Electronic Arts (EA) wrongly suspended!

I had my Pogo account suspended as it was said that I had used an inappropriate word. The word was incorrectly spelled and was not one I have ever used. Either this was an accidental typing error (I don't recall exactly) or the person who reported me was being malicious. I contacted EA games to explain and only got a standard reply with no evidence or a full explanation. I was a member of Club pogo for some time and even set up a league a few times, but due to one nasty and disruptive pogo player (non-member I might add) I had to shut them down. Pogo did nothing whatsoever about this player, who had spoiled everything for a lot of my league members, this person had used foul language on more than one occasion, but nothing was ever done about this. Due to all the above, I decide that I would not renew my Club Pogo membership as I feel they failed to listen to me several times and did not answer me fully or try to rectify any of the situations. I had made many friends on Pogo, and sadly I have lost contact with quite a few due to this dispute I have with Pogo. I don't feel that I should pay for a service that treats you so badly, yet allows non-members to abuse and disrupt an otherwise pleasant place to meet new people and have fun.

In closure, I strongly recommend Club Pogo, find someway of making sure they look after their members properly and provide proof of any given complaints.

pinochle games in pogo is not working again..every time i try to play the game of pinochle, it never lets you enter the game or it freezes up on you and stays that way. this is unfair as a paying customer, i deserve to play the game i choose, without delays or interruptions. is something wrong with the pinochle game..and the spade game is doing the same thing..what's up? or money back please.

I am so disgusted with the Pogo Pinochle games. Half the time I can't get into a game and then my cards won't pop up when I click on them. I just renewed my Pogo membership, but am thinking about cancelling it as it is useless the way it is now.

i would like to know why 50+ time to bowl was given to a league. i have been a member for 4 yrs. now and bowled in that room ever since. some of ur members are as upset as i am. Many of them were there when i joined. we can't get together now because the league is there most of the time.
would appreciate knowing why.

No one should ever use this site you can never contact them on their site and even when you use their phone number noone ever picks up it is just a message system. They have stolen money from so many people without giving them their full membership no one should ever trust this site.

I can't play any games Pogd said to uinstall java and rein stall java I did that and also came along mcfee which has screw up me computer completly I can't get no email now no printing and most everything else. pogo just took $39.99 out of my account well knowing I have a huge problem please help me am 74 years old, been playing for 4 years lots of hours this is my only enjoyment thank you Please Please help

I was wrongfully billed $39.99 to my checking account after almost a year of complete inactivity. I never authorized this bill and do not want this service at all. I have contacted my bank and EA to no response yet. I am becoming increasingly perturbed.

I appreciate any help and investigation in this matter.

I have tried for months to play Bingo and Wheel of Fortune on the Club Pogo and am unable to download. The site will sometimes just freeze totally, or play for a few minutes and stop, or not even let me into site at all. Please fix Now. AOL advertises that we have free games, and Club Pogo advertises that we have free games. False advertisement. I need this taken care of NOW

Every time I try to play a game on club pogo I get booted out. and have to sign on again. This happens every time and its getting frustrating. i do not have a valid comment on either of the previous letters, however get this!Last week, i was playing "hearts", of which i must admit, i'm not very good at, even so this person known only as "Yahooooo", got upset at a move i made, and proceed to cuss at me with words i've never heard of ever..the gamit ran from my mother and father, to possile children i might have. well, e-mailed my complait to pogo, , and they e-mailed me thanking me for doing so. not long thereafter, i get another e-mail from pogo telling me that if i use vulgar language, etcs, , i would be bounced out of pogo, ...not thier exact words, but the meaning was clear...you go figure

Well now dont you know your dealing with people of very little intelegence when it come to the pogo staff. From the very top to the very bottom. We all should feel very sory for them all. After all as I said they arent the least bit smart. I just love this site dont ya all? Dumb someone took the uncencered rooms away so we cant go and cuss without getting suspended. So some of us are using different names to vent out our frustrations. See how stupid pogo is. I'm wondering if some of them shouldnt run for office. LOL. Now that would be a hoot. Now pogo nummies if I didnt spell right just ask someone not on the pogo staff to read it for you. Nighty Night

playing "hearts" yesterday, this player, , "yahooooooo", got real angry, and used very vulgar language referring to mothers and fathers. i took offense, and reported such to comp. they responded by blocking out his chat right away. all's well, until i get on my comp to play, and rec;ve a threatening notice from same comp., that if i did'nt stop the language, that i could and would be ousted from pogo.this was a warning. how can this be?

