Netspend Corporation / my card and account

My account is locked.i made a online account and went back to log in and they said I answered 1 question wrong!.I bought the card and direct deposited my check in to it and I need my check now!.I have been calling and they tell me my check will be on hold on my card until I speak with customer service tomorrow?! It's my check!!! It's my card!!!Im really disappointed.upset!.and I'm just plain mad.i worked hard for my money and took a chance with this card and can get no help!.
