My friend ordered a $50.00 arrangment for my birthday online from Teleflora. When I called to tell himje Thank you he asked how it looked. I sent him a picture and he was livied! It was very small. He did ask it to be a designers choice and expected it to be that amount. He also paid a $13.99 fee for ordering online. He asked I contact the florist who delivered it and see what the problem was. They were wonderful they came right over with the printed order from home office ( teleflora). To my surprize the order was sent to them for $38.95 ( not the $50.00)including delivery which was $10.00 to my area. So that left $28.95 to the florist to make this arrangment! Telelora would be taking an additional 27% off the top of that! So that left them $20.00 to work with! No wonder the arrangment was smaller that what he thought it should be!
The moral to this story is to just look up a local florist and make the order. They will make one for the total amount and will surpass what you can get from ordering from Teleflora with all of those extra charges.
With the holidays here do be caught in this scam, just buy local!
Since then I have ordered many things from this wonderful florist and have been very pleased with the value of what I ordered. She has also helped me order for others that has been sent around the country.

the don't deliver & tell you much later
I ordered a flower basket on September 10th for delivery September 15th. On September 10th I received my order confirmation with all the correct information. On September 21st at 3am I received an email from Teleflora thanking me for my purchase and asking me if I was satisfied. Same day at 10am I receive the following email : "Dear ... We have been unable to place your order for delivery on the
requested date. Please provide us with an alternate delivery date. Please call us at [protected] or reply to this email. Thank you." No apology, no explanation, and obviously a WEEK LATE for me to do anything about it. When I called the phone number in the email, the lady apologized but offered no explanation and no solution. Actually she didn't offer a refund either until I requested it. This isn't even a busy time of year! I just cannot believe how poor their customer service is. The original order confirmation stated if an item isn't available a comparable substitute will be delivered. It doesn't say the truth which is we're going to charge your credit card, not deliver and then tell you 2 weeks later. Why are they still in business?

I'm so sorry that you experienced that problem! We do our best to handle all such issues promptly and I'd really like to look into what might have happened with your order if you'd be willing to assist me by contacting me with your order number. My name is Nicole and I can be reached at care [at] teleflora.com.
Again, my deepest apologies for the problem you encountered. I'd really like to make this right for you and also understand what might have happened so that we can try to improve our processes.

terrible company
After having two bad dealings with ordering flowers for a family matter I looked into what was happening when you order flowers from Teleflora or FTD. First time I went to the FTD site and ordered roses for my mother for Valentines a week before the date. Got confirmation, took money from my account all had been taken care of I thought.
Was not until later that night that I found out she did not recieve them. Called the company where they begin to tell me that they could not find a florist to do them at the advertized price on there web site! The company the next day sent out a box from their home office not arranged and dam near dead. Offered me a discount on my next order and not a refund. NOT A HAPPY WOMAN at this point.
Asked around and was told that most shops in her area were Teleflora members. So I ordered her birthday flowers through them. I paid almost $80 and expected a nice arrangment. One was delivered. It was small and did not look like a $80 arrangement. Really aggrevated now, I went to see my Mother a couple of weeks later and decided to talk with the shop owner to share my concerns with her.
I go in armed with my paperwork and a chip on my shoulder fully expecting to have a heated argument with this lady, but to my surprise found a very respectful, helpful woman.
She pulls up her paperwork and shows me the order. Her paperwok shows $60 and that includes delivery! We go to the web page and sure enough it shows the total of what I paid but the company is getting the rest!
Now here is the big pissed off on my part, as we talk she shows me how Teleflora works and when you call in they get 27% off of the top of the order before they send it to fullfilling florist! Now this is off of the $60 not the $80! That is their room to negotiate with the florist to fill the order! So basically you are getting almost half of what you pay for! This is so wrong in so many ways!
SO FROM NOW ON ALL OF YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST AND TALK WITH THEM INSTAED OF GOING THROUGH THE BIG WIRE SERVICES.!
Since I have learned of this I have called the lady directly who has the shop that was so helpful and I have been so pleased with everything!
Calling a wire service is like paying a 40% tip to someone to do a job that you can do yourself! PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL AREA FLORIST AND GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AND NOT FTD OR TELEFLORA!

Seriously, this was the worst choice made for purchasing flowers online flowers.
I ordered a premium upgrade for an arrangement.
What we ordered off the Teleflora sight and what was delivered was not even remotely close in any way shape or form...
Teleflora said that the florist stated my wife was happy with the flowers, she wasnt. That is why my wife asked the delivery girl to stay while she called the shop that handled the order. My wife was left on hold almost 15 minutes while the designer got the owner. All the owner would state is the Teleflors clause for substituting flowers and that she saw the arrangement and in her opinion it was a premium upgrade. The shop owner also told my wife she, my wife, had no idea if I had spent the extra money for the premium upgrade and she was not going to disclose that either. Teleflora stated in their e-mail response to me based on the pictures we sent that they were very sorry we were unhappy with the arrangement.
$70.00 for 3 roses, 5 carnations, filler tiny flowers and ferns.
We have gone back and forth for 3 days trying to resolve this issue.
Teleflora asked what would resolve this issue and Teleflora was told a 20 per cent refund and the delivery of premium How Sweet it Is arranagement that is comparable to what is listed and shown as the premium How Sweet it Is arrangement on their site.
Needless to say I opted for a complete refund and asked Teleflora to have the florist pick up the shoddy arrangement ASAP. It amazes me that it tales 5 business days to credit a refund when it takes 20 minutes to secure the payment.
Teleflora is NOT about customer service or satisfaction, but about covering for lazy service providers who pay to belong to the Teleflora Club listed on their corporate site...
Don't even bother ordering through this company. I had them sent to my Mother for Mother's Day a year ago and the quality of the flowers was not at all what was advertised. They had clearly fallen over in the delivery van and the quality of the flowers must have been poor prior to this. I spent a large amount of money on this and it wasn't worth a quarter of what I spent. I spent the next 4 days on the phone with customer service trying to get my order refunded. The customer service agent was short, incredibly rude and even challenged my report of the product. I've had other poor experiences with other internet based florists that outsource to local florists, and the quality is always a disappointment. Go with a private florist and review the product in person prior to sending them to avoid the embarassment.
Wow I can't even believe I spent over $50 on this hideous bouquet. #1 go to teleflora and search for the everlasting lavender bouquet and check out that picture compared to the picture I attached. DO NOT BUY from this place... it is a scam.