I am a member of Pogo community and i find it very intense and chilling as soon as i am logged into there website. I am addicted to this game Pogo Bowl and theres a room called Foul Line (uncensored) and it has a bunch of screen names that make threats, bully, abuse, and try to take friends away from you. To mention a few screen names, Hotjake58, Sinsationalyurs, Cyndi151, Outlawsmyname, phx1up, Shasshy70, Smokeme58y, Terjo93p, Vandergroef, CelticPoolShark.

They threaten you, bully you, gang up on you until you are defenseless. I want these screen names investigated because i am sure it is 1 man and double browsing.

12/23/2011 me again...the games worked on the computer wednesday, but were off again yesterday and are not working today either...i questioned a gha employee, a mr doeblin and the rent manager at the time marge[evelyn godkin was absent due to an illness] about this problem, geneva houseing authority 41 lewis st geneva ny c/o andrew tyman.the new rent manager is valerie mallard.evelyn is the only one smart enough to solve this problem, she helped make the rules, so residents of the facility would be able to play on the computers in the rec. room of the building, unfortunately, evelyn is no longer employed by gha[she and her husband jeff, put on a christmas dinner for the elmcrest residents, last saturday, december 17th, 2011.] kathleen mchale geneva ny

12/23/2011 i have a complaint...i paid for a year of pogo plus bought 60 gems [sent @60.00 money order], and someone, who thinks the computers i use are for business, only[the computers are for the residents use in a senior citizen complex, not for gha empolyee's work], put in an expensive device..a barracuda 210 filter, that prevents people useing the computers from haveing fun, playing games and shopping online, can you help?a customer, pogo games/ electronic arts kathleen a mchale 99 lewis st box 207 geneva ny

Electronic Arts (EA) the biggest culprits in taking money

The Pogo Games site is one of the biggest culprits in taking money every month from credit cards. The site they provide to cancel your account is setup to have the consumer fail to (or believe they have failed to) cancel their account. One cannot navigate the site-therefore the complaints and cancellations go "unnoticed." I have actually emailed them for the past six months and to absolutely NO AVAIL! I cannot find a phone number or address for these people. I will spread the word on this site! I want a refund for all the monies they have taken from my account for the past 6 months. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS? Kindly advise.

pogo games took money out of my checking account without permission . they didn't ask me if i wanted to join again. which i would have at my convie nce but not at this time. they took $29.00 AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT UNTIL THE 3RD OF JUNE. SO NOW I HAVE A BOUNCED ACCOUNT OF $29.00 PLUS $25.00 OVERDRAFT FEE SO PLEASE FIX IT.I EXPECT THE $25.00 BACK THEY CAN KEEP THE $29.00 FOR THE GAMES

get blackouts during my games, I have extra long wait periods for the game and I now experience not

Iplayed the game "Hog Heaven" and won a prizd=e, but I had to retrieve it by unlocking it . I tried and
tried, but I couldn't get the cursor, I could only get
the hand. I tried to re-enter for the prize but that
was unsuccessful. If we earn and are awarded the prize why is it so difficult to get the same?

I had an opperation the 1st of November and was laid up. I could not get off the couch. Then all of a sudden when my December bill came in I was charged 43.19 on my credit card. I no longer use this credit card and would like it taken off. The last time I paid for Pogo games it was only $29.95. I don't understand how you can charge $43.19.I guess if it cost that much I will just cancel. Thank You, Sincerly, Sandra Koster

This site has charged my account 39.99 for service I never asked for. Looking back for the year it seems they did the same thing to my credit card in November of 2007. This must be resolved as soon as possible. I've noticed there are several people with the same mistakes, so my question is how many will it take to stop this from happening?

