Target saucepan set

I purchased a boxed set of saucepans and frypan at Target Morley which indicated on the box that they were suitable for all cooktops, including convection. The saucepans and frypan were purchased as a gift for a family member who has a convection cooktop but unfortunately they did not work on her cooktop. As I no longer have the receipt am I able to return these for a refund?

Convection is not a feature of the cooktop; rather it's a feature of the oven. I think you may be getting it confused with the term induction.

Target the manager chandra reed and the way she interact with and/ or represent target

My name is Samantha Jones. I am an almost every other day customer. I went in about a month ago to purchase a TV. There weren't any left in a box (55' Westinghouse) so I asked a worker Steve is what he wrote on the paper about buying the display. He than went to talk. to a manager and came back to say the manager says he would love to sell it but he couldn't b/c it would leave a big hole on the wall, so to come back in 1 month and since ot has so many scratches on the screen and frame, he'd sell it to me for a good price. Steve took my name and number and I said I'd be back in 1 month.. So I did, I went back Saturday. I talked to Dewayne a manager who said the tv is discontinued and it would have to go on clearance for him to sell it. To make a long story short. I talked to and explain the situation to a worker who said she had never heard of that, they would usually sell it. She got another manager Chandra Reed, whom I have a child with her husband from BEFORE theu were married and she has always had a problem with me b/ c of it. I avoid her usually when I'm in Target but the worker went to get her and she was very rude and talk as if she owned the store. She she she over that and I wasn't getting the tv basically. My daughter recorded it all. It even came up about my child. I am going to see this through.

Target target brand diapers

I'm a single mother of 4 and 2 of my children are twin autistic 3 year old boys that are in diapers still . I have always used target brand diapers and never once had a issue with the brand. I even recommend others to use them because I think there the best. Unfortunately The last 2 boxes I purchased were very disappointing. More than half the diapers I'm each box were no good. They were ripping and wouldn't unfold to the Velcro part. I couldn't find my receipt and have absolutely no time to take them back. I hope you guys fix this issue cause I dnt want to change brands and target brand diapers are affordable for me .

Target target gift card

Got caught up in a scam through Craigslist using eBay motors accepting Target gift cards. I should have thought it was odd, this was my first time using Craigslist. Tough lesson! Cards involved are :

Target employee smoking in public entrance and disrespect to customer when asked about it

I witnessed an employee step outside of this Target and light up a cigarette. I asked if he worked there, he said yes. I asked if they let him smoke right by the entrance, he looked me in the eyes took a drag and looked away. I asked again and he said yes, they let him smoke there. I later followed up with Target corporate and they contacted the manager, whose response indicated that that was a smoking area, which is very wrong. It is against the law in MO to smoke withing 25 feet of a public place. That was the end of the complaint. Corporate did nothing more and kept asking if that was all. This is wrong. Smoke was wafting into the store. Customer service seems to care less. I asked for a follow up and they said maybe. MAYBE? Really? A Target employee blatantly broke the law, risked the publics health for his addiction, and disrespected me all at the same time and nothing has been done. How is this okay?

Target not helping of my package

my name is tony bobet. i resided at 1710 seward avenue, bronx, new york city, 10473, apartment#5-g. the stores name is target stores located at 700 extrior street, bronx, new york city, 10451. at shopping mall. i am filing an complaint i suppose to received my package on September 27, 2017. i spoke to target they say can not do anything. they do not care for the buyer. i order # [protected], 3 self bookcase-room essentials, for $28.29. the carrier USPS suppose deliver my packages the post office located at 1950 lafayette avenue, telephone, [protected]. but, i have an confirmation is car-[protected]. and, target do not care of helping me.

Target target red card fraud that they won't remove

Icannot access my account at all. Target told the complaint board they fixed my card but they didnt-they still have a huge sum of money due in fact they added different charges which made the card havea higher balane than it did when this fraudstartd back in April.
I had the card paid off. They keep removing charges and then add a ton back on.
I have talked to so many people that claim they are "supervisors" but then they end up saying I have to talk to Julie-who was nasty to me, the one and only time she was available.
This headache has been going on since March and the hours and hours of time and I can't get anyone to help! I got 1 letter saying they removed the charges but they added different charges that were removed in the beginning that were fraud and still leave me with charges I shouldn't have. I want as many people to know about targets red card so they don't live this 6month nightmare I am in.

