NetSpend prepaid card

I have reported this company to the better business bureau because they have let some steal over $800 from me. The fact that they would let a loyal customer walk away and they refusing to help them because the customer didn't report theft in time their allowed time frame is beyond me it doesnt matter if it was the day week or month later the point is it was stolen. I'm going as far as I can with this because this is wrong this company is just as much a theft as the person that actually stole from me and who's to say it wasn't an employee who stole it.

NetSpend provisional credit

I had my wallet stolen I was told in 10days I would get my provisional credit so when I didnt get it I called and they said it is 20days for new accounts but I have had my account and card four years when I called with that they said now the will see if I ill get it on the 11 of january this is wrong I work hard and ian a single mother of three our christmas was ruined

NetSpend netspend visa card service

Bought a card gave my ssn to them still couldnt activate my card took over an hour to even get ahold of someone they asked me to send a picture of my ssn card next to my drivers license and it would take around 7 hours to verify all i wanted was to order a skateboard online and now i have to wait 7 days for my refund check to come in because there system isnt good at all i feel stressed robbed and feel like yall atleast owe an apology to me

NetSpend i'm complaining about my credit card

NetSpend fraud on my account.

Horrible customer service. They almost did not understand any of my english and could not give me an answer to anything. Someone took a large amount of money out of my account in a different state. It was all the money to my name. There is no protection with netspend as I have experienced this before. And now there telling me that it could take 45 days to get back every dime that I worked so hard for? Any other bank that I have been with has had much better customer service and would alert me if there were any large transactions or multiple at one time. I got nothing until it was all gone. I hope someone gets this resolved ASAP. Clearly the video tape on the ATM machine should tell you that there was fraud on my account! An account that I put my trust and life savings into. And I wake up one day and its all gone. And Netspends horrible customer service makes me think the issue wont be resolved. So if someone could please get back to me because this should be a very easy fix.

NetSpend netspend premier card

I had a Hulu account that was not mine pull 43.25 out and Wal-Mart pulled 43.29 out this put my account in the negative. I then called netspend and they blocked my card and the next day I called again a manager came on and credited my account for both. The next thing I no they netspend pulled the money out while account was blocked I ended up doing 6 disputedocuments and they waited till I got my card and told me I was locked out for good they told me on the 14th and 17th I would receive my money back I got no notice as of yet. I have had account for many years I was becoming a all access account why are you treating me this way I am a good upstanding person I don't want to have to take this to attorney general office you stole my money

NetSpend dispute unauthorized charges

Ref number #[protected] Claim#4686815 my name is Jakeisha Williams my NetSpend card was stolen, along with other important things such as phone ID, SS card, I called it in as soon as I realized the thetf and cancelled the card but there were transactions already made, Valero gas-5$ Stater Bros-289$ Todo convenient store- 501$ and a second time for 183$ dollars Those were unauthorized charges made on my account I have No money for Rent, Christmas and my 10month old baby or Food please resolve this as soon as possible I would appreciate it my account#7000 [protected] Rount#[protected] so I do my claim with in the 10 days of the investigation I called 3 days ago to check on the status because I already gotten a three day notice pay or quit I speak to a representative from NetSpend I explained my situation and I was told that my money should be on my account on the 10th which is today and I'm getting the run-around so please help me to resolve this matter I have been a NetSpend member for more than 10years this over looked that was my Social security check ...

NetSpend replacement card not received

I called in to NetSpend on 11/8/18 stating that my card was lost and I needed to have another card sent out to me. I was told my card would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. I called back in on 11/19/18 stating I have not received my card. I was told it should be delivered within a couple of days. 11/26/18, I received a text message saying my card was "undeliverable". I called in and asked why it was undeliverable and received a lot of fluff as to why it may have not been able to be delivered. I asked for tracking info, only to be told we don't have tracking info for cards that are sent out. However, they could send out my card to deliver in 3 days. I called today, 11/27/18 to find out if my card has been sent out and was told it will be sent out today and you should get it by Friday. I asked to speak to a supervisor, department head, manager or someone in authority because I have bills that need to be paid and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I called in on another line and was told my card would be mailed and to expect it in 7 to 10 business days. NO, NO, NO that is ridiculous. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold again. WHAT THE CRAP IS GOING ON?!?! I need my money to pay my bills.

