Taco Bell took 45 min to get my order and I go to this taco bell at least 4 times a week and never had this kind of service some different manger

The taco bell on us1 in st augustine, Florida is usually one on my favorite places to eat they know me by name and never get my order wrong and never takes longer than ten minutes but on June 2nd 2017 around ten pm it was horrible and the manger was getting mad just standing there not helping the new people on the line and other workers just standing around not the girl who always works at that one cause she was great but i payed $21.03 for a Mexican pizza 3 triple layer nachoes 2 Apple empanadas and one chicken quesadilla and it took 45 min and the manger didnt apologize one time and they put the wrong sauce on my pizza .

Taco Bell chicken quesadilla

Okay so I was just chilling at taco bell and I ordered a quesadilla and it was pretty much empty like nothing in it at all. All that had anything in it was the middle pieces and like bro I need a full one if it paying for that like on god I love the customer service but like how y'all gonna do me dirty like that I need a full one that doesn't fill me up all this starch with no chicken just gonna give all these people constipation and y'all don't want that.

I believe this is highly unfair to the manager in training. He was fired for doing his job! You should look into this situation, i highly urge you. That is not how a manager should act. Taco Bell insensitive packaging

Please look at the attached picture. I do not find this funny one bit! The personal and family tragedies related to addiction are heartrending and, quite often, desperate.

Regardless of Taco Bell's belief, addiction is a brain disease! In addition to a genetic component, scientific research has shown that alcohol and other drugs can change brain structure and function. Advances in brain imaging science make it possible to see inside the brain of an addicted person and pinpoint the parts of the brain affected by drugs of abuse.

Abuse of tobacco, alcohol, and illicit drugs is costly to our Nation, exacting more than $740 billion annually in costs related to crime, lost work productivity and health care.

It is estimated that 208 million people internationally consume illegal drugs.in the United States, results from the 2007 National Survey on Drug Use and Health showed that 19.9 million Americans (or 8% of the population aged 12 or older) used illegal drugs in the month prior to the survey. This number increases each year.

And yet, Taco Bell decides to use "addiction is a choice not a disease" on their packaging? How irresponsible. How insensitive. You should be ashamed.

Taco Bell the food and workers

They had an attitude and played on their phone during work time they were the worst when ordering food didn't have hair nets on looked high and scratched head before giving us food, I think that's very nasty then talked about us and acted like we didn't hear and when I went to eat my taco supreme it had hard cheese, no lettuce and the meat looked and smelt nasty and I had hair in my drink, and also this Is the taco bell in carencro by the super one and the new Walmart

Taco Bell big beef meximelt.. you mean tiny??

Why in the world does the "big" beef mexi melt cost so much? This thing is smaller than a soft taco and it costs 2x as much.. my husband orders 3 mexi melts and a beed barrito and it costs $10 just for him.. $8 of which is Just the mexi melts.. a mexican pizza costs the same as 1 mexi melt.. Sad part.. Mexican pizza used to cost $1 and had double the ingredients on it.. now it's $3 And only has cheese and tomatoes..
And where is the chilli cheese burrito? That is my favorite.. used to be 79cents.. and I would order like 4 every time I went.. Bring back the chilli cheese burrito! It is 3x the size of the beef mexi melt and costs 3x less..

Taco Bell store advertises as having free wifi, but it's down all the time.

Taco Bell store at 2660 w. Thunderbird blvd. Phoenix Az 85023
The store says on the door it has free WIFI, but it's down most of the time.
You ask the people there when it will be fixed--they are noncommittal .
It's bait and switch when you say you have it but you don't. It's not caring
about your reputation when you don't correct your mistakes. It's frustrating
for the customers when they expect something and don't get it.

Taco Bell missing items/wrong drinks

I went through the the drive through and did not receive one of my taco meals plus I order two Unsweetened Teas and received Two Sweet Teas This was so upsetting as one of my family members had no dinner I called the manger and she told me to bring in my receipt and she would handle the matter . I am so upset though for the the inconvenience this caused me.

Taco Bell customer service/ error handling

I was with a large group of people and we all ordered together. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, however the cashier put it in a soft taco supreme. When we received our food, I was surprised to find that I did not receive any item of food. Not the soft taco supreme nor what I was hoping for, the crunch wrap supreme.
When I brought the error back to the cashier I was told that the only thing they could do was have me order and pay again. So I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and asked for my soft taco supreme since I already paid for it. I only received the crunch wrap supreme.
Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the quality of customer service and how they handled their error. I hope to hear of ramifications or compensation​ promptly.

Taco Bell nachos

Why are the nachos $1.49? I remember when they were .89 and it seems like they give you less chips. It cost more than a taco! Why aint the bean burrito on the dollar menu? Why does a beefy fritos burrito, which has rice, beef and nacho cheese in it, cost a dollar but a single crunchy taco or plain bean burrito or even a regular tiny nachos does not? Who does these prices? Whats the deal with a meximelt being over $2? Its just meat, pico and cheese melted but it cost double then most the tacos and burritos. I remember getting those for a dollar too. Yall really need to change the prices. And bring back the original rice with the melted cheese and green onions! Ok im done!

