Subway swiss cheese

I went into subway today and asked for my favorite sandwich which is steak and cheese I was asked what type of cheese of course I said Swiss cheese and then she said we no longer have Swiss cheese it's now provolone so k I took but I'm sorry it's not the same taste so I will not be going back to subway until you have Swiss cheese again thanks subway for thinking about your bottom line only

Subway subway store location sub 37896

I purchased fundraiser stickers where you can get free chips free cookies etc. 3 Times after paying at the kiosk I got free chips. Tonight for some reason The young girl said if you use the kiosk you can't get the free chips. I told her I've done the very same thing 3 other times and they gave it to me without question. Nowhere on the fundraiser sheet does it say you can't pay at the kiosk. She continued to argue with me and would not give me my free chips. I hardly go to Subway and only did it to help out the derby cheerleaders. Since I don't come to Subway often you probably don't care but you lost a customer over a bag of chips. I paid $14 for that fundraiser and I'm on disability so that's a lot of money to me. 😡😡😡

Subway I received horrible service from the person who prepared my sandwich

So they person making my sandwich snapped at me to let me know she can make my sandwich. I said hi she just looked at me disrespectful and didn't greet me back. She started to help me but was rushing my order but nobody else was in line and there was not that much urgency needed. She was very rude and I remained paitent. I wanted to verbally abuse her but that wouldn't calm or help the situation any. I don't ever want to receive the type of service I did today or ever at any Subway franchise.

Subway new chipotle steak and cheese

We tried your "NEW" Chipotle steak and cheese on crunchy sunflower bread. First I'd like to say the bread had very little taste and I did not notice any crunch or‘s very many sunflower seeds on the bread. Found the steak and cheese portion of the sandwich to be lacking in flavor. I don't believe I will purchase the sandwich again thought you should know!

Subway hepatitis, and rudeness

subway in Little Falls, New York, , has a girl working there with Hepatitis. I don't think she should be working around food, for she has cut herself a few times. Also there is a guy named Brian that works there that is very rude, , I have heard that the manager knows all this and refuses to do anything about it. I am ready to call the board of health on the Hepatitis, and I will go higher up on the Rudeness of that store, ,

Subway harpursville, new york

I live next to a young 20 year old that works in Subway in Harpursville, NY. We live in the Norma Garden Apartments. She has a weird name. She calls me a "[censored]" and a "Jerk" and I no longer will go into subway. She screams these things out the door. I expect your employees to behave like decent people in and out of the store. Her sister apparently rented one of the apartments and this young lady blames me for her moving out. We all have rules and her sister apparently did not follow them. This young lady does not pick up her dog feces and this has been an ongoing issue. We used to go for subs all the time but I am disgusted by her behavior and avoid her at all costs. She moved into the senior side of the apartments and apparently shows no respect for others. Perhaps you could work on her manners so we could again enjoy going into Subway. The manager on tiger bend road Melinda does not temp the food she just put fake numbers and I became very ill because of it something need to be done about her you will be hearing from my lawyer

Subway a rude employee

Today (Sept. 13, 2018)at approximately 9 pm I went to a Subway restaurant at 6605 HWY 7 East East Town Plaza Unit 3, Markham, ON L3P 3B4. There was a young woman working there. This was a really weird experience. Strangely, she seemed to think that I had thrown a napkin on the floor on a previous occasion. After she gave me my food, she started accusing me of throwing a napkin on the floor at some time in the past. I had no idea what she was talking about. She seemed mentally unbalanced. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager, and asked for her manager's name and number.

She just laughed in my face. I persisted in demanding to get her manager's number. Then she called somebody and started speaking a foreign language. An angry-looking male with a Domino's shirt arrived, and he started glaring at me. I assumed that maybe this was her brother or boyfriend. I felt intimated, but I still worked up the courage to ask again for her manager's name and number. She first just ignored me. Then her and the male started taunting me, and told me to "get the [censored] out now!"

I felt angry and left the store. I have never been treated like this in my life. I feel deeply insulted. I will never, ever visit this place again. I personally believe that people like this should not work for Subway. Is this Subway's idea of customer service? An unhinged woman makes unfounded accusations against a customer and intimidates him with her male companion?