Just wanted to let everyone know on here that I have started an MSN group: CHEATED BY POGO and we are working with an attorney in St Louis, MO who is looking into this. If you are interested please join my group, so that I can have the lawyer contact you. He is investigating our claims. I have already posted on here once about my complaint but thought I would give you all this info. We are going to get Pogo one way or another. They are wrong and SHAME ON YOU EA.COM/POGO GAMES! They with drew money out of my checking account $43.09 to be exact and I did not approve it. I use to be a member years ago but have not played or gone to their web site in over 2 years. I don't know if they have done this in the past, I just happent to catch this one. This is what shows on by bank statement CS.POGO.COM POGREDWOOD CITY .
How are they able to take money out of my account with out my approved?
I would be glad to be part of the lawsuit it one comes.

Could someone please tell me what the annual charge for pogo is? After reading these complaints I realized I am paying more than anyone else. Is the annual fee $43.19 or $39.95 or $34.95. I am confused, why are we all paying different amounts? WHAT IS THE ANNUAL FEE FOR POGO? I do not receive any notice of rates going up but I see the deduction from my account. What's up with that?

I won a $25 gift card to target last year and they said I used a cheat program. I did't even know what that was until they accused me of it. Never sent me the prize but they keep taking my money to be a club pogo member.

I also won some money or prize money on Sept 3, 2007 of the grand total of $282.00 and sent e-mail after e-mail with no luck finding address or phone number how can we fix this rip guff its totally garbage. And that was in Harvest Mania they have no trouble taking their money when your membership is due.

I won a jackpot and didn't win it. I am still fuming over it, because I have been a paying member for almost 5 years now. I posted an earlier complaint on here. I am now going to let folks know that I have started an MSN Group called Cheated by Pogo if anyone is interested that feels that they have a legit gripe with Pogo. We are going to get some names and I am trying to start a class action lawsuit on them. They are taking our money, and cheating us. This is fraud. If you are interested please join my group. Hopefully we can get these idiots where it counts in the pocketbook for doing us wrong. They advertise over 1.5 million members and counting. Think of all that money they are getting, and no one is getting anything in return. Thanks!

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY POGO, HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Pogo.com the internet gaming site that claims to have jackpots and prizes for winners, DOES NOT PAY THE WINNERS! They give everyone the same pre-written generic letter stating that the person cheated or somehow violated the site's Terms Of Service at some point in the player's membership, and with a thorough investigation within the company, it has been found that in more than 75% of cases, this is NOT TRUE. These prize winners are COMPLETELY ELIGIBLE to win these prizes and yet are denied because Pogo.com simply refuses to pay. They are scamming and conning not only the game players but their long list of company investors. If you want to STOP POGO FROM COMMITTING FRAUD, contact the investors directly and let them know that the company they dump thousands or millions of dollars into is a fraudulent company and needs to be stopped!

Electronic Arts (EA) scam

I have been a member of Pogo for 1 year. I recently won a prize and now Pogo is refusing to release it to me. They said that I was using an automated robot to play for me which is completely bogus. I have never used one. I dont even know where to get them and am terrified of downloading anything off the internet anyways for fear of getting a virus. They are lying just to get ou tof sending me my prize. They wont refund my whats left on my membership. They offered to cancel it with no refund and i forfeit all the time i have already paid them for. What good is that?

I renewed Pogo back in Oct of 2018, after not being on for a few years. I implored them after seeing how tiny the game screens are to refund my money. Not to mention all the bs one has to go through in order to even get a game window to open and the browser issues. No one ever responded except with bs robot auto reply but to top it off, went back on today, EA not only forced people to recreate accounts but I lost EVERYTHING I had collected over the years. The BEST part? After recreating my account for EA switch over, it now says I am not a member. So not only was all data lost from years of play they ripped me off $40. I expected more out of EA and have given them PLENTY of money of the years buying a lot of their games. What great appreciation this company has for their customers.

