shaw cable / poor service


I have moved itto my apt 4 months ago. I had cable phone and internet hooked up. I waited two weeks to get it hooked up. My phone never worked. They came back in twice. They finly got it to work. Then there was a problem with something eles. When I phoned them they set up an appointment to come in and fix it. I phoned them back two days before they were to come in to see if I had to be there. I was told that there was no appointment set up. I was pissed the lady at the desk went out of here way to deel with the proublem, that was delt with. Now again I have a proublm with my cable. It is now july 30 and they can not fix it on another service call on the 15th of aug
