Pro Flowers/EZSVER RW Scam

Discovered an unauthorized charge to my Mastercard account around 3:00 a.m. while checking my Citi account online.

The account was shown as "EZSVER RW ID054584030 [protected] PA and the charge was for $1.95.

I had no idea who these people were nor did I authorize them to charge anything to my Mastercard account.

I called Citi immediately and told them this was criminal fraud and that I wanted the charge reversed.

I checked online to find hundreds of similar experiences by people who had been scammed by this criminal enterprise. Apparently Pro Flowers and their affiliate Florist Express are in collaboration or perhaps own EZ Saver and they share credit card information with them.

I called the number listed for EZSVER and was told to call during business hours; I called about 10 times until I reached a person named "Beth" when I called another number, [protected]. She indicated that my account had been closed. I told her I wanted my $1.95 refunded. They tried to have me give them my credit card number over the phone which I refused to do. Beth was very rude and I doubt they actually closed my account nor will make any effort to refund my money.

After checking this fraud online and reading more than a hundred complaints about the scam I learned that many people didn't notice that this criminal enterprise had been charging their credit card accounts $14.95 a month for many months or even years before being noticed. Fortunately I picked up the scam two days after they had charged my account with their initial $1.95 fee. This charge for doing absolutely nothing for me.

This has GOT to be stopped and these people charged with criminal internet fraud and made to face justice.

My husband ordered me Roses for our Wedding Anniversary apprently they were shipped from California to Texas by Ground Shipping so by the time I got them they were dryed out and aside that you have to put them together they were "UGLY" AND "DEAD". I was too embarrased to show them to my co-workers! They would walk into my office and ask who send me flowers and just say "Oh" because they were probably thinking where the Hell did your husband get those Flowers from! No one had anything nice to say about the flowers! But I don't blame them they were UGLY! I was so embarrassed that I just took them to my car and left them there! Don't send your loved one flowers from Pro-Flowers it is a HUGE let down! Save your money and go to a local flower shop! Please!

Your order is not charged after you put your credit card information in. It is charged on the next page where it says "Confirm order". On this page it shows the total amount of your purchase, along with shipping charges. YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON CONFIRM ORDDER to be charged.

This same thing happened to me. I didn't notice it until the 8th charge. You bet I called them and gave them a pice of my mind. I should be getting a full credit to my account for the charges. I don't understand how they could do this and I will NEVER buy form Proflowers again because of this. They lost a customer.

Pro flower is a Bait and switch SCAM……
If you been scammed by Pro Flower please read on…..
I was placing an order, from the pro flower web site.
I clicked on a link that showed a free birthday vase and free chocolates.
The picture even had a cloud inside of it that stated the free message.

As I proceeded with my purchase I have noticed that the site did NOT show the total cost and or fees associated with the purchase.
They seemed to be more interested in capturing your contact information and most importantly your credit card information, I was dumb struck by this, because this happened to me last year.

Last year I placed an order through Pro Flower, where the same thing happened, The ad said two dozen roses and color vase for 29.99. I thought that was a good price. So I clicked on the link from my email and was connected to the pro flower web site. I selected the item and proceeded to purchase, BUT they never showed how much the flowers really were going to cost me, They wanted me to put my credit card information, without realizing this I put my credit card information in thinking that its going to cost me like 39bucks with delivery.

After I entered my credit card number that is when I found out that I have to pay for everything, The color vase that was promised free is now extra $10, the flowers are now extra $5, 99 the delivery is now $20.00. I have not seen another company other then priceline that you do not see the price of the actual ITEMS you are BUYING before you enter your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION…I ended up paying extra $35.00 because I already entered my information in to the site and did not want to deal with another site at the moment…

This Company is a PRO when it comes to PRO SCAMS…
AVOID AT ALL COST….

And they will send you hundreds of junk emails, WHY, and they keep your private information in file as I found this out the hard way. When I tried to order this time.

I will Never order from this site again, as I called for assistance the manager told me that he can’t do anything, he did not care that I am a returning customer and did not even bother to offer me any help. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and stated where I accessed the link from, I told him email, He said can you give me that date of the email so I did, he is like can you click on the link and see the price, so I clicked on the link again, but this time I went to another page, He thought I will loose the other page, but I screen shot all of the pages leading to the scam because I opened a new screen to access my email, something about that manger did not sound so well, and I was right.

I will file a complaint with BBB, and also seek legal actions against ProFlower.com for false marketing.
If you have been scammed by pro flower please join in and file with BBB.

ProFlowers.com will scam you! Buyers beware! I ordered some roses for Valentines Day and later discovered that I also had a $1.95 recurring monthly charge to my credit card via EZSVER.com. Proflowers told me this occured when I recieved an email from them pledging to give me 20% off of future orders. I accepted this offer and proflowers provided ezsver.com with my credit card information. Evidently somewhere in the user agreement, which no one reads, it says you will be charged for this service. You have to call this shady company in order to get the recurring charges taken off. Call [protected] to reach them.I have read of many people having this exact problem. Do not trust either one of these misleading companies