After I complained to the company they gave me a refund of 20%. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I bought that particular bouquet for the purple vase and they sent me a vase with painted pink tulips on it. Terrible!
I ordered a flower arrangement to be specifically be delivered on a special day only to receive an email at the end of that business day that they could not be ordered and to pick a different day. This is completely unacceptable, and when I called customer service, I was told they could do nothing, and the supervisor was out to lunch (End of business day) and then given a false name and phone number. Followed by being placed on hold to "reach the supervisor" then ignored on the phone for 30 minutes.
I ordered flowers Friday May 6, to be delivered for Mothers Day next day Saturday the 7th. They took the money for payment from my account but the flowers never arrived! Sunday came and still no flowers. The website says 24/7 customer service- but that's incorrect. I had to wait until Monday morning and call while at work. I was offered delivery of the flowers and a gift card. I declined and asked for a refund that day, they said okay and that I would get an email of refund confirmation. That never happened! I called today - Tuesday at 7pm asking agin for my refund and was now told 3-5 business days! I was supposedly speaking with a supervisor. I said since I didnt get my refund yesterday, can you make the delivery and I will wait the 3-5 days for my refund. They said no, they would deliver only if I took a 50% refund instead. I said thats ridiculous, after the service I got. They wouldnt back odwn, so I said I was writing a complaint and never using them again! The guy said okay and he was sorry. Ya okay.
I placed an order for my mom to be delivered on May 8th, 2017 for mother's day. I placed this order well in advance of Mother's day. When the placing the order online everything went through fine. No delivery on May 8th. When I called to follow-up, the representative assured me the delivery would be placed on May 9th. No delivery made. I call again to follow-up 3 days later and they tell me that there is no florist in the area of delivery. Funny thing, no one ever called to inform me. I am PISSED! Plus the rep did not sound surprised nor did he apologize. He states that I will receive a refund in 2-3 days.
The worst. Didn't tell me they couldn't deliver (the day before my Mom's 75th birthday!) until THAT day, I called right away and no apologies! I should have canceled then! I foolishly decided to use them anyway and have them send the day after her birthday (her birthday was yesterday, Sunday 12/27) and I get an EMAIL SIX HOURS ago, they no longer have what I ordered in stock, so, what would I like to do? I would tell you what I'd like to do, but it is illegal! I called and canceled and again, no apologies. How can a business like this survive? Unreal...
I ordered my sister a teleflora centerpiece for Christmas. It was supposed to be a Thomas Kinkade Church with white roses, and delphinium. This was ordered from the heart. The church looked like the church my parents were married in and the flowers their favorites. Instead she received a ugly tin sleigh with about 6 carnations and a plastic apple in it. I called teleflora they offered a 15% percent discount, wow! I paid 65 dollars for a arrangement I could have gotten at a grocery store for 15 bucks. After much haggling teleflora said I would receive a 30% discount I received 14 dollars back (about the 15% originally offered to me.) I have spent endless hours on hold with teleflora, and will never order from them again!
The florist then sent me some roses as a apology, which is I guess why teleflora decided the 15 percent discount was OK. The roses never opened and fell over and died after 2 days. They sent my sister a bouquet of Star gazer lilies, which she is allergic to as a replacement. They ended going to her neighbor since she was unable to have them in her house.
On May 8th we ordered some Mother's Day Flowers online at Teleflora. We ordered over $400 worth of flowers to be delivered to several Mom's. We were guaranteed same day delivery as long as the order was placed by 2 p.m. We placed the order at 10 a.m. and the flowers were still not delivered the same day. We called and complained on May 9th and they gave us an excuse that the flower order had bounced around in the online world and was never given to a floral company to make. After filing a complaint with Teleflora they guaranteed to have the flowers delivered today instead. When the flowers were delivered it wasn't even close to what we had ordered. They made up some cheap arrangement and thought that whoever ordered it wouldn't be there to see what flowers were being delivered. We refused the flowers and contacted Teleflora once again. Now we have to wait for another arrangement that might/might not be delivered today and probably won't even look close to what we ordered. DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! You won't even get to speak to someone from the US to handle the matter. The person barely speaks English. Also, another arrangement that I had ordered was not even in the vase pictured online for America's Favorite Mother, which has been advertised on tv. No credit was given for the vase mix up, but we did receive a 40% off credit for the other 2 screw ups above.
Teleflora allows substitutions when they run out of product- seee disclosure agreements. You should never order from a wire service- and should call a florist direct as every florist cannot have every color of every rose, tulip, gerbera, etc in stock every day. Florist that are sent the order in the local town are allowed substitution of flowers - value to value- as each flower has a value. CALL direct from now on and you will be able to find out exactly what a florist has in stock. also the actual florist filling the order only receives 73% of the order as the wire service *Teleflora, FTD, 1800 flowers" keeps the rest for "processing" the order. So think about it-- do you want to give %100 value for something you are only going to get back 73%-- call florist direct!
failure to deliver and bad customer service
I placed an order threw Teleflora.com for my mother's birthday.
I went online to compare all of the online floral arrangements sites since it was my first time ordering flowers. I picked Teleflora thinking I made the best choice.
I placed my order 6 days before they were supposed to be delivered because I didn't want any problem if I placed the order last minute.
Well the day it was supposed to delivered it never came. I called there customer service # and they weren't able to tell me what was going on. The customer service reps. would put me on hold for long periods of times. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that the florist that was supposed to deliver the flowers had already closed for the day and they could not guarantee that they would be delivered the following day. The supervisor was not helpful. After I asked for my money back that night I never got a e-mail confirmation until the following day that my card was going to be charged back. My mom did end of getting her arrangement with no knowledge it was coming 2 days later and was not what I ordered small, no flowers, and didn't even have water in the vase.
I will never order from them again and I hope my experience will scare other not to go with Teleflora...

did not deliver
Company promised next day delivery for an up-charge on May 9. Order placed on May 8. Flowers were ordered for my elderly mother for Mother's Day, since we could not be there. Company did not deliver as promised and has not returned my calls or responded to inquiries. Do not trust this company to do what they promise for important events or dates, unless you and those you are trying to express your thoughts too want to be disappointed.