Subway product and services

on the date of 9/11 I was in a subway on miracle mile in st louis park at around 12 30 pm

first off the worker had cut his finger and the man who sandwich was being made had to ask the guy to use a different knife and get new bread I guess having blood and skin is ok THATS SO GROSS.

there was very little staff there for being in such a busy place with lots of office and businesses around

my husband had a cold cut the meat was not separated at all he had ask for it to be toasted it was still cold and he had to warm it him self at home

my was one of the gross thing I have had there in years

when you go to a subway and spend 14.00 dollars and would think things would at lest be made right

its because of this I think we will not be going there in less things change

Subway worker (woman) was rude

Worker woman was rude and gave disgusting faces...didn't charge my sub correct doesn't know how to charge... gave disgusting faces.. Hardley knew English.. should be fired ASAP.. was really disrespectful to the customer and you my friend that was with me horrible experience I will never go there again to this address.. 9326 SW 56th St, Miami, FL 33165

Subway customer service

I went to a subway in tabor city nc and there were a line of people and the girl in the front was buy herself trying to do every one. Mind you I ask her were her help was and she stated running a little late and the guy next to me said were use to this that girl always by herself. Finally her help come in and goes and the back and finally I'm at the regerstier and I look back there and the other girl one her cell phone still not helping. I ask the girl at the regerstier her name she said Monica I just want to commend this girl for all her hard work and getting us out as quick as she could

Subway manager

I went to Oliver Subway yesterday around 1:00 pm for my lunch. It was the worst experience ever that never want to go back to Subway especially in Oliver. The manager Melinda is very rude to customers. She always looks in hurry and makes the mess in sandwiches adding wrong sauces and veggies. If you will say her anything than she will start blaming the co-workers. She is very racist.

Subway 77 green acres rd s, valley stream, ny 11581

This subway located inside Walmart 77 Green Acres Rd S, Valley Stream, NY 11581. There is one Indian guy who is very rude with all customers he don't know how talk with customer. When I know he is Manager by name Mehta I surprise how Subway with very big chains of restaurant don't know how to hire people specially as manager. I was in the line 3rd person to order food. I saw how he is talking with customers when my turn came everything was ok I just gave him advice to properly interact with a customer. He became mad at me. He told me restaurant closing you can't sit as dine in when still all customer was serving and it was 40 minutes left until closing time. He shouted at me and of course I shouted at him.I became very nervous I was pregnant & with my 2 children. If at that time something happen to me because of this rude manager I will sue him. Attention to Subway owner manage your employees otherwise there is many ways to take legal action.

Subway unprofessional work place

I would like to put in an anonymous complaint to the subway on 521 main street, East Haven CT, I've visited there and do not like how that place is being runned the owner are not responsible and very unprofessional the boss sits in his car all day in the parking lot watching the cameras and drinkng and when he is inside helping there's days where he talk about alcohol to customers I dont think that is professional and customers shouldn't be seeing or hearing certian things especially in a business he is also very rude to employees and there are things that shouldn't be spoken about in front of customers.

upon arriving in morehead ky I stopped to get a footlong to take with me to my cabin(which is a 30-35)minute drive from here. I told the persom I wanted a footlong do not warn it up since I wont eat it till I get there that I can warn it then. I also told them I wanted all my added on veggies to be put in a bowel so I can add them on when I got there and add them on later on that nite when I would finish it. the woman there told the person to get a small cookie bag and put all them together in there. she wasn't going to give out a bowel for someone to use the extras as a salad. that PISSED me off if this wasn't the only place to eat for the next 30 min one way or 45 min longer. I would told her to shove it but I didn't since I wanted the food and at my cabin I had nothing there, well when i got there all the veggies they threw in the bag was only enough to eat a 6in sub. NOW Question are you getting that hard up not to satisfiy the customers a good sandwich with what they want. I don't get down there but twice a month to work on my cabin. my service in Cincinnati oh. is 100% better. they give what you ask not to worry about a bowel and extras.said my complaint for what is worth at least I got it off my chest.

