Tim Hortons very poor customer experience

Drive through at the 7995 Dixie Rd Brampton location has very poor customer service. They focus on the speed and often gets the order wrong as well as delivering the order in a manner that seems to resemble feeding animals. Another important note is that I have on repeated occasions I advised the attendant who works the drive through window, to not handle money and then grab napkins and place in my bag with the food as this is completely unhygienic.
I am there five (5) days a week for breakfast for the last year and think that I would have to start trying somewhere else! Very Frustrating!

Tim Hortons poor service/always out of product

The Tim Hortons located at 1800 Tranquille Rd. Kamloops, BC V2B 3L9 is never prepared, always out of product, and consistently provides poor service. I have been going there 2-3 times a week for the past year and am completely fed up with always being told they don't have what I want. I always have to leave there empty handed and pick up something from somewhere else. I am done trying to order from this location. This issue really needs to be addressed. Customers should really be compensated for the inconvenience and poor service that this location offers. It's making you guys look bad. I say it's time for new management!

Sincerely,
Amanda Mansell

Tim Hortons staff

I have had many issues at this particular Tim Hortons and have spoke with management regarding some of them. One issue I have had numerous times is that I have to drink decaf because of medical reasoning. Several times I have had to stop a employee from giving me regular coffee. I don't even dare go through the drive thru anymore because I am afraid it will end up being regular coffee instead of decaf. A couple days ago when I went to get coffee the girl started pouring decaf and apparently the pot emptied out so she began filling it the rest of the way with regular. I told her that I couldn't have regular coffee mixed in so she slammed the coffee pot down and made a noise. She.proceeded to rudely tell me that I would have to wait a few minutes until the pot was done. Had I not already paid I would have left. There was absolutely no reason for her to be rude to me. Had I not been paying attention I could have had a medical issue if I drank the coffee she originally made for me.
I love Tim Hortons coffee and honestly it is the only kind I drink. I am at the point where I am considering not going to tim hortons anymore.

Tim Hortons about brian the manager

I'm you're regular customer for many years and 365 days a year

I don't know why you hired Brian as a manager for Tim hortons
I've never had any problems there but Brian the manager

He's a very prejudice man
He shouldn't be treating my the way he's treating me

Tim Hortons yesterday's service

Yesterday afternoon as I was sitting down enjoying my coffee I witnessed horrible service here. There were two younger woman stuck at drive thru, one was black with glasses and the other was skinny and white with dark hair. Also there were two young men one was making sandwiches while the other was taking out the garbage. I had no problem with them or the drive thru people. Another young lady skinny and lighter skinned was mopping and sweeping and she was also kind enough to help counter or drive thru when needed. What did piss me off was the older women either 18 or 19 one heavy set and the other skinny both with glasses stood at counter for almost 45 minutes talking to friends and not helping anyone else out. This is very unprofessional and I consider management to choose wisely for who closes your store at night. Those two older women were the main issue.

Tim Hortons customer service

I have a hearing disability, they treated 'normal hearing' persons as normal and nicely, however when I come and tell them what I want, they all look and stare at me and treated me with a rude manner and guestre. This includes giving me the "evil eye" when they give the hot chocolate. Please try to solve this problem and treat everyone with respect

Tim Hortons coffee cup not filled up

Hello,
I love your coffee and I drink an extra large everyday. On Sunday mornings I get my coffee from Marieville in QC. I will enclose a picture I took this past Sunday to show you the cup is not filled up.
I usually ask them to fill it and they categorically refuse. I ask to fill it to the line on the exterior of the cup and they refuse.
You know some Tim's don't mind doing it and better yet, some Tim's do it normally.
Please let me know how I should ask or what I should say, to have my extra large cup filled to the line.
Thank you for reading me.

Fast food locations such as this service a very high quantity of customers. The fact that you have visited many times without any issue at all is very fortunate. You may wish to check your items before leaving, as many people do.