@ jlinc84...I DIDN'T GET MINE EITHER! I am HIGHLY disappointed! Every year I order from 1800 Flowers because they have always been efficient and I can also TRACK my order. You cannot track anything with teleflora. I even tried to call and check the status of the order and got busy signals. I finally pressed "1" to pretend I wanted to make an order just so I can speak with a rep live and complained. I asked for a FULL refund. they offered to deliver today, [protected] along with a 50% credit. I refused it. I told them tey guaranteed my delivery for Valentine's and failed, why should I believe you will deliver today? Valentine's is over, it is too late, and I will be ordering "make up" flowers from 1800 Flowers. 1800 Flowers RULES, you hear me Teleflora? Get you [censor] together!
Never delivered for Valentine's Day, even when they confirmed that the delivery date would be 2/14/11.
I ordered flowers on line for my daughter the day before Valentines day. I paid a 25.00 service fee plus the total for the flowers, bear,
candy and balloon. I recieved an e-mail stating they had been delivered however, my daughter has not seen them yet. The catch is my daughter and her husband are stationed at Barksdale AFB in Barksdale Louisana. The florest on the airforce base held the order in her hand at 7:00 a.m. Valentine morning and sent it back to Teleflora because she was to busy to fill the order. This is the first time my 22 year old daughter has been away from home and it was VERY important for her to recieve this gift to cheer her up. I am so angry I will consult an attorney. Breach of contract. They stated the flowers would be delivered ON VALENTINES DAY and they were NOT. I will Never order flowers on line again. They have my money but my daughter doesn`t have her flowers. That is stealing!
Sally - your flowers must be on the same "truck" as mine are . . . the only thing is mine have been traveling since last Friday. So much for Mother's Day . . . I don't mean to be flip about your situation - just know that you are not alone. I actually got through to the corporate offices in California today. Of course, the person I was supposed to speak with wasn't there, so I left a message. Let's see how far up the ladder I go with this complaint - I'm not stopping until I reach the top.
I'm furious! The promised SAME DAY DELIVERY for a belated Mother's Day flowers. It is know May 12th, and my order still never came through. THis was my first time ordering flowers online and Teleflora WAS THE WORST. Asked for a refund and was told it would take 7-10 business days.
Even sending an email is horrible, no one every gets back to you. Someone ALWAYS picks up the phone, however they lie and say that the dilvery is on the truck, when it is not.
DO NOT USE Teleflora! They suck!
failed to deliver
I've never had such a bad experience with a Florist as this one. I placed an online order a week in advance for a delivery- my credit card was charged immediately. When the day of delivery came, the flowers weren't delivered at all. When I called the number listed on the website, a completely different company answered the phone. I finally found the correct number from my credit card charge and when I called them, so non-English speaking person in India answers the phone and stumbles through an attempt to convince me the flowers would indeed be delivered. When the flowers were never delivered, I called again and was then told the "research department" would have to call me back in a few days. What a joke this company is!

Anything to shut this crappy, ripoff, thieving false advertising company out of business I am fully in board. I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau in Monday.
They stole my money and hurt my mother on mothers day. Anyone have any ideas on how to put a stop to this?
failure to deliver
I guess I should have looked at this website before attempting to order flowers from Teleflora. I thought they were reputable, but I've discovered they lie, cheat and try to steal the Christmas spirit from their customers.
I ordered flowers on Mon at about 10am. I paid by paypal. Ordering was smooth and easy. The flowers were to be delivered on Tuesday afternoon, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. I called my friends in Tuc to find out if they had received the delivery, only to be told "No".
I called Teleflora and was put on hold for about 10 mins. When somebody finally came back to the phone, they informed me they had been trying until 5pm (on Tuesday) to find a teleflora florist in Tuc to make the delivery. I asked them why they hadn't called me on Monday to let me know there was a problem, so I could make an alternate plan. They couldn't answer the question. I told them they needed to refund the money back through paypal. It was insinuated I would not receive a refund. That's about the time I completely lost patience and demanded a supervisor. When the supervisor FINALLY got to the phone, I had to run through the whole story again and was advised they would issue a refund, but it would take 2-3 days. I told them the money needed to be refunded immediately, after all they received the money immediately.
I tried to send a complaint through their website, but, oddly enough, it automatically deletes my entries, so that didn't happen.
This morning, first thing, I called a florist in Tucumcari that I found the number for last night, after my harrowing incident with Teleflora. Imagine my shock, frustration and outright anger to find out the florist I called, IN TUC, is a teleflora florist! I am outraged. I'm a stroke survivor and I am trying to eliminate stress by ordering flowers and avoiding crowds, only to have Teleflora heap all of the stress on me at the last minute during the holidays.
I did order flowers from the florist, but had a special bouquet made up, at an extra expense to me, and would not use Teleflora bouquets. I will never use Teleflora again!

bad for florists and customers!
Teleflora really sucks when it comes to b0th customer sevice and helping their florists.
I co-own a local flower shop in Lewisville Texas. WE have been with teleflora for three years and we own ALL the codified products and such. So here we are less than a week from Thanksgiving and most of the other Wire Service (( FTD, 1800 flowrs ETC)) codified products have orders. Not teleflora! all of their codified products are still sitting on our shelves. Same with every single holiday as well.
They lie to us the florists, send us crap orders (( Come on 30 bucks for a codified arrangement that sells for 50 on the website? How can we deliver that.))
They tell us to make do with the pitiful amount of money they give us. So when people get an arrangement that they paid 50 for through the wireservice teleflora takes 15% right off the top. This leaves us usually with 37.50 or less depending on what fees they charge us.
We have to be able to make the arrangement with what we have so we usually are forced to cut back on flowers ETC because we also have to take off 7.50 for delivery.
So they cheat their florists and allow florists who do not have an actual store and work from home (( one of the minimum requirements is an actual location for customers to visit.)) to continue getting orders well qand above those that they send to the honest florists.
I cannot stress how much you need to take the time to look up and FIND a flower shop in the area where you are sending florists. That way ALL the money gets to the flower shop and your flowers will be filled to value.
I just cancelled Teleflora, 7-8-2019! They do suck the life right out of a new florist. They charged me right at $6, 300 over 14 months and I was dumb enough to keep buying their "codified" with the promise of more orders, paid for more advertising, etc. etc. ...…….well that never happened. FLORISTS - DO NOT CHOOSE TELEFLORA...THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU! In that 14 months I got 2 checks from them - that's it! We did send back all unopened codified containers and after paying a restocking fee of 35% we did receive a credit...I think. I can't keep up with them. BAD NEWS PEOPLE!