I was sent several months ago an email from an ea games team manager and told if i had any complaints i could call or email him anytime= when i did this maybe emailed him alot because my pogo slots was never working- now i get a threatening email from him telling me my membership will be suspended if i dont stop emailing him- pogo cant fix slots because they run a rigged game and they got mad when i called them on it- then i got threatened

password scam from with in... the password i have been using for years won't work and pogo will not send me another one just a tech support number to call where they tell me my network has been hacked by a network out of Russia witch may be true but i'm guessing they in on it since they told me they can fix it for 2hundo and 99 $$$ dollars but i told them i would have to think about it and i would get back to thm and within 20 minutes they was calling back trying to sell this service to me so bad it was odd i got to thinking it was a scam... Well it slipped me on the first call tht if it was the network i was on tht was so messed up tht i could go log on to a friends network or even the coffee shops down the roads network and change my password then... So i asked the guy just tht and thts when the nice tech man tht had a fix for everything wit a price tag of course so wit tht asked he turned sorta mad and demanding saying it is a must i just not go log on nowhere else and fix this problem seems to me pogo is a big scam and this is sad cause from wht i understand these are all mostly older people on fixed income paying the 39.99 a year just to play games and then get taken wit scams of fix this problem when really they just have a stop on the password till you fix a problem tht you don't even have pretty price to pay to have your'e password reset

i just called about the refund i was supposed to get when i had password trouble 1 month after i renewed. I was told someone in Mexico is using my acount. I asked about the refund and was told i had to pay Microsoft to fix it so i could get my refund. I demanded a supervisor. Got no where. I paid 39.99 had 19 million points. I had my computer repaired and got told pogo is full of virus's. That cost me to do. They could not reset my password on multiple occasions. Lousy service and a real scam. Don't bother with pogo.

also, just so you know... the poker in pogo is totally manipulated. I was told by there own tech's if you play fast it will raise a flag in there system ! also if your rank gets above 1790, the system will bring you back down a min of 140 rank points. You will never see a more un natural poker game anywhere. When the system feels you should not be able to win game, it will just time you out, yet.. you can still chat as this happens... so its not a connection issue as they will try to tell you. Pogo poker is more like bingo and has no skill involved. I know they get many complaints about these issues but do nothing. also if you win more than a certain amount of tokens in a set time, this will also "raise a flag in there system, proving its manipulated. POGO SUCKS !

Hey Pogo I enjoy these games very much, but am wondering what your going to do about these complaints. I don't think it is right to just leave them hanging like you have. If they win give them what they win. Further more people have sued companies for false advertisement and someday it may happen to you and then what, all of us that love to play these games will be out just because you don't want to hold up your end of the deal... So what you going to do.

Electronic Arts (EA) pogo jackpot scam!

On November 8, 2007 - I won a pogo jackpot in the game WordCraft of approximately $3,000. There was a matter of filling out a W-9 form. When I wrote them an e-mail asking where to get the form, I received an e-mail telling me that the jackpot was to be forfeited because after an audit of my account, it was determined that I had either "used an automated device or had manipulated the game in some way".

I called the EA Sports company and argued to no avail. They would not discuss the matter with me, just said over and over that I had violated their terms of service. I have never used an automated device, nor have I manipulated any game. They simply said to get a lawyer and contact their legal department. I even offered to let them take my computer apart and see there is nothing there. They told me they could not discuss the matter in detail with me nor would they provide any proof or documentation. They then hung up on me.

I am also interested in starting a class-action lawsuit.

Electronic Arts (EA) unauthorized debit of my bank account!