Subway product

It has been years since my last visit to a subway establishment I can honestly say that your products are the worst in the business of subs.
The food was bland and the texture was more like chewing on old leather.
After a few hours my wife, kids and myself noticed how ill we felt.
If your company calls this food I would rather eat canned dog before eating at subway.
Maybe your board members should have to eat this stuff subway tries to name as suitable food for humans.
I dare you to do so.
Then get back to me.
I felt blatantly ripped off of $35 eating at subway. You have
the nerve to serve the public such degrading food that I would not even give to my dog!

Subway preparation of sub

I ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch from a subway employee that did not have on a hat/hair net and had half of a smoked cigarette hanging out of her shirt pocket. The sub was falling apart as she made it but she still continued to push all of my sides into the sandwich. I addressed the issue and her response was that she was new. I understand being new, but serving a sub that you can't even pick up is unacceptable. When I got home and unwrapped the sub to eat, I had to use utensils to eat it.

Subway turned away with service dog

I went in to the Piazza Carmel Subway, off of Valley Centre Dr. in Carmel Valley with my service dog. Morad saw me, smiled, and said I need to leave. I told him that my dog is a service dog, and that she doesn't need a vest, but I have her ID card in my wallet (by the ADA, it is unlawful/illegal to send away a customer from public spaces if they have a service dog, even without obvious identification). He continued to say "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, please leave. Other people will bring their dogs." Because I had her vest in the car, I walked all the way back to my car, put her vest on, and came back. I don't want him fired, I want him to be educated on service dogs. I have a brain tumor, so I can obviously walk, talk and look normal. But if this happened to someone in a wheelchair or someone with PTSD, they would be in such a worse spot, especially if they don't have a vest on them.

Subway service

I went into a Subway today located on 10th st in Greenville NC. As I entered I was never greeted. I asked the young female what was the sandwich of the day she stated ham, since I do not eat ham I asked her what was the meat based in the cold cut I dont think she was sure I asked if there was any pork in it she then began to get irritated and since she was not sure I asked for the 6 inch tuna on wheat, I do not eat pork or red meat so when she put the tuna on the bread I asked what was the brown meat on the tuna and she said it was steak, I asked her to remove it and she used her fingers to do so. She then walked away from the counter and never returned. The other female that was assisting her then began to ask what did I want on my sandwich in a manner which sounded as if she had an attitude. I asked her for the name of the manager and she refused to give it to me. I asked for her for both their names and she refused to give it to me. The other female stated to give me the information she did not care who I called the one who finished my order told me if I was not buying anything that I needed to leave the store, I had already paid almost $9.00 and I was on my lunch break and my husband and I were there to have lunch. She stated again that I needed to leave or she was going to call someone to remove me again this was after I had already made my purchase. Not sure why since I was not causing a problem I simply wanted the name of the manager so I could speak with him regarding my service I received in his establishment and of course I never received his or her name and I was told he/she would be in on Monday I could come back at that time. I asked to have my money refunded and it took her quite some time to refund my money at this time she began to use her phone and when she refunded my money it was not for the correct amount. She at that time stated it does not matter who I tell or talk to they are not going to believe my complaint. I was mortified at such behavior. I am waiting for the manager to give me a call back to have this issue resolved.

Subway customer service

This is the second time I have went to this subway only for cookies and this woman very rude customer. This was my second time dealing with her and the first time I ever had her take my order she was quite rough. Not speaking not doing any eye contact. I asked her to warm my cookies which is my preference, and she did so but they weren't to my liking I asked her to reheat them she had an attitude about it she pretty much have them back to me in a disrespectful way. And I had to ask for napkins she basically threw it in my hand. And I let it slide the first time but she did the same thing today at 10:00am right when they opened! I said you know what enough is enough as I'm walking away she said to herself she's always in here in my head I said I like the oatmeal cookies why can't I come enjoy ? I really didn't like this service and first opening she has an attitude? Her host order number is [protected] west end mall Atlanta GA 30312