What does it matter if a flora shop has a storefront or works from home? A Teleflora florist is a Teleflora florist. I've found that I have gotten better, larger arrangements from florists who have home businesses.
Well yeah! They don't have to pay rent, electric, water, trash. Business license fees, employees, insurance... Most counties/Cities don't allow in home florist businesses.
I hear you florist, i know how this scam works and don't think that the online florist are really getting 50$ for the arrangement, some online florist will get 65$ give you the order for 50$ keep 15$ then keep the transmission fee and THEN weasel you into making a top notch arrangement for $50. Believe me, I KNOW. Oh yeah and when the customer complains its YOU that gets screwed over because the wire service is going to force you to either take another arrangement or they will refuse to pay you for it. It's a win for them either way because these online florist are feeding so many orders thru them they have a steady 15% going to them. Write me. I'll let you in other online florist scams. Don't trust them if they say they're honest or experienced.

response to other complaints
I know this is a complaint board... (I'm not that stupid) but I just needed to say my take on this company. I went online to place my first flower delivery order. The flowers were to be delivered today.
I looked at prices and reviews from three company's and decided to go with Teleflora.
On placing the order.. they let me chose the florist in the area that I wanted (had four choices-and you can view each of the florists website to make sure you like your choice) and it was as easy as placing an order for a book at amazon.
I left special instructions to deliver before 12, knowing that this was no guarantee, they only guarnteed that it would be delivered today.
Well, I called the florist (Harmon's and Barton's) this morning, got a friendly person right off and was told that my request should be able to be granted.
The flowers we delivered on time and looked like the photo. I was very happy!
Just need to give credit where it was due.
Yes, I agree that this a Teleflora employee. Wow. Whatever..
I'm guessing this commentor works for Teleflora. You should spend your time fixing your customer service instead of posting bogus positives.
Just a note to all- DO NOT USE an "order gatherer" to send flowers. They are merely a telephone call center & they charge you a very large fee to place the order. They, in turn, call a florist in that town & give them the order less the fee. You could have called a local florist directly & saved the $12- $15 fee. NEVER, NEVER use anyone other than a local florist!
horrible service to customers
I ordered mothers day arrangement from teleflora, for both mothers. Well they took my payment in good faith, and I took their word that the basket w/ 3 african violets and ivy would be delivered in good faith. As of today the issue of the one baskets still has not been address by teleflora. Sunday I called the above number, and spoke with joe (one of many calls made to different customer service pers of teleflora), he assured me that the florist would be picking up the dead african violets (2 of them not 3, placed in a tin can type container, not a basket w/ ivy) and delivering the ordered and paid for arrangement. To this date of writing this letter it has not been done. I have contacted teleflora every day this week I have spoken to joe & david of customer service, angel, and two karens that are supervisors, and lisa from op support, I have emailed them pictures of the item delivered. With no resolution to this problem. I hope that this letter will help others that live far from their families. Use a different florist. My advise is do not use teleflora the have horrible customer service and do not care about resolving problems. At this time I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back.

When i ordered flowers online, they were supposed to be delievered the day of *as stated on there wedsite same day deliveries can be made if ordered by 2:00pm, well come to find at about 3 pm that day i get an email that they couldnt deliver that day and would have to deliever them another day, so i emailed them back saying to cancel my order... but then thought well maybe no one can send them today and wuickley sent another email saying to go ahead with the delivery... after much thought i called them at around 4pm and stated i needed to cancel, there was no problem at all and i was told i was going to be refunded... i then recieved an email at 5pm stating the order was cancel and i would be refunded...so of course i went ahead and order flowers from a local florists who was happy to deliever that day!... here i am days later and noticed i was charged and never refunded.so i emailed them and told them and they said that the email stated i told them to go aherad with the order.. well we went back and forth with emails as they stated they could not cancel the order because it was already delieverd...well long story short i went through my emails and phone calls and stated exact time stamps as to what happened and have yet to hear from them! i was not in the wrong.. here i am now 60 bucks out because they refuse to refund me.. nor even contact me... DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
still no delivery for mothers day!
I ordered my mother and mother-in-law flowers for mothers day. I did this well enough in advance to assure that they would be delivered without a hitch. My mother in-law got the flowers delivered to her without a hitch. I continued to wait to hear from my own mother about the flowers that she received, but nothing. I call Teleflora the same day that things were supposed to be delivered and the person refused to take my confirmation number or anything to check on the order and stated that the trucks had til 10 pm that night to deliver. I call back that night at 10 pm sharp to tell them, "now will you take my confirmation number so I can tell you that my flowers were not delivered?" The person tells me that there was a problem and that the florist was requesting more money from Teleflora to help with the flowers. She assured me that this would not be more money from me though. I was "guaranteed" deliver to be Monday May 12, and a 20% refund into my account to be credited. Monday comes, still no delivery. Yet another phone call to be told that the person did not completely file the order so it had not been sent to a florist. I was then again "guaranteed" delivery for Tuesday morning. Tuesday came and went, yet again, no suprise that there was not a delivery. I call yet again and they tell me that the complaints department is closed at that time and they can't do anything for me, but that my flowers should be "guaranteed" delivered that Wednesday morning and that this time I would personally receive a phone call from Teleflora regarding my complaints and assuring my delivery with a 50% refund into my account, not to mention the apology letter to my mother. Here we are Wednesday and I spoke with not one, not two but four different people today. The first told me that 4 calls to them is too many and to trust that they would have the delivery when guaranteed. I then speak with a Supervisor who states that he gives me a "100% guarantee" that my delivery will be received today without any problems and that I won't have to call them again complaining. He also said to me that 4 calls to them was too many, and after I told him where to go and how to get there because I as the customer could call as often as I needed to because I had paid for a services, he said that he really meant that 4 times is too many times to be calling with a complaint and he would get it fixed right here and then. Yet again, no delivery today and another phone call. The next person tells me that they are sorry to tell me that the Mother's day arrangement that I have ordered is no longer available and they would be happy to cancel my order and refund my money. Then, another supervisor gets on the phone and states that the order will be fully refunded and they will still guarantee that it will be delivered tomorrow. Here we come Thursday... wanna bet that there still won't be a delivery?
flowers never arrived but I was charged!