First off when I signed up. I had received 2 debits for 49.95. from my bank account. When I called they said that this was for my other user name. I was appalled and said when did I give you the authorization for this? They did not know what to say. Just that they were going to put the money back into my account in 3-5 business days. I said I want the money in there NOW! You did not have the problem deducting the money not once but twice. I want to see it by the end of the day. This was done. Then about a month ago my renewal was up. I received notices via e-mail that they attempted to deduct the 49.95 from my bank account and it would not go through. This bank account was canceled. It was funny that I could no longer find a number to call them. I sent an e-mail stating how upset I was. Still to this day a response has not been heard.

my complaint is that almost a year ago i wanted to unsubscribe from club pogo i sent an e-mail and still every month 10.00 was taken out of my checking account. i e-mailed a second time and still my money is taken and the 3rd time i ask for a comfirmation letter that they recieved my request to unsubscribe and not charge my account anymore and then i immediately recieved the comfirmation letter last month and then again yesterday $39.99 was taken out of my account. I don't know what steps to take except to change my account number. I think they are a scam just to get peoples money once they have your card number.

I agreed to let pogo games get 5.99 a month to allow me access to play their online games. I noticed they have taken 5.99 twice in 1 month. Is there any way i con retrieve that extra 5.99 to put back into my checking account? I feel i was purposely violated.

I paid for a year's subscription & can't get it activated the code they gave me won't work & when you try to get help from them, well THAT"S A JOKE. I have asked for my money back & I know that isn't going to happen, I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. This has been going on for 3 mos or so I have some ph.#'s etc. You all can try & maybe have better luck than me.

it was a goddamn real diculus they kept on going a against me, I evening told them to take out the tax for the 1040, in September 28, 2007 their sent me a email that I was post to be cheating, They kept on lie in and try to keep cover them up, I paid them $39.99 a year to play, I have all my proof that I won the Jackpot and all the email my friends sent me to congratulations.

Electronic Arts (EA) annoying video game!

All and all the game is cool, like the graphics and the expansions on Hogwarts, but there is a lot of problems. For one thing that drove me nuts was in the game when you have a task to do, Harry Ron and Hermione never shut up. They keep repeating them selves over and over and over about what you’re suppose to do. It’s not like every 5 minutes or so, it’s honestly every 5 seconds. Did the programmers do this to annoy every one really, do they constantly need to repeat themselves. I’ve played all of the other games and they were great. In all the other games when you didn’t know what to do, you looked in your remembrall and the tasks are listed, that’s good enough for everyone. This one was extremely annoying. Half the time I kept the game on mute. Now in all of the games, you’re supposed to explore and find chests that obtain wizard cards. But in this game if you try to explore, Harry Ron and Hermione again keep repeating themselves on what to do, even when you are all done with the tasks for the day and just want to explore before ending the day, they keep saying I’m tired, or there’s nothing else to do lets go to bed over and over and over. Again Not like every 5 minutes but every 5 seconds.

Another huge issue is that after finishing your tasks a message pops up (if you wish to stop exploring and move on press select and then activate the end day option in the task list.). Over and over and over. I can barely see what’s in front of me, because it takes one third of the screen. It honestly pops up 4 times every minute I counted. Do I constantly need to be reminded through the whole game really? In the other games a remeberall shows up in the corner, to tell you to end the day. This game also has that so why do you have that message pop up every 15 seconds it’s annoying.

There were a lot of glitches to. A lot of bad programming I want to say. I had 10 Wiggenweld potions(increases your stamina) in the beginning of the game that I bought from Fred and George’s shop. After attending to potion class the next morning I had to pick up two Wiggenweld potions from Snape and give it to Harry, when I did that in my inventory said I only had two potions when before I had ten. The programmers couldn’t just add two, but now it deletes them and says only two. This one is just the beginning of the problems. I worked hard going back and fourth collecting beans to buy them.

