Paid for repair on my smartphone 12/22/16. Had in writing my repaired device would be received 5-7 business days from date of payment. On 1/23/17, the 20th business day told repair cannot be made before March; offered and accepted a different model phone as replacement within 5-7 more days. As of 1/30/17 the replacement is also not in stock with no ETA when they'll have it.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Fort Worth, TX It'll be 7-9 more days after they get *that* phone before I know anything. When asked for a faster replacement I was refused. When I asked for a manager to speak to, I was not transferred. I was put on hold and answered by the same representative stating he "partnered with his supervisor" and he agreed all I can do is wait for an email saying when they will have more information for me.