NetSpend doesnt protect customers

First of all my phone was stolen along with my wallet. The homeless girl more than likely opened it since I do not put.a lock on my screen and she was able to get all.the information that she needed. Of course all.the transactions are going to be in the same vicinity. She's homeless and car less and going to spend it right where she is. Do you think she's going to be able to get a way to go.anywhere else or take a road trip on a flying carpet to spend my hard earned money? You people are smarter than this! She didn't have to change my pin! And there was more than enough cash in my account for her to use before I reported it stolen ! So she's not going to put it in the negative in such a short amount of time. In fact I looked and all the transactions are in the 2 mile radius of.the laundromat where I was and 3 miles from where I live! So it makes sense a vagrant is going to spend right where she is with no transportation. What choice would she have? You just don't want to return any of my money to me and you get enough with all your fees you charge me and the rest of the world. You should see that all these factors DO NOT ADD UP TO ME DOING WHAT YOU CLAIM. IN FACT LOOK AT MY STATEMENT YOU WILL SEE I HAD TO GO TO METRO PCS AND BUY ANOTHER PHONE IMMEDIATELY WITH MY NEW CARD! THERE IS NO INDICATION HERE WHATSOEVER THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT HERE AND DO NOT FEEL LIKE GIVING ME A DIME OF MY STOLEN MONEY BACK THAT YOU SHOULD GET TO DECIDE SOMEONES FATE AND KEEP THEIR MONEY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT! I DID NOTHING WRONG TO.DESERVE THIS. I'M A SINGLE PARENT WHO WORKS 2 JOBS AND GOES TO GRAD SCHOOL AND WORKS HARD FOR EVERY DIME I HAVE IN TOP.OF DEALING WITH CANCER.
please once again reconsider returning my money. Nothing you sent for reasons adds into not giving back what was stolen. I will continue everyday and call and will not give up. It's just not fair. Who are you to decide this without even being in the same state much less city to be able to see for yourself proof of what happened? I'm begging you to return my money please .

NetSpend dispute claims

I have 2 dispute claims active at this time. The first one is for $586.40. I was told to change my password and was sent a new card. That didn't help because I was hacked again and $261.75 was taken the second time only after the second time it happened was my account closed. My account should of been closed the first time it happened. I have filed a report with the police and with the FTC. I'm being told I won't know anything until the 26th and 30th of November. I have bills I need to pay. I am requesting provisional credit asap.

NetSpend dispute

I filed for an unauthorized transaction that was done with my card and got absolutely NOWHERE. The rep I spoke to simply said "Your account is closed". So in other words, I'm loosing my money on something that I didn't do?!?! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING this to anyone. I'm a single mother that works hard for her money. Now thanks to this I'll be struggling till pay day comes around. Horrible service. They even said someone would call me back and still nothing till this day.

I purchased a $100.00 gift card for my 15-year-old. They allowed her to activate it, got her social security number, date of birth and home contact information. They then informed her the card was activated. However, as soon as she tried to use it, it declined. I went back to the store I purchased it from and they handled it correctly. The cashier even called NetSpend to advise of the problem and get it fixed. They told the cashier they did receive the $100.00, however, the card was canceled out until my 15- year old send them a copy of her social security card and birth certificate.

I gave NetSpend a call when I got home. I advised, that they should have asked my minor daughter to put a parent on the phone to active her card. It is against the law to do this kind of financial transaction with a minor. I thought only customers can cancel a prepaid debit card if it is not overdrawn? Maybe am wrong on that not sure. There is no way they will ever see a copy of my minor daughter, birth certificate or social security card. I asked them to re-activate the card I brought my daughter, with me, they told me they could not due to it being canceled. I gave them my NetSpend card info, my personal info and advise me there will be a $4.00 fee to transfer the funds to my card. I advised the fee should be waived due to them making the mistake of doing a business transaction with a minor. I was placed on - hold for a very long time. Then was told that they are going to mail my 15- year old a check in 7 to 10 business days.

Well, why take my personal information and try to charge me a fee if you can not even do this? Mind you two customer service rep's at NetSpend said they could. The supervisor said no.

Making out a check to a minor, who cannot cash it and even if she could why should she pay a cash checking fee? -Also, should I get paid back in cash since I paid in cash? Why the 7 to 10 business days to even get the check? They were paid today? I kept getting placed on hold, spend about 2 hours on the phone only for the Supervisor to hang up on me when she was supposed to be transferring the call.