Another problem is when you buy a bigger bag for the Dungbombs every book shelf you search normally had beans are replaced with Dungbombs. Even when your bag is full of 25 and can’t have any more they keep showing up. Not a couple of times, but basically more then half the shelves have Dungbombs now. Couldn’t the programmers make it so that when you are all full they stop appearing like it did before in the beginning when you could only have 5 of them, but no once you bought that bag they never stop showing up, making it even more difficult to get beans. In the other Harry potter games you can hit stuff to get beans like 4 or 5 of them. In this game you get one when you hit stuff. How can I buy stuff when they hardly show up.
Now, with my biggest complaint. I just finished receiving the Patronus spell. When I go to Fred and George shop to buy something you have to ask about the info before buying, and now when I ask the info, they don’t normally say what they used to say, on how much it costs it says nothing and nothing happens. I can’t even buy anything any more because there is bad programming. Also now in the store Fred and George ask you to find 9 statues with Hermione and 20 of these things that Ron needs to find and throw stink pellets in. I finally got the last three statues and when I’m suppose to get my third upgrade for Hermione from Fred and George I click the button that’s supposed to activate it to be mine, it Doesn’t work, cause again nothing works when I click the button your suppose to, to get the product. Now with my biggest disappointment I finally threw that last stink pellet in the thing that Ron needs to find. And again in the same shop when I’m am Ron ready to get my last wizard card for completing the task, its goes to a cinema screen mode as if it was going to be given to me and it freezes. Is it to much for the game to handle when you finished both quest at the same time. I cant even go in the shop and switch my characters around I need to step out side the door pick my character and then enter, where before you could switch back and fourth with the characters with no problem.

Its not like I have a bad disk or anything, the game is like that. Even the side quest on finding lost items and bring it back to the bulletin board, I can’t do more then one in one day. Even when there’s a list bigger then the amount of days in the game.

It honestly seems to me this product wasn’t finished on the cut off date and was sent out with all the problems and with that repeating stuff, I feel like someone made it like that to annoy every one. I can’t understand why a game that’s really cool and good graphics and great story line and well put together in the big picture, have so many issues and bad programming. The game has annoyed me to the point that I have to complain about it just to vent out. I never complain about anything but these problems irritated me so much I don’t want to even finish the game even though I played the other 4 in a row. Hopefully EA will take this seriously and tell someone that’s important or something to let them know that there is a lot of problems to fix it, before they make new ones, cause I heard a box set of the first three games of Harry potter are coming out, so if you don’t want your game to be irritating, and annoying I would think about these complaints.

EA have gone ###ing ###, iwas playing on legendary and i won on ultimate team i had won. but then it said straite after tyhe game that the connection had lost i was really not happy so thats why i have sent this complaint. GET IT DONE!

I complain about a different game. nfsmw. There is so much effort put in the game like graphics and sound effects then everything is messed up with some of the most unrealistic trash.

If they want to increase the level of difficulty, then there are many posibilities they can use, but the crap they put in is absolutely cheating.

This was the last game that I've purchased. I found that some of the other games have the same problem. I rather support other game makers.

Electronic Arts (EA) fraud and cheating!

This game, NHL2017, is a complete rip off. EASports' website advertises all these large changes in store for this year's version, however they don't mention that the changes are only in console versions of the game. The PC version remains almost the exact same as NHL2017 with (slightly) updated rosters. Being swayed by hype of 'revolutionary' new gaming concepts that make NHL2017 "the most realistic hockey experience ever" (IGN) I purchased the game, took it home, and installed it. I played a few games and found that the graphics, sound, and rosters were exactly the same as last year (rosters as per latest downloadable patch). A friend purchased the same game for PS3 and invited me over to play it with him. Playing the PS3 version I found that the screens, graphics, controls, rosters, dynasty mode, create-a-player, game modes, and even the jerseys worn by the teams (updated for the NHL's new-look jerseys) were different from the PC version I had just purchased that same day. I have spent some of today looking around EA's website for an email to complain to, but to no avail... there is NO contact information unless I am a member of the press. I looked on their downloads page to see if there was any downloadable content to "de-crap-ify" my version, but the latest download for an NHL game was for NHL 2017... I then played a couple more games to see if I was just being sensitive and the same AI flaws (this same tough new AI advertised on the website) as NHL07 were hugely apparent. Don't buy this for PC, under any circumstances...