Tim Hortons not bilingual

I am English and thought all the staff were supposed to speak both English and french when I went in the morning for a white hot chocolate the person serving me would not speak in English when i asked for someone else to serve me the person said do not understand and kept talking in french with this i walked out I spoke to someone else and they said the person i spoke to is the manageress and does not like to speak English. This is a disgrace. yesterday I went in to order a $5.99 soup and wrap and was being charged $13.00 odd when i told them no it is $5.99 they said no it is not in our system and i would have to pay what they asked I had an arguement with them and in the end I had to walk out. I think this is such a disgrace. when i knew Tim Horton's were coming to out town i jumped for joy i was the first one in when the opened for the first time now i will not go there until you sort these problems out thank you john leach

Tim Hortons health hazard - plastic in coffee!!

Date: 11/09/2016 at 9:30
I have bought my coffee as usual through the drive through in the morning but wanted to see if the creamer was right. I opened the cap on the coffee and to my surprise a little object was in my coffee. I looked closely and it was plastic of some kind. I went back to the store and waited about thirty minutes since it tends to get busy in the morning and demanded to talk to the manager (Justina Spidey). I calmly asked her to open the cap on my coffee and she confirmed what I had seen, a weird plastic. She apologized and showed the person in the back who I assume had prepared it. She came back offering me a free coffee for my next visit. Not enough!
What if I opened the cap and decided to take fast fuller sips, I could have choked on that piece! What kind of clean place is this? I demand a health inspection on that place, particularly, the kitchen. In addition, some kind of health training to the employees so they can be extra careful. That should enhance your business and hopefully save lives.

Tim Hortons customer complaint

On November 07th 2016, I will like to make a complaint regarding the Tim Horton's located on Victoria park and Eglington. I ordered a small hot chocolate for my child but was given a french vanilla. I didn't notice it was a french vanilla till I arrived home and was told it's a french vanilla instead of a hot chocolate. I am very upset because my child drank some of the french vanilla. I would like to get a full refund.

Tim Hortons no raise in over four years of working

I had the opportunity to work at Tim Horton's for just under four years. When I started I was told that every six months employees would go through a review of their labour. In my four years of working at Tim Horton's not once did this happen. I feel as though this goes against the labour board somehow. The owners of this particular Tim Horton's treated their employees as they were somehow less of a person. The only reason I left Tim Horton's was because I found a job in my field. The other employees and management were a joy to work with. I feel as though something seriously needs to change with the way the owners run their restaurant. The building itself is old, with old equipment that is falling apart. With no incentives for staff, especially with no raises that makes it seem as though they do not follow labour guidelines. I wanted to leave this establishment knowing that the rest of the terrific employees that I worked with had a chance for a raise. To me this system of no raises just doesn't seem right.

Tim Hortons unethical behaviour of the manager in tim hortons

My story of disgusting experience begins...

Store # - 5555 Eglinton Ave West Etobicoke (ontario), Canada
Day - 21st october
Time: 5:30 PM est

I was coming back from work on October 21st at 5:30 p.m...and remembered my family member had a birthday. I was too happy.
While driving I saw this Tim Hortons (been going there for 3 months) and went in...the address was 5555 Eglinton Ave West Etobicoke. In a good mood thinking I will order a wrap went to the Drive Thru and ordered a wrap with all the toppings ingredients I wanted.

The place was not busy...at the Drive Thru I repeated like the order 3 times...then went to the first window...there the order was ready and I paid...happily started eating the wrap...as soon as I left...I realized something was missing. I went back to the Drive Thru...and complained.

They said come to the Drive Thru window we will replace it. I said cool...reached the window and since I had eaten some portion of the Wrap...the Owner came to get my wrap...to add the ingredients missing.
I thought they will give me something like a new wrap or the ingredients on the side. Instead of that the Manager said "you have finished most of the wrap...we can't help it. Here is the refund" by giving me some $5 and change...and said "Never come back to this Tim Horton's we don't need your business".

I was just shocked listening to this statement. I said excuse me...The manager repeated "do not come here again, we cannot waste food after you. We have been wasting food for you - for last 3 months". I was surprised...wow... Went inside the restaurant...I said to the manager I would like your Name and talk to the head office. The manager said "No I won't share my name and you can leave..." I repeated this 3 times. He said "No no no".

He kept my wrap too which was not even returned. Hungry and angry I wanted to Scream!