I wish I had looked up this site before I placed an order with teleflora.com. I ordered a gift for my Mom for Mother's Day and the order went through online with no problems. 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered I contacted them via email to ask what happened. I also tried to call their contact number and got stuck in a loop of the same phone msg and no matter what I tried I kept getting the same msg over and over without ever being able to even be connected to anyone. My CC was charged for this order BTW. I got an email back from teleflora saying that the local florist did not have the product but did not notify them promptly. I am totally disgusted. Even more infuriating is that I had originally tried to place an order with 2 other similar online sites but they indicated that they could not fill my order due to local availability, etc so that is why I wound up placing the teleflora order. I normally would not have even considered them since I find their products of poor quality and design but high-priced. I wish they had been good enough to tell me up front there was a problem instead of messing this up and leaving my Mom with no Mother's Day gift. I will be vigilant about never using them.
Teleflora is a major disappointment. I was silly enough to believe the guarentee of same day delivery. They charged me $13.99 for delivery/service fee. Hours laer and too late to order from someplace else, I get an e-mail saying they couldn't deliver. I called and they could'nt have been more indifferent. Cuodn't care less about the false advertising. I cancelled my order imediately. They tried to say it would be there the next day but I didn't trust them. I had heard the promises before.
Never again. Do not use them if there is an emergency or you need flowers that day. I found plenty of others that charge half as much! Wish I had used them instead.
I just went thru the same thing you did. Did you get your money back?
late delivery and not what was ordered.
On thursday, march 20, I rodered the "darling daisy" bouquet for delivery march 21 to my mother. This arrangement as pictured in the ad and on the teleflorawebsite is at least 10 visible daisies, 8 visible yellow roses and sprays of tiny yellow flowers as filler, all in a ceramic vase with an embossed and painted daisy motif.
By 5:00 pm they had not been delivered. I contacted teleflora's customer service by both telephone and e-mail. The verbal response was, "well, the local florist received the order." nothing else was forthcoming. The arrangement did not appear that day. By 0:00 am I was again contacting teleflora by phone and e-mail. By phone, this csr offered a 30% refund due to the "late" delivery, which my mother had not yet received. Finally at 3:00 pm my mom got her flowers. When someone, especially your mother, says, "how much did you pay for this?" it means something is wrong. I asked her to describe the flowers.
She received: 6 roses, a handful of daisies and some fern in a glass "ivy bowl" style vase (like a small goldfish bowl with a fluted rim). The vase had hand-painted flowers and a 1/4 inch ribbon on it.
Of course, I immediately received the e-mail stating the delivery had been completed. So I made another round of calls and e-mails to launch the complaint about the product received. Verbally, I was assured that my mother would receive at lteast the proper vase, but the discount would be only 20%. By e-mail, the csr stated the refund would be 50%.
Today, I learned my 50% refund was because they could not furnish my mother with the proper vase.
Stupid me - I assumed the 50% refund was for the late delivery and the missing flowers.
I have the name, address and phone number of the local florist, but I trusted teleflora to deliver what they advertised. Is this "bait and switch"?
Just had the same experience. Ordered the Pink Damask Vase Bouquet and something entirely different (and unattractive) was delivered. Customer service said they would go pick up the one delivered and replace it with the one ordered...why didn't they deliver the one ordered in the first place?! Teleflora said they would refund my entire purchase if they could go pick up the bouquet. Right, they are going to tell some florist to repo the arrangement on my mom's kithen table. Odd customer service practices.
scam and terrible service!
Do not use this company. I ordered a dish garden for my ex-husband because his mother passed away. It was supposed to be delivered the next day. The next day teleflora called me and said the arrangement I ordered was not available. I told them I would look online for something different and call them back. I found a similar product online and called teleflora back. The person I spoke to spoke very broken english with a strong middle eastern accent. I could not understand anything she said. The only thing I could make out of the conversation was that the "new" arrangement would be delivered on the same day. Well, the next morning I get another call from telefloral, another non-english speaking person, and after 10 minutes of trying to communicate with her I just said "cancel the order." then I went online and saw that they had already charged my credit card for the arrangement. I was forced to call teleflora once again, spoke to another non-english speaking person who said something about "next week." I am assuming my credit card will be refunded next week. Never use this company, their customer service is horrible at best, and if you're not from the middle east you will not understand a word they say.
Terrible didn't deliver after 2 days asked for more money stary away they rae an F minus
order was never delivered!
I placed an order of flowers with Teleflora to be delivered on Valentines day. The order was made 2 days prior to Valentine's day. I had to personally called Teleflora on the night of Valentine's to confirm if the order was received by my recipient. However, nothing was delivered. I had to call many times to complain about the situation. The Teleflora supervisor had done nothing for me and said that I will not get my refund until they can find out what's going on with the order. Valentine's day is now over! Sadly is that nothing was delivered and I still haven't gotten my money and nothing was done about this!
Essentially the exact thing that happened to me. No one had a good reason for what happened, and no one seemed to really care. Absolute failure on their part, and I will refuse to ever do business with them ever again.
Teleflora did the exact same thing to me! Ordered my flowers to be delivered on February 14th, called them and they said the flowers would be delivered by 10:00 p.m. that night. Told the recipient - who is in her 70s and goes to bed early - that she needed to stay up until10. She did - but no flowers! Called them back today and still getting the run around.
Interestingly - the person I spoke to yesterday was an American, but the person today (since I assume they knew they'd be getting TONS of complaints like this) was from India. She couldn't even pronounce the state I was in or that the recipient was in!
I wonder how many people order flowers and blindly trust they will deliver them but they never get sent at all. I smell a SCAM!
terrible experience!
I will never buy from Teleflora again. I would strongly suggest you do likewise. What was delivered bore little resemblance to the picture on their website. For example: Instead of 13 large carnations, it had only five small ones; the vase was not the one shown (instead of the snowmen shown, the "Let it Snowman" arrangement came in a vase with Santas); there were no peppermint sticks, although seven or more were shown in the picture; and the entire arrangement was several inches shorter than the one advertised. It almost looked as though someone "raided" the original arrangement to make another one. What a rip off !
They said I allowed substitutions in my order, but, in fact, I never saw a place to disallow them. When I e-mailed them to complain about this product, the quoted their substitution policy, which says in part: "... our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value..." What a pack of falsehoods! They did none of that.
After much haggling, they agreed to refund 35% of my purchase price. If they were worth a damn, they would have replaced this shoddy product with the one I ordered.
