I have a pending charge on my checking account for $27.00. This charge was not authorized by me. If paid, I seek a refund of same. If being treated as an automatic charge on my account, I want it stopped now.

At&t "vesta" has hit 2 different credit cards of mine, 3 times a month for the past year for charges to the tune of 1k. cancelled my credit cards and put a privacy block for any vesta charges. once I did that, I oddly got (via snail mail) a letter from a collection agency called ic which I suspect is related to vesta telling me my at&t bill was delinquent and they wanted me to give them my checking account information, so another scam. check all your statements and do not be fooled by these collection agencies!

I got a pre paid phone and after a month the card I used had expired and been cancelled. I went in the next month to pay cash. The following month I didn't want to renew so I didn't go into pay. I got a text that my plan had been renewed. I went I tot the store and they called a 1800 number. The guy wouldn't tell me what card was charged or who paid for my next month, even though he verified me and my number. I checked all my ccd statements and found vesta charged a card I had never given them. They had to have STOLEN the card info when I called into the credit card to make a payment on it. They recorded the call and stole my account info from a card I NEVER gave to them. This company should be sued and shut down immediately for their intentional fraud. I'm filing a lawsuit to sue them my self. Maybe I'll make it a class action.

I never had a go phone and they still talking money from my account. My bank had to cut up my card and give me a new checking account to stop them they took $49.33 out of my account twice a month for four months. All I have with at&t in internet. I really hope someone does something about this because they are taking alot of people money with no consequences.

I will never use at&t again. Just found out that they have been taking 49.33 out of my account twice a month for 4 months on top of the 78.00 I pay every month. Yet when you call them all they can say is we don't have a record of that. Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against them. That's one lawsuit I would be front and center for.

I got a charge of $27.43 on my debit card for air time bought in 4/17 for a go phone I have never had. When the bank requested backup documentation it stated that authorization was given in 9/13, nothing else. None of it makes any sense as there has never been a bill or charge all these years. I have the same address and phone number for decades and paid my bills by check. This scam is making millions of continuous unauthorized charges. Why can't a fraud protection from the government step in?

You are some seriously sad ### people! I am a young widow raising four small children on a tight budget, I just recently got 47 dollars taken from my account from Vesta, I had to look you up because I have NEVER heard of you, I have NEVER had a go phone, and I have NEVER had service with AT&T. When calling to resolve this matter I found it quite humorous that on your menu #1 was for people calling about a charge on their card that they did not authorize, you have to have a lot of people calling with that problem to make it top priority. I am getting the run around about getting my money back and I find it sicKENING and immoral.

To follow is my letter to the CEO of AT&T
Dear Mr. Stephenson,
Recently I learned that a company called Vesta was charging my credit card account $40.75 every month for the last six months. When I called Vesta, they told me they were billing me on behalf of the AT&T Go Phone. In October, 2015 I purchased a Go Phone, but canceled the order the next day because the phone would not fit my daughter's needs. When I went into the AT&T store, here in Savannah, they lined me up with new cell service that was more suited for both mine and my daughter's needs. At that time, the sales associate - Justin Briggs - said he would cancel the Go Phone. I never signed or agreed to anything that would allow AT&T/Vesta to charge my credit card. When I asked Vesta to produce the documents authorizing these charges, they told me I would have to provide them with a court order. When someone from your office contacted me on this matter, he told me this was out of the hands of AT&T and I would have to deal with Vesta. I think this is a neat little game you all have going - where you give Vesta your customer's credit card information - without your customer's knowledge or permission - then wait for the proceeds to come back to AT&T. It would appear that AT&T and Vesta, being partners in crime, are making a lot of dishonest money off of your unsuspecting customers. I have requested all of my financial institutions to BLOCK Vesta and AT&T from charges to any of my accounts. Additionally, I have gone to every web site I can and advised all of your poor unsuspecting customers to do the same. This is stealing and it is sad that AT&T has sunken so low. For the last 25 years I have had cell service with AT&T. I have been a loyal customer, and always paid my bills in full and on time. The money you could have made off of me as a continued customer, verses the money that you have stolen, is sizable. This would seem like a bad business decision to me, but you are the one running the company

They are definitely lying. They practice fraudulent activities which customers are being ripped off royally. They take out your money, deny you ever call for cancellation of service and then tell you they have a no refund policy. I believe this company conspires to legally rob people and get away with it. This is a highly despicable way to treat the public. I have read many, many complaints similar to mine. This company should be investigated for their fraudulent activities.

only if you give them your cc# to track it and if the account has been changed they NEED the new account number to authenticate the account... F*ing not a chance.