Account Hacked and they have non resolved and it been over 6 months!

The total amount of money spent this past Christmas on Microsoft points to redeem for EA sports FIFA 12 coins was $450.00. My sons FIFA account was hacked in Dec 2017 and all his coins and players/team(s) stolen. I contacted your EA sports help line. After approximately 1 mo. of investigation they replaced the hacked coins in his account/gamer tag. Within a day, the account was hacked again! I called again, explained what have had happened. They confirmed that the company was having security issues. EA rep provided me instructions on how to create a new gamer tag. I was told to call back once I completed so coins replaced in the NEW.

We recd email approx 3 wks ltr that the coins were replaced. But going into his new gamer tag, there were no coins. I called again and explained and it seems that the coins were placed on the wrong gamer tag account. The coins were placed in the old gamer tag – the one that kept getting hacked. Several more weeks passed, and my son received an email saying that they conducted a review and no coins were hacked from the NEW gamer tag. They are correct. No coins have even been hacked in the new gamer tag. The old gamer tag was hacked and per EA’s recommended approach, a new one created and the coin were to be replaced in the NEW one to avoid the hacking issue that occurred twice on the same gamer tag.

I called again on 4/16 and they agreed they made a mistake and would resolve. I have placed calls on the following dates to get status and still no resolution – 4/18, 4/19, 4/27, 5/2, 5/8, 5/16, 5/18, 6/11. I send emails to top executives in ea 3 times and no response.

I finally open case with Better Business Bureau and Ea finally contacted me for resolution. They have replaced half the coins and one month later they still have not replaced the rest. The are now just offering a free video game for compensation for the remaining. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE SPENDING MONEY ON THEIR GAMES!

They do not deserve our business!

What it comes down to is EA has decided to deceive their loyal customers. I've been buying the NHL games from EA since 98. Thankfully I didn't buy 07. I now have it as it's been renamed to 08. I've supported this company when they were making games for the Amiga! They've made thousands off me through all their games. I won't be so quick to support them from now on. It must be nice to be so big you can !@%$!@% on the people who put you there.

I brought a years subscription from club pogo and they sent me an registration code confirmation. It says click on the link below to claim your game time. Well, the game time code they gave me, is not letting me through to play pogo games. As a matter of fact i cannot even get through!

they sent me email at 101 am saying i said 43 times however they sent email at 4:51 pm i was not at home i was not even on internet at that time i was on internet around 10pm until kick off 1 am ...even if i said ### uncensored room you say them words that what pogo told me when you daily they pick rooms for you i was told when you do not like what someone says mute them pogo never kick any one off when they use those words on me i really need help against pogo to remain club pogo member thank you

all games say that I cannot play them. reason being I am bared due to prior behavior. whats that? all I have ever done was play the games. I am too old to be playing childishly. I want pogo BACK...

I know what u mean I paid by money order thru Paypal & it wont give the right code either I've been on the phone & comp. For days & I'm getting nowhere I want my money back or activate my account I"M VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS ALMOST 44 BUCKS DOWN THE Drain!

Electronic Arts (EA) spades won't let me in to play!

I go into spades and it does everything it suppose to do, but it wont go into spades for me to play. It just stays there it say java, but then it just stays there . That's no cool cause i paid $5.99 a month and for this to happen that's not right. pogo can you please resolve my problem. now the e-mail i usually use is [protected]@aol.com. e-mail me there telling how can i go into spades and play cause I've been playing spades on pogo since 2005, and this is the first time this happen. The crazy thing is that i can go onto any game in pogo right now but not spades, why? That is my question.

I think your dealing programs in all your card games stink to high heavens. They are not realistic. In real life all the games I have played, ie. Pinochle, Texas Hold'em, Solitare, etc. never in all my life have I ever seen hands that are dealt like in your dealing programs. I think you should go back and re-program your dealing programs so they are more realistic. It's nice to win a card game, but not when the dealing is so slanted.2e735