My advice: Stay away from this crummy firm and tell all your friends and neighbors to do the same.
i ordered flowers for my daughter through telefloral on friday the 2/10 to be delivered on the 2/14 i called on the 14 to make sure they got there after 4 calls and them telling me they were on the truck to be delivered. they never got there. i called the next day they said did not get to delivery but they would deliver next .i was pissed but thius was for my daughter so i said ok still never got there called an waited for supervisor for 30 min. never got no one .so sent them an email dog cussing them with my name an address an still did not hear from them canceled my order am waiting for refund. worst serivice of my life if theyn gave me a truck load of flowers for free i swear i would not take them jerry johnson
I placed an order yesterday for a specific arrangement to be delivered to my mother (Dr Chicken) and it was substituted with a completely different arrangment! There were no roses in the one she received and it was an entirely different container/balloon, color theme and quality. Basically she got nothing but cheap daisies in a ridiculous looking coffee mug and no one at their "most trusted florists" contacted me about making this change. To my knowledge no one at this florist contacted Teleflora to inform them of this substitution either. Why do they ask for your phone number then? They had the means to contact me, they just didn't care!
I sent an email of complaint and asked for a refund since they have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" and they said it would be issued...IF they went out and took the flowers back! Otherwise they would credit me back just 50% to leave her alone after having major surgery.
I will never, ever purchase from Teleflora again as what you select and more importantly, what you PAY FOR is not what you get!
do not use them unless you like problems
This has been a nightmare, brought to me, by Teleflora.com!
NEVER again! I ordered flowers online the day before yesterday (Monday, early morning), to be delivered yesterday — I am in North Carolina — These were flowers to be delivered to my niece, in Louisiana, who had just had major surgery. Order goes through fine online — I thought, great. Tuesday, my niece calls me and says nothing — it's about 3pm my time, so I am wondering what time do they plan on delivering these flowers... I call Teleflora's 800 number at approx. 6pm my time, to check status. Sure no problem, I am told, and put on hold. 3 minutes later, I am told the flowers were just delivered about 15 minutes ago. Ok. So I call my niece. She says 'WHO did you order these from?' I said 'Why, is there a problem?' 'She said 'WELL, first of all, it's coming from a NEW AGE florist in town, and I KNOW you didn't order from this place! (We don't practice NEW AGE and I don't or wouldn't support NEW AGE — We are Christians — but that's not the problem). The delivery person just told me that they delivered these this morning, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THEY'VE BEEN SITTING OUTSIDE ALL DAY, IN 95 DEGREE WEATHER.' She then proceeds to tell me how DEAD the flowers are — and how the delivery person LAUGHED about delivering to the wrong address. I asked her to verify that the delivery card had the RIGHT address — it did. Apparently, they took the flowers across town and left at the wrong address all day. Those people got home and called the florist, telling them the flowers don't belong to them. They come out and pick up the flowers and deliver the dead flowers to my niece. WELL... I get back on the phone with Teleflora. The Customer service Rep sounded like she didn't know what to say, other than read from a script in front of her. She asked me 'Did your niece receive the flowers?' I said 'Yes, but after sitting out all day and now the flowers are dead.' She said 'So what is the problem, Ma'am?' WHAT? I said 'Can I please speak to a supervisor?' I was not transferred anywhere — she assured me she would turn this over to the research department and someone would call me back. I said 'Fine'... Today, has been the day from flower HECK (You know I REALLY want to use the other word here)! 5 different phone calls — no one has helped me so far — I've asked for a refund 5 times. I am told they will process it within 3 days. Out of the 5 calls, only 1 person spoke English and couldn't understand what I was asking or WHY there was a problem. CHEESE and RICE! In the process of me trying to do my normal routine, someone from Teleflora calls me and says 'I need need more info ma'am. I spoke with the florist and they said the flowers were delivered, so I AM NOT SURE WHY YOU ARE FILING A COMPLAINT.' WHAT, WHAT, WHAT? Now, the whole time I've called 5 times, all of this was supposedly documented into the system. I call my niece to tell her what has happened now — She informs me that the local florist called her and they WANT TO PICK UP THE DEAD FLOWERS, BEFORE THEY ISSUE ME CREDIT!.. She tells them 'Look, 1st of all, the flowers are dead and that's that. 2nd of all, I just had surgery and can't come to the door because there is no one here to help me to the door.' Before she could arrange something with them, the guy got extremely rude with her and told her that they weren't issuing a refund until they got the flowers back. My niece said 'you can come get them tomorrow if you want — they are in the trash outside because THEY ARE DEAD!'... The guy hangs up the phone. We go on three way to Teleflora AGAIN... again, barely any English and he couldn't understand the problem! I know my blood pressure is out the roof from today. Again, I am told he is issuing me credit (for the 6th time) and that the local florist does NOT need the flowers back.
Do I think you should use Teleflora.com? Heck, to the NO! Just read the above and you'll understand why!
I ordered an arrangement for my sister's birthday in Maui. I live in TN. I ordered in time, they charged my card, sent me an order confirmation. On my sister's birthday, at 7pm at night (2:30pm her time) I get an email from Teleflora that they are not going to be able to deliver my order and would like for me to pick a new date. I call and speak with a gentleman named "Alf" that is very hard to understand. He actually says to me that it will really be more of a surprise to her if the flowers come the day AFTER her birthday. I told him that I would like a refund and he said the best he could do is offer a 50% discount off of my next Teleflora order. I told him there would never be another Teleflora order for me. He then said he would call around and see if he could find another shop to fulfill the order. I asked if someone would call me back and he said "oh - no no". I told him THAT ALSO was unacceptable. He then offered to take my number and call me back in 30 minutes. This did not happen. I called back. This time I got Christina - she was also hard to understand. She said that she would give me a 30% refund...I told her that was unacceptable and asked if anyone had found another shop - she had no clue what I was talking about. After another 40 minutes I got the promise of a refund. I still haven't seen it. I would not risk anything important enough to send flowers for with Teleflora. If something happens and they don't meet your required date - they do not care and they will not fix it.
I heartily urge anyone considering using Teleflora to seek another florist. I recently used them to deliver an arrangement to a funeral home when my friend's sister died suddenly. The arrangement I chose had a glass cross that I wanted my friend to have as a keepsake. Weeks passed and my friend never mentioned the arrangement, but she was distraught over her sister so I chalked it up to that. When I finally felt like I could ask her about it, I learned a bouquet in a cheap glass vase had been sent instead. I immediately called Teleflora who declined to do anything about it or look into it...apparently they have a rule if not notified in two days of a problem they can only offer a discount on your next order. AS IF I would order from these crooks again!
