Telkom SA SOCmidlands telkom store service is pathetic

Good day. I purchased a huawei T1 tablet on contract in December as a gift for my son. It meant to have come with a free cover. The consultant told me there is no stock and stocks will come next week. I have been to the store numerous times and nobody ever gets back to me. I stand in the queue for an hour sometimes. The manager and nobody gets back to me. The reason I am complaining is because the service is the worst I have experienced. The queue is always super long. The meet and greet are not helpful as they do t know much about anything. Why advertise a product with a free cover if it's a lie. It miss leads customers. That is wrong.