Target red card customer service/ general customer service

Target customer support is useless and worthless. No "press 0" or "please hold" to speak to a representative. On September 20th, 2017, I've attempted to contact Target customer service/ redcard customer service/ general customer service/ ANYBODY, to simply ask a few questions regarding the redcard. I've called [protected], and two other numbers I had to literally dig up on the internet. The 800 number got me customer service in Nicaragua, apparently there's no US-based customer support, got no help, they couldn't answer my questions, couldn't understand what I was asking, kept asking me to repeat what I was asking, just made it frustrating to speak to them. Called [protected], that was also a very frustrating conversation, again, the person wasn't answering my question, ended up hanging up the phone. I feel that Target doesn't respect or value their customers by doing this to them. In the end of the day, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Target store doesn't only have awful customer service, but now they got so greedy they imposed a $25 threshold for online purchases in order to get free shipping to their store, the in-store pick up is no longer free. In-store pick up always comes with a complimentary shipping. It costs nothing for the store to put an item in the truck that's already heading to that store. And Target has come up with such explanations and reasoning for why they are doing it, it's just insulting to me as a customer, if they think I'm going to buy that garbage. I don't appreciate the way Target is doing their online business, it is unconscionable. They don't carry a wide variety of items in their stores, and now shopping on their website has become a grievance. I have to take my business elsewhere.

Target non-delivery

I urgently needed an item from them, so I placed my order and chose a fast delivery on the next day. They called me and scheduled the delivery time. I took a day off. For nothing. Because nothing was delivered. They said it was delayed due to some circumstances and they will deliver in 2-3 days. No, I don't need it in 2-3 days. I need it now! But the worst thing that this information about non-delivery I found in the evening when I called them to find out what's going on. They wouldn't tell me anything if I didn't call.
Just terrible. I highly recommend you NOT to deal with them.

Target midway target optical on university ave.in saint paul, mn

At the end of July or beginning of August, I paid $25 to get a new pair of glasses because I had previously purchased the warranty plan when I got my glasses (which were over $400 with insurance coverage). Upon getting the glasses, there was a large wire hanging off of them. The staff helped to re-string the wire, and I noticed that there was a chip of color that had been scratched off of the glasses. I told her about this, and let her know that I was getting married on September 2nd and would really like everything to be perfect. She stated she would re-order the frames. About 3 days later, I had to go back in because the lens was put in crooked, and I was having a hard time seeing out of them. The same staff member that said she had ordered the glasses was there and made me feel like I was dumb for bringing them back in even though they were put together incorrectly. She fixed the glasses and I could see better after the lens was put in correctly. The week of August 21st, I went back into the Target Optical to check on the glasses order (2 1/2 - 3 weeks after I had been told they were ordered) and the man helping me said that he would order them and they would "be in this week". So, they never were ordered to begin with. My wedding came and went, and it is fine, but I was really hoping to have a new pair which I STILL have not received. I called on Saturday, September 9th to check in on them, and the girl who answered stated she thought she had ordered them. I called again on Wednesday, September 13th and she had said, "I left you a voicemail." which I let her know that I had not received any voice messages. She laughed and said, "Oh whoops, I must have left your message on someone else's voicemail. The glasses should be coming from Duluth." Today is Monday, September 18th, and I still haven't heard anything. I absolutely love Target. I buy everything from here and it was the only place we registered at for our wedding. I love the community support that the company believes in and I spend hundreds of dollars a month at your store. I will however, never be coming back to the optical center ever again. I not only have not got the product that I should have had weeks ago, I was treated like I was dumb, and the service has been awful. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for my time and energy, but I do not want to be involved with the optical center anymore and do not want any coupons or refunds related to this. I hope that this might help other people receive better service in the future.

Target philips bikini perfect shaver

I was really disgusted on what I found inside the Philips bikini perfect advanced shaver I bought last saturday in Garden Grove Target last september 16, 2017 . I saw a lot of shaving cream inside the microshaver that I have never even used yet which only means that someone already used that and probably returned it and target put it back on the shelf. Its really disgusting, thinking that I would used an electronic shaver that has been used already. I am a loyal target customer for 2 years now and this happened. I cant believe what they are doing.

Target customer relations

I was checking out at the Target on 40th and Yankee Hill in Lincoln Nebraska, on Saturday, September 16th around 10:45 AM. I was buying fall decorations. The cashier who was checking myself and my husbands items commented on how cute they were, them began talking about how the stood was getting new lights put up as part of a remodel. Both my husband and I commented about how it looks nice. Then, the cashier whose name was Mae began talking about plus size clothing. The conversation went as follows:

"You look to be plus size like myself. We are getting new mannequins in the store that are plus size."