My husband ordered flowers to be delivered at my work on 2/15 before 2:00 PM, when I got home he was surprised that i didn't say anything, then he had to tell me that he ordered the flowers, unfortunately he had to leave for work, so i told him that I would contact Teleflora and see what happened with the order, I waited for more than 30 minutes, I never got to talk to anybody. Please do not use teleflora they have the worse customer service and you don't get your flowers.
I have wasted so much time trying to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt, but I don't have any more time to waste. Currently I am on hold for over 15 minutes with an exuberant voice coming on the line every few minutes thanking me for calling and saying my call will be answered in 1-2 minutes. I ordered a $50.00 bouquet with a $19.99 delivery/service charge and had a discount code which subtracted the amount of delivery/service charge. So much for the same day delivery. That didn't happen. I called and was told they would contact the florist. The next evening the arrangement was delivered to my mother. She took pictures and sent them to me. I have never felt so "taken" in my life. This is what you get for $50.00? I would have been better off to send my Dad $15.00 and have him drive to Sam's Club and pick up a REAL bouquet. I apologized to my Mom and called Teleflora. Both times I spoke to their customer service, I could barely understand the rep's english. I was assured that they would contact the florist who would schedule a pick up of the embarrassingly bad arrangement and re-deliver another that would at least be worth $50.00, plus a 20% discount on a future order. That was three days ago. It's obvious they have a flag on phone numbers they don't want to answer. Okay, it's now been over 22 minutes on hold. I most definitely DO NOT recommend anyone waste their money or time. Finally, someone answered and she sounds just like Lily Tomlin doing Ernestine the phone operator from Laugh-In. It sounds like her lips are rubber-banded together and I can hardly understand a word. Plus her volume is so low I think I'm going to sprain my ear trying to make out what she is saying. Aaarrrggh! Don't waste your time!
I ordered flowers for my Mother who is in a nursing home. I placed the order on Wednesday before Mother's Day. At 5pm on Saturday before Mother's Day and when stores are closing, they send an email saying florist ran out of flowers and they weren't going to send anything. I live 100 miles from the nursing home, so I have no options. I complained to the company and they didn't respond.
If you can avoid using this company, do it and save yourself the headache! I ordered Valentine's Day flowers a week before they were supposed to be delivered. My fiancee works until 5:00 PM and there's a receptionist until 6:00 PM. I tried to get a delivery status but the phone number doesn't ever answer (probably due to all the customer service reps giving priority to "new orders") or just hangs up. They never delivered the flowers and the next day my fiancee called them to find out the status and of course no one answers the phone, but she chooses the option to "place a new order" and she gets to speak with a customer service rep. The claimed that the delivery driver made "several attempts" to deliver the flowers throughout the day and was unsuccessful. They wanted to give a 50% refund and that got met with a "go F*CK yourself"! This company SUCKS and probably the only time you can expect to get a delivery on time is at a funeral and hopefully it's not yours (after having to wait to receive flowers from TELEFLORA).
I placed an order for my 76 year old mother for mother's day the only gift she was receiving..The order was placed by me 2 days before..They never showed up! Not only was this embarrassing but hurt my mother thinking no one cared..I will never order from Teleflora again in my life and I suggest that no one else does..They clearly cannot garantee it will make it...Busiest day of the year is no excuse! I didn't ask for delivery on mother's day. I asked for delivery 2 day's before...
My husband ordered me the "Morning Melody" arrangement for Mother's day and that is absolutely not what I received. The only similarity was the lavender roses. The vase was red (I understand they may need to substitute the color)and there was no bow. There were 6 roses, 3 bright pink carnations and so much baker leaf fern you could hardly see the flowers. The fern leaves are covered in spores. Again, I understand substitutions may need to be made but this arrangement bears no resemblance to what was ordered. I know that the value of the flowers substituted is nowhere near the value of what should have been int he original arrangement and the dark red vase clashes with the lavender flowers.
What is especially disappointing is that I ordered two bouquets from Teleflora for family members and theirs were beautiful while mine looks like a grocery store bouquet.
Plant arrangement ordered by my brother for my wife who is ill. A flower arrangement was delivered instead and left on front porch in cold and doorbell was not pushed. Teleflora, a sub. of Hiroshima Bank of China out of Buffalo, NY says that 4 attempts to exchange and several phone calls were made. We were home all the time and this didn't happen. Teleflora says they are done with it. Great Blooms of Raleigh rudely told me thay couldn't talk to me. Frustrating.
I ordered a flower arrangement and upgraded the arrangement from Standard to Premium.
When I arrived at the home I sent the flowers to, it was obvious that the standard arrangement
was delivered and not the premium I paid for. Of the meager 6 roses included in the arrangement,
3 of them were wilted or dead. I called Telefora and was told I would received a 30% discount.
I will never use this company again and will go directly to a local florist in the future.
flowers never arrived
I ordered my flowers online on May 2 (the money was taken out of my account right away) for delivery on Monday, May 7 thinking I was doing this far enough in advance of Mother's Day (Sunday, May 13) to avoid the Mother's Day rush. On Saturday, May 12 I called my mom to see how she liked her flowers. What flowers? I called Teleflora to find out what happened... Ummm... The local florist was blamed. They assured me my mother's Mother's Day gift would be delivered Monday, May 14 (the day after Mother's day). It's 6:40, Tuesday, May 14 and still NO FLOWERS! Now they blame it that I ordered online and it takes longer... 12 days longer? So my mother didn't receive her mother's day gift, I'm out $75.00 and hurt that my Mom didn't have a gift. At this point I'm so disgusted with them I just want my money back. Oh, and they said I'll get that in 3 days! Right!
STAY AWAY! I ordered FLower arrangement heart and soul . I was So Embarrassed for what they sent my Girlfriend ! Piece of trash flower shop that didnt even work for telaflora slapped together Carnations with Dirt ..
DEmanded refund they said no !
I had the same problem! I ordered flowers yesterday for same delivery not delivered! They promised me the next morning they would have them delivered, and its 5 P.M. and nothing! I called and canceled the order and they did nothing at all to make this right! I will never use them again!
All I have to say is, PLEASE do not order any flower from Teleflora. They will not deliver your flower but if they do, they will send you dead flower. I will never order from them again and I do not want any one to get dissappointed. Mother's day was BAD because they never delivered the flower to my mom. Teleflora, your service SUCKS!
This is in response to 'ME'.