At the end of it, my daughter could not purchase her Christmas gifts and I ended up wiping her tears. I will never use them again!

So my account is locked I tried to log in on my account this morning and it said " Account is Locked please contact customer service if you're still having trouble". Basically I want to know why my card is locked i counldnt even get gas nor food . and the last thing i want to is call the reps all they do is pretend they understand and they still dont fix the problem.b

My car was stolen in the store September 18th I reported it stolen but yet my car was still able to be used once it was blocked as of the 31st according to you guys I have not received my new card that I was promised from the report on the 18th but now they're saying that the car was still used in it should have been I was told that the card was blocked and I will receive one I have not yet received a new card

NetSpend pre paid card

I loaded my money for e emergency and was stranded at a transport lobby from 3pm tell the following day at 440pm I had no money to eat in diabetic no water no way home my pho e didn't get payed the day I was gonna pay I couldn't I lost a days work no sleep tired on a hot day no one awnsered just to put me on hold long periods at a time then by not looking I got a card to find out its net spend I can't activate need to call them first it says no I have no money again can't get a hold of them tried multi times since Monday what's going on with them it's like we need to beg them I can't believe them

NetSpend account login info

Ive been trying for a couple weeks to access my online accounting to check my balances and attempt transfers as well, but everytime i try to send my password and username to my email, my email never receives anything.. i called a yesterday to check my account and customer service acknowledged that there is an account in my name, with its last deposit back in May 20 2018 and its the only account i have to their knowledge... WHERES MY PASSWORD N USERNAME for my online accounting

NetSpend lock on account

I called the all access line about the lock they put on my credit card she refused to assist me i asked to speak to the supervisor she put me on hold for a while came back saying she gonna transfer me to anothet call i ask for her id number she gave me 423 her name cherio i don't think the information she gave me was accurate my time in san Antonio tx was 7:58pm i tried calling back she turned the system off telling me they are close could someone contact me back thank you

NetSpend skylight paycard

I started working at Kohl's in September and for almost a month now I been locked out of my skylight account. I been basically working for free. They NEVER reply to my emails and calling customer service is useless because they told me to change my password which OF COURSE did NOT work. There was absolutely no reason for me to be locked out my account. I got locked out probably lessthan an hour after registering my temporary card. So basically they're taking my pay and keeping it. Totally intentional it seems after reading all these darn complaints.

NetSpend customer services

On October 17, 2018 I tried to purchase tickets from ticket master. The transaction didn't go through bcuz I couldn't see the 3 digit security code on the back. I called netspend customer service to see if they could help.. Then all hell broke loose when I got off the phone with customer service I started getting notifications that my funds where being transferred to another account but at this time it was too late to call back bcuz it was closed. The next morning I called and got the run around and talked to like I did something in the wrong all I want is my money back, the pending transaction with ticket master finally got put back on my card the next day after I had to call 10 times but my 1200 is still not on my card I can't feed my kids or pay my rent and Netspend has my HARD EARNED MONEY I have been crying for 2 days I don't know what to do this is not fair at all! I am very disappointed in NETSPEND I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM it's October 19, 2018 and they are saying November 1, 2018 I will get an UPDATE IN MY CLAIM BY THIS TIME MY KIDS WILL BE DEAD OF STARVATION AND WE WILL BE HOMELESS THANKS NETSPEND!

Customer service have u on hold never awnser it took me 2 long whole days were I was stranded in San Diego with no money on a hot day had to stay at the transportation center having diabetes ni water food or insulin and no one awnsered or had ne on hold long periods of times then cut. Me off so I had to call and to it all over again ? I emailed I did everything possible and no one awnsered back ! Why would u want to out your. Money on a card were u have no access to it ? It's our money and should be at reach when needed

NetSpend stolen money debit card

Ao today im.told that they have the paper work saying they need receipts but it isnt paperwork sent with your card? So you holding information on people's money. Two yes ago now I purchased items with cash and wheni returned the items, I was offer cash or put on my card. I put on card being it was being used for my car ... Netpends claims it illegal to put money on a card of it wasnt purchased with the card. So why is your card illegal and why are companies like auto zone and Oreilys doing it? Then I wasnt allowed my money but they were taking my money to pay for my card fees. "Illigal" money. I want my money released but they won't close my account and send me my money. They asked for receipts which is illegal being none of my paper work states I need to do that.