I responded with "oh, that is nice." And immediately became very upset that she labeled me as plus size, especially with a line of customers behind us. I was visibly uncomfortable and yet, MAE, continued to talk about how these new mannequins would help me find clothing for myself that would fit.

I am very bothered by this conversation. The cashier had no business commenting on my size; I did not bring up any questions about sizing. I was not even purchasing clothing. Furthermore, I believe it is common courtesy to NOT comment on any other person's size and for one woman to do so to another, is very disrespectful. My husband and I were both offended by her comments and I am not sure if I will return to target if that is how I am going to be treated.

Target customer treatment

My friends and I went to target to shop for groceries as we are in college. I happened to have bad cramps in my left leg which lead to painful walking. I thought I would use the electric cart as it was very uncomfortable to walk. while I was shopping the elder women working confronted me as I precededo tell them about my leg. They then told me to put the cart back and leave the store. This also lead to them threading to call the cops over nothing as my friends and I left the store quickly as we don't want to be involved with cops

Target falsely terminated

I worked for Target store 2431. In The beginning of June I was fired for accidentally fixing a punch correction in may because I forgot to punch in since I was running late and hurried to get straight to work. I fixed that punch a week ago after that day and I didn't remember I was late that day since it was over a week. So one month later I'm fired and told it was immediate termination when in fact in my handbook it states "I can lose my job". The manager (Lanier) wasn't there's that day, so the next day I go on to talk to her and she told me she would contact corporate to get me reinstated. It has been over three months! I thought target was a good company for letting a female college student who has Aspergers work there. But no! I was singled out and no one tried to fight to get me to stay, when they would fight for other employees to stay when fired. I worked for over a year for this company for the flow team. Getting up at 5 or 4 in the morning to go to work while I was in college.

Target target.com shipping

I ordered a few new sets of dishes. I received three shipments of dishes I had to order "individually" since they are NOT sold as sets. (8: bowls, salad plates, dinner plates) my first shipment had multiple broken bowls. My third shipment EVERY plate was broken. This is unacceptable. Now... we have nothing but paper plates again. Plus my box today was reused, and poorly wrapped.

Target I preorder a xbox x they canceled for no reason

I had preordered a new Xbox x for my son for xmas. For some reason they canceled my order stated that the funds wasn't there. What I don't understand is my red card had available credit of over 700$ and the Xbox x was a total of 503$ so how is 500$ more then 700$ it isn't but target acts like the funds wasn't there when I have it and now I'm without the one thing my son wanted for xmas. And no where to preorder this item. So when I called and ask I get the run around telling me about the fund when I pull up my account and boom I have over the available credit. So thanks target for nothing

Target a target semi truck

I was driving on I 35, near exit 112 in Norman, Ok and a semi truck with the Target logo on the side drove up beside me, honked and flipped me off. I do not believe i cut him off and I think he is not a good representation of Target or whatever company he might actually work for.

While i did not get the 1 800 number on the truck, i was able to get his driver #. It is 064428.

I hope there is something you can do to discipline this type of behavior. I am sure this is not the type of employee you want representing Target.

Target graco booster

On August 20, I bought a Graco® Affix Youth Booster Seat with Latch System on Target site. Shipping to Israel is free.
I did not receive an email or a message or information about my order from Target. I just got a mail from a borderfree company with the order number E4X001041884683

I waited 8 days and wrote to target customer service and I got an answer :
" Dear Target Guest,
 
Thank you for your recent order (order #: E4X001041884683). Due to overwhelming demand for our free shipping promotion, you may experience a delay in the delivery of your order.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working with our carriers to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.
 
Thank you for your understanding.
 
Target on Borderfree"

I waited patiently and on 1st September I received the following email:
"Dear Target Guest,
 
Due to the much higher than anticipated response to the Borderfree Free Shipping promotion, we are unable to deliver order E4X001041884683 and had to cancel it. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. 

Since your order did not ship internationally, you were not charged for it. Any pending authorization holds will drop off your card within 7-10 business days. If you were already charged for your order, your refund will be processed promptly.

After more than 10 days they canceled an order.
Poor customer service, disrespectful attitude, and non-compliance.
I would like to take a serious approach to email and correct my shopping experience.

Target retail

I just went to Target on the Bronx terminal and the check out is horrible, I only was buying a banquet table and they had 32 registers and only 6 was working. I had to wait 30mins. to checkout one item. It's a holiday weekend more registers should have been available. Their are many people waiting and alot of us had aleast 10 items or less. It is a shame at that store right now.
