Panera / wrongful termination

1 spartanburg, SC, United States Review updated:

i would like to complain about the absurd actions of three baker managers in spartanburg sc. The head honcho, Steve and his 2 cronies Mike and Mary. After 4 years of loyal service i was fired for asking for evidence. Sounds crazy right? i was accused of saying something months earlier. i politely refused to get into a he said she said conversation over it, and i said why. It is because things are mis-remembered over time. I said that if you accuse someone of saying something you should have evidence. They acted like incompetent juveniles said it was ridiculous for me to ask for evidence of what i was accused of, That they would never lie or mis-remember anything, that i had a bad attitude, and i was fired on the spot. i told them to go #%^& themselves and to enjoy the fascism they obviously support. Here is my question for any panera cronies looking at these complaints: Is it policy to enforce fascist "right to fire" "laws" when your employees stand up to absurd and juvenile actions of the managers? i demand an apology for violating my constitutional rights. These managers abused their power when I verbally exercised my right to be free of unwarranted accusation. PERIOD. Panera violated my rights PERIOD.

First of all this isn't the web site for Panera Bread. You are on a general complaint site. Your name calling makes you come across as being completely immature in your complaint. Are you also aware that the names of places, as well as people are supposed to be capitalized. Also when you use "I" as a word, it is supposed to be capitalized. They wouldn't have had to mis-remember anything, because more than likely they have a written record of both sides of your story. IF you live in certain states, a business can fire an employee for absolutely no reason at all. My guess is that you were skating thin ice to begin with. Most people that think they are such great employees actually aren't as good as they think they are. Your use of using "PERIOD" twice instead of punctuation marks makes you sound really childish.

You are the one acting like a juvenile. Grow up, maybe if you acted your age you would not have been fired. Part of the reason you were fired was because you are acting like a four year old.

I thought they fired her because they found out she was four years old once she demanded her mommy come read her a bedtime story, and give her milk in a sippy cup.