Taco Bell service

I have arrived to Taco Bell in Kimball four times in the past 2 months on a Friday or Saturday night. The hours of operation say 12 am however twice they have been close 12 to 14 mins early . Twice they have been out of chicken and/or beef. They continue to close early and not prepare enough products for business. I love Taco Bell they have great products and prices but I'm sick and tired of the disappointment of being turned away with no service. I work in the food industry at Logans Roadhouse and we never turn business away, even when they walk in the door at close. I wish management would take their customer satisfaction under consideration. I hate to complain because I work in the service industry. Let me being by saying that I have no plans to ever step foot in this Taco Bell again I just believe mangers at this location need to be fried when there trying to come on to the employees in a work place I believe this location needs all new workers it makes me sick to see this going on they are two employees which one is a manger trying to come on to one of there employees i hope this will be looked into i hope am not waste my time Thank you

Taco Bell food poisoning and rude insurance agent

I probably will never eat Taco Bell again for the rest of my life, and if I do, it won't be from this location. I became severely sick with food poisoning around 3-4 am the morning after eating at Taco Bell. I was awakened by severe painful stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that persisted for several hours into the following day. I had to miss 2 days of work (loss of wages) I was so sick. When my husband called and asked to get a reimbursement for our meal, he was told we would need to file a formal complaint and given a number to The Jemez Agency (insurance agent) I called to file the complaint and spoke to THE RUDEST MAN I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE, Allen at Jemez Insurance Agency. He basically told me I would have to prove I got sick from Taco Bell and was extremely combative and confrontational. I told him I have worked in the legal field for over 10 years and have no problem obtaining an attorney to represent me if necessary. At that point, all I had wanted was compensation for my meal and to know that if I needed to go to the ER or see a DR that I would be covered, but now I am going to file a formal complaint and I want the 2 days lost wages. I plan on reporting them to the local Environment Agency.

Taco Bell rude manager

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a Steak crunchwrap combo with and orange juice and asked for an additional order of the 2 pack cinnamon delights, equaling a total of 4. After making it to Newport News, I realized that one, my steak crunchwrap was not steak, it was beef; two, I only had 2 cinnamon delights. I called the Williamsburg, VA location (1812 Richmond Rd Williamsburg, VA, 23185) and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I spoke with the manager name Brittany and explained to her that my order was wrong. Brittany was incredibly rude and instantly got an attitude with me saying "I mean, I don't know what you want me to do." I said responded to her and said "I'm telling you my order that I paid for was incorrect and your only reply is that you don't know." She finally offered to comp my next order, but she was not professional at all. She is a very rude manager and very careless.

Taco Bell their food... tacos and burritos specifically

I was so unimpressed with the size of the tacos and burrito which I purchased. They were so thin and hardly had any filling to make eating the food satisfying. I have included actual pics of the food which I paid for vs. the food pics Taco Bell advertises. The disparity is such a joke. It's not what anyone would expect to receive, and certainly not worth the money. I had been going to Taco Bell for many years yet hadn't gone to a location for quite some time. This last trip was totally disappointing and unsatisfying.

Taco Bell customer assistance

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through with only one other cars ahead of me and nobody in the restaurant. Went through the drive through because the entrance had three employees standing outside the door smoking cigarettes. They made a mistake with the car order in front of me because I could see them handing products back and forth. When I finally got to the window, she had to ask me what I had ordered. Then she told me how much my order was and I gave her a twenty. Twice I had to hand the change back because she had given me the wrong amount back in change. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP. IT IS BEING RUN LIKE A PLAYGROUND. I live in the area and hate to see business go under because of poor management.

Taco Bell 20+ minutes waiting in the drive-thru line

This is a complaint towards the McMinnville, Oregon Taco Bell. In the past year, there has only been one time that I did not have to wait in line both inside and in the drive-thru for less than 20 minutes. Also, they do not apologize or acknowledge in any way that you have been waiting for an excessive amount of time. They do not even mention it. "Sorry for the wait" or "thanks for your patience", has never been spoken. It would at least lessen the frustration. So the last time I went there, I asked them why it always takes so long and their response was they are short-handed and they have a new manager. I told them this has been happening every time I go there for over a year, so they handed me a coupon for a free taco. Seriously, that does not fix the problem. Extremely poor customer service at this Taco Bell. Every other Taco Bell I have been to has been great! This is the only Taco Bell within about 20 miles. We love Taco Bell, but we rarely go there any more. If we really, really want Taco Bell, I bring some reading material to pass the time while waiting in the drive-thru! Also, once you get in the drive-thru line, there is no escape if someone comes up behind you. There is no exit lane. You are basically stuck there for a minimum of 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. One of the corporate managers needs to go there and wait in the drive-thru to experience it and then figure out how it fix it.