I would like Tim Hortons to know that @ we are customers and order food because we like your food and pay money for it. We are not here to be told what to do! What the manager did was Height of Rudeness. Canadians come to your restaurant for food (fresh) and respect. And by not cooperating with me he has lost a loyal customer and he has humiliated a customer ie. me infront of everyone. This has definitely affected me so much I will never go back to Tim Hortons. It was just not expected.

What should I do? Was it my fault if they forgot to add an ingredient in my wrap? Was it my fault I was hungry and went to the drive thru? Was it my fault to ask him the NAME?

Tim Hortons management

I'm an employee of Tim Horton's, Humber River Hospital, Ontario.
We are experiencing a worst attitude from our manager, Deanna, showing off her power and bossiness. She has us like slaves and not taken care of properly. For an example, one of our employees wanted a second work pants and she was offered an used, old pants. When our co-worker declined it as it will not be hygienic one and asked for a new piece then manager showed her attitude and told that she cannot order for a new pants when they have a pants already, I understand but none of us would use an old used pants, so you will have to buy another new pair. I've taken this to the head office as well, hoping to see a reply and an action from them. If not I will have to take head office's careless and rude attitude of our manager to social medias and have the public aware of this.

This is just an example of her attitude and stupidity, if head office contacts me back, I would explain about it more detail to them.

Tim Hortons drive thru maplewood missouri

The guy that took my order must have been stoned. I had to repeat it three times! It wasn't difficult...a number 2! That's all! He also kept saying "you guys" when I only ordered one meal (breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee combo) Then I get to the window and he gives me only a donut? WTH? I sat there waiting for what I actually ordered, and he had a confused deer in the headlights look on his face. After a good 45 seconds, he finally says "Oh! Your sandwich!" then hands me the sandwich and a cup of coffee. The lid was not even attached to this scalding hot cup of coffee. Second degree burns in the crotch anyone? I secured the lid and drove off thinking "is this guy high?" Good thing I had not attempted to drink out of the cup on the way home, as it was filled literally to within a hair from the top of the cup (I don't know how it did not spill but would have if I would not have fixed it) Hey TH, maybe drug screen your prospective employees. I know it isn't neurosurgery but people can be hurt when you are serving scalding hot beverages.

Tim Hortons no bathroom

Technically they have a bathroom (as the law requires them to have a bathroom) but it is cordoned off and a sign reads "Peinture Fraiche" (Fresh Paint) or "Out of Order". It's always been like that.
I get it - it's St. Denis near Maisonneuve, if you know the area you know there are many unsavory people who will use a bathroom to get their fix, commit vandalism, or whatever. But this is no excuse. They are selling coffee, selling food, they legally need to provide a functional bathroom. Buzz people in if you must, or use a key system. You need a bathroom in a coffee shop. I might take this complaint to the city.

The above comments completely miss the point. It has nothing to do with any specific person wanting to use the bathroom. The point is that they are required by law to provide a bathroom to ALL customers and they are circumventing this obligation by using a bogus "wet paint" sign.

Tim Hortons order is consistently incorrect.

I frequent the Tim Horton's in Lambertville, MI quite frequently, 9 times out of 10 my order is incorrect. I always order my coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar, more times than not the sugar is always left out. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get a simple order correct.

I have never seen such a filthy, dirty Tim Horton's like the one at Jane Park Plaza (Jane and Alliance). Floors were filthy, the silver containers with tops containing sauces etc., tops have drippings all over them. I noticed that the drippings were hard so knew no one has been cleaning up. The debit machine is so dirty that I couldn't read the prompts on what to do. I told the girl behind the counter and asked her for a piece of damp napkin so I could wipe it. She just ignored me... i took a small piece of paper and tried to get the grid off the best I could. Just looking behind the counter where the people work made me sick. Would NEVER purchase anything there again until the people at Head Office viewed the situation and had it cleaned up. BWT! this is the first time EVER, that I have taken time to write a complaint about anything. It truthfully needs to be addressed. I understand stores get busy and can get messy, but you always find time to wipe when necessary and clean the floor so no one slips etc..
