LG / pathetic service
I purchased 49 inch television in Dubai Jan 2015, suddenly I noticed lines appearing on the screen, when I reported the issue to LG service Centre, it took almost 3 weeks for them to get the spares parts after replacing the screen still the lines are appearing and LG service Centre doesn’t have any answers to the issue, the television is still under warranty and I expect my television to be repair or replace immediately, the services LG UAE is providing to customers is absolutely pathetic and not acceptable, they are completely reactive and don’t have any values to customer requirement. I would request higher management to intervene and resolve my issue.
