a lot for some cookies but if its new product then I shouldn't be COMPLAINING AT ALL! Thank you

Wendy’s employees

Good evening,

I am conplaining about a Wendy's near me in Canada, Nova Scotia, the Burnside location.
My younger sister works at this location, and deals with so much inappropriate stuff during her shifts. Almost ALL of her managers with the acception of ONE are awful. There is a manager who goes by the name Kelly who shows up to shifts DRUNK and brags about how she sleeps with different men to the children working at the store. There is a manager who goes by the name Mycha who treats the employees like crap, by leaving them to wait outside themselves at 10:30 pm when their rides are running behind, and locks them out of the store when they've done something wrong. Another manager who goes by Montelle who lets his friends into the store after hours to walk around the store when nobody else is there. This store needs serious help and strict eyes watching them at all times. This is VERY unprofessional.
I hope someone will care enough to do something about this store that is getting out of hand.

Wendy’s service

I just came from the Wendys on Central Ave and Eastway ...in Charlotte nc 28205. EVERY TIME I go to this location something is wrong with the order. Last time I went, the nuggets were hard as a rock, as if they re-fried them. Today I ordered the 4 for 4, a taco salad and cookie. They had a chicken sandwich with tons of mayo on it...very very sloppy, a small chili, the salad and a almost burnt cookie that was hard as a rock and very crumbly. I went back around the window...and told them that I didn't have all my food...they looked inside the bag...gave me a bag with the nuggets and fries. I asked was everything else in bag...she said yes. There were no condiments...no utensils... no straws. This location NEVER get your orders right, and it is very frustrating.

Wendy’s racist staff and poor service

The Wendy's at 700 east gay street in West Chester is the worst the staff will talk about you in face in Spanish it's very rude and unprofestional I had a coworker in my car for lunch who is Hispanic and told me they were talking about my nails and hair even my car while I'm waiting 12 minutes for a sandwich it's sad I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Wendy’s counter service

I was at Wendy's on McLeod Road in Niagara Fall, Ontario today. The counter lady got me a lemonade from behind the counter and then spilled it all over that same customer counter. In the meantime I could see my order completed and waiting. She decided to clean up the entire mess, then refill my drink and then finally get my hamburgers that have been sitting ready for five minutes. During this time no other staff member offered to help her out so the incoming line continued to grow. It gave a very poor impression to everyone there and redefined the phrase "fast food". I guess its Harvey's from now on.

Wendy’s not being paid

Hi my name is Adriana Pacheco. I'm contacting you because I worked for one of your stores in Aurora CO off tower and Salida . I worked one day which was August 13th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. I still have not been paid. I try and activate my card it tells me to talk to my manager. When I try to contact the manager Lily she is never in the store or to busy to talk to me. I'm getting frustrated about the situation. And I think it's ridiculous that I have to wait so long to get paid for 6 hours. Thanks for your help.