STFU, if you wanna say crap happens, fine. But their method of handling business was pure crap. I was misinformed, lied to, and misled. The company is unreliable, not responsible and ###.
Teleflora is complete crap excuse of a company. I will never ever buy any product from the company again and i will warn all my friends and families about this poor excuse of a business. I ordered online to deliver flowers for mothers day this sunday on friday. The online says order before 2 pm west coast time and it will be delivered on that day, so i thought sweet and made the order. A night i check with my younger brother who is living with my mom, and he says what flowers? I call the company and they tell me the order never went through. Wow, what a bunch of BS. So then i order it again through phone with them on friday night and told them to deliver it saturday one day before mothers day. The entire day i checked on the flowers and it never arrived. i talked to two representatives who gave me contradicting answers. One said the flowers are not delivered and the other said it was already delivered. Then i check on it again and the company representative said they do not know what's going on with the order and they'll call me within an hour and told me that the flower will be delivered. F'in BS, my mom never got the flowers. This company is horrific! NEVER EVER WILL ORDER FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY EVER
You want to say that these companies are taking the florist money but without these wire services that ship out YOUR orders to THESE LOCAL FLORIST to be delivered are not getting a better profit.
If it wasn’t for places like Teleflora, FTD, !-800 Flowers half of you would not be able to find a shop that delivers to homes way out in the country and just by chance these LOCAL florist do this to you when it is direct then what are you going to say? These are real issues happening to EVERYONE through ANY TYPE OF SERVICE
Crap happens!
Anywhere you order and give a CRED CARD NUMBER your account is BILLED ASAP. What do youknow understand about the use of a credit card? You people make me laught at what you like to write... You placed an order with a wire service... they give your order to a LOCAL FLORIST so if they do not design it and they (they being the florist) do not deliver it then YES it is the florist fault... good job filling that complaint!
I recently ordered a flower arrangement for the funeral of a coworker's family member through Teleflora- a group of my coworkers and I pooled our money, and I ordered the flowers online to be sent to the visitation.
The display that I chose was "White Promises Spray-Deluxe" (the "Deluxe" cost extra money). The picture online looked like a nice-sized display FULL of pretty white flowers (carnations, gladioli, and chrysanthemums). The total cost of our spray was $145 with delivery.
The flowers that arrived at the funeral were horrifying. My coworkers were embarrassed that this was what we had sent, and I feel horrible since I was in charge of the flowers.
The flower arrangement was a cheap-looking spray of mostly green filler leaves with a few tiny white flowers stuck in the leaves. The hand-written note containing our words of sympathy was written in chickenscratch. We were really embarrassed because we tried to do something nice for our coworker & her family and we ended up looking cheap.
I have contacted Teleflora with our story, and they told me they will give me a 15% refund. 15%... don't bother. Twenty-one dollars won't undo the embarrassment that their pathetic services have caused us. I hope my coworker didn't take it personally.
Next time order directly through the florist stop using teleflora, ftd.com they are a middleman order gatherer that eats up half the profits for the florist who is actually supplied product, designed and delivered it. Ftd and teleflora keep the $12.95-$14.95 handling fee and then keep 27% of the product price they are killing the florist. You will get better service and more for your buck if you go directly through a local florist.
The same thing happened to me, except I canceled the order the day of Mothers Day. They couldn't guarantee that my flowers would be there that Monday. What a Joke! They want your money but they don't want to give you the merchandise. I will never order through Teleflora ever again. Horrible service!
the money was taken out of my acct and no flowers were delivered
My complaint is... I ordered a valentines gift for my mother through teleflora.com because they were the only one that stated they could deliver it on that day... If they could not delivery on that day it should have specified like other companies and not just take your money!
The money was taken out of my acct and no flowers were delivered. This was very important to me because of my mom being sick and other things, besides the fact I wanted to show what she meant to me.
Teleflora ruined mine and my moms valentine... Because now 2 days later my mom is trying to help me find out why this was not delivered. Nice huh?
I have sent them 6 emails! And have called many many times only to get a recording or the phone just goes quiet after a minute. We are going on day 3 and have heard nothing at all... I am very upset... Very!
The flowers I picked also had a big balloon, I’ve not seen it and it was beautiful. So bottom line they were a birthday gift and now they are all screwed up. I’m so disappointed my aunt didn’t get her birthday flowers
I placed order on 09/23/23 and they canceled it an error and never refunded me.
Teleflora Order [protected] $123.20
I placed another order on 09/28/23 and the same thing happened. Order was cancelled an error.
Teleflora Order [protected] and no refund of $116.25
Put off delivery 2 times without a date certain. Not reliable!

Ordered a live plant basket to be delivered on Monday following my best friends sisters death on Sunday. As of today, FRIDAY and after almost an hour on the phone and literally 15 emails back and forth with their customer service the delivery has yet to arrive.
I will NEVER use them again and would suggest you not either.
OMG I ordered valentines roses two days ago they never came i called telaflora and was told 7 times its on the way and then i get call 7 to tell me that yea sorry we didnt get the order to any florist in your area so you might not get the flowers and only offered a 50 percent refund i said no to that and am currently still on hold with them to have my order either refunded or filled and they are saying we dont know what your complaint is for just cause we garunteed a service then forgot to send your order to a shop to be fill and delivered, i spent 300.00 on roses for v-day and have nothing to show for it.

I ordered flowers on Monday Feb. 13 to be delivered on Tues. Feb 14, , I rarely order flowers on line but my husband was out of town for the week and wanted to let him know I missed him, so after talking to him at 10 pm he never said anything and I asked him if he recieved anything, he said no. This morning I called the company and they still had not completed my order on Feb. 15, so i said to cancel my order, the man on the other end was not sure what to do so he send the request on to someone else and said it would take 48 hours to cancel and another 5 days to reimburse me for my order. I would never recommend anyone to this company, they are horrible.
I ordered tree boquets to be sent through dress barn flower club and catherine's flower club. i received an email stating one boguet could not be delivered due to the lack of the flowers. i called an dchgd the order to another boquet. the person that took the second order called the florist and was told that they had the flowers and the order would be shipped.. wrong. Teleflora does not stand in back of their website as the website states same day delivery on all buguets.
they have incompetent help and use sleezy florists to make the arrangements. I will never use teleflora again. may they rot in their flowers.
Wish everyone could learn to order direct from local florist and NOT FTD, TELEFLORA, 1800 Flowers, etc-- Glad you are please with the local florist!
