I'm jean using your service 'Cash on delivery' c/o Check me Out, I Have a online store . I have some issues about your HUB SERVICES ... this is the list of what your hubs employees doing:

- i'm on nationwide cash delivery many experience about this .. sad to say tamad employees niyo how u trained this? ilalagay nila sa report napuntahan nila ang house pero hindi nila pinuntahan worst thing is mas madami bumabalik samin na failed delivery because of there negligence at walang pagmamalasakit pano ko nalaman my mga customer ako nagcomplain sakin ang tagal ng delivery nila naghihintay si customer ng product pero itong lbc na tauhan niyo d pala dinala sa bahay pero nasa report nila refuse to acceot malaki nagagastos namin cod sa pagpapadala sana magawaan nyo ito ng solution bago makarating sa media. I will wait for your response. Isa pang scenario pumunta si lbc hub emplo sabi ni customer balik after 2 days dahil wla sha anong ginawa nitong hub emplo nireport nya refuse, madaming rason hub empo niyo meron pang pen no payment pero di nila napuntahn meron din ssabihin nila wala adres incomplete bakit d nila twagan ang customer saan exact loc puntahan nila kung malapit, paki actionan ito para di na makarating sa media

Where is my item now? Tracking number [protected].. the agent from lbc warehouse cabanatuan says. 'Nung may 30 hawak ko na dineliver ko pero walang tao' the following day nung nalaman nya na nag rereklamo na kami. Ang sabi na nya 'gabi na kasi kaya hindi ko na naideliver ngayon hindi kona alam kung nasaan na' silly reasons. Pls help me to find my item. Thankyou

LBC Express the parcel that I sent was broken when received

I would like to file a complaint with regards to the parcel that I asked to ship from your respective company last May 4. My parcel has a sunglasses worth 2, 300 php. The parcel was received already but is broken when opened. The staff of lbc wrapped its box with bubble wrap and even placed a "fragile" sign on the package. It was supposed to be a gift and I got disappointed that it was already broken when received. I would like to hear your side and have an immediate action with this matter. Thank you!

LBC Express pick up

Hello my name is Diane Kathleen Oabel. Di ko makuha yung parcel ko sa lbc kasi nagkulang yung first name ko. Ang tagal ko na nag pick up sa vito cruz station, last week nga nag pick up ako ng item same ID din yung binigay ko. Second name and Last name ko lang ang nakalagay pero nakuha ko padin yung item. Pero ngayon di ko makuha yung item ko kasi kulang daw ng first name. So i need to contact the sender pa, pinakita ko naman yung picture na sinend sakin ng sender ko yung receipt ng pinadala niya with pictures pa nga na pinadala na so ano pa kulang wala lang naman first name ko. di ko na maibigay as a gift yung item na kukunin ko kasi sobrang tagal na nun last week pa pinadala, and the reason why di ko makuha yung item sobrang tagal ng service sa VITO CRUZ station Torre Lorenzo 1, 2 lang yung employees pero 1 lang ang nag transact. Nasasayang lagi yung oras ko pag pumupunta ako dun. Then malalaman ko di ko pa makukuha yung item. The reason why na nag pick up nalang ako kasi di ma-identify ng LBC yung location ko, na track ko siya pero kung saan saan napupunta yung parcel ko, tapos after a week bigla nawala di ko na ma-track yung parcel ko then after a month sabi ng sender ko for disposable na daw so pina change address ko nagbayad ulit ako for the shipping fee pero gladly, dumating na siya sa Vito Cruz Branch which is nakuha ko din yung item last week, second name and last name ko lang yung nakalagay. Tapos ngayon di ko makukuha. Please naman, kawawa din yung sender ko maabala ko pa please paki release nalang nung item para makuha ko na.

LBC Express communication management

The message by lbc express was that the delivery is today. I was at the atm machine para kunin ko ung payment ko then inantay ko ung product sa mismong town adress na nabigay ko. I waited for almost 5 hrs pero walang pumunta . Bes, magtext naman po kayo kung sakaling di niyo naabutan yung nagpapadeliver . Ibang adress po ung nabigay ko dahil mahirap puntahan ung lugar namin . So yun, hindi ko po alam kung dumating po ba ung nagdedeliver sa adress ko or sadyang wala lang talaga . Hindi ko rin alam kung paano magre oder, parang doble batad na din un .

LBC Express bouquet of flowers with tracking # [protected]

I ordered bouquet from Manila on May 3 and it was received by LBC Limay Bataan the next day May 4. Nakareceive ang mother ko ng call from lbc limay on may 4 afternoon, and they were asking kung icclaim ba ng mother ko ang flowers. Pero door to door delivery ng flowers na yun. And then they cut the call. My mother tried to call the same number pero wala ng sumasagot. Saturday walang nagdeliver. So sunday, i asked my brother to go to lbc limay to ask kung bakit di pa din sila nagdedeliver kasi may sakit ang mother ko. At iclaim na lang ng kapatid ko ang flowers doon. Pero staff told him na hindi pwedeng iclaim kasi dapat delivery daw yun. So ngayon May 7, we waited until 5pm, pero wala pa ding nagdedeliver. So pinapunta ko ulit ang kapatid ko sa lbc limay. At ang sabi ng staff e kelangan daw ng authorization letter from my mom. Ano ba talaga? Idedeliver dapat ang item. Tapos ngayon pwede ng iclaim ng nanay ko? Nabulok na yung bulaklak at natapos na ang birthday ng nanay ko, di pa din nadedeliver ang flowers. And based sa tracker nyo e received na ang item last May 4 at 5pm pero wala naman narereceive ang nanay ko. Please make an action regarding the staffs of lbc limay. Thank you

LBC Express lower laguna delivery hub

I was expecting a package i bought online. April 30 2018, i received a confirmation text n for delivery n that day. Walang dumating.

I called ur number 858 5999 on May 1, 2018 12:41pm (call agent Anne) follow up dw nya.

May 3, 2018 9:43am (Sheryll) nalaman nmin ung problema n instead of Phase1, Phase2 ang nailagay n address.. naayos n nmin at gumawa dw cy ng report for re-sched ng delivery.

May 5, 2018 three times ako tumawag to follow up (11:04am-Gerald; 1:02pm-Jason and 3:21pm-August) and today May 7, 2018 (1:09pm-Ria) same answer: HINDI PA NA-RE-SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY UNG PACKAGE!

Ano na? Ilang araw ang lumipas walng aksyon ung lower laguna delivery hub?
Ano ngyari sa WE LIKE TO MOVE IT motto nyo?

hello lower laguna hub, gusto kulang po itanung yung package ko, bakit wala pa po.. nakalagay sa status ng package ko is nag attempt daw ideliver kahapon, maghapon po ako nasa bahay, totally hinihintay ko nga talaga sya, wala pong dumating na delivery man dito sa bahay, kaya panong may nag attempt.. kaya ko nga po sya pina LBC para madali ko sya marecieve hindi din pala.. hayss!

LBC Express recipient is unknown at the given address - [protected]

LBC Express failed delivery on time/customer care agent

Good day, I ' am complaining about the very slow, unprofessional and rotten service of lbc . my co-worker from abroad ask me if can send flower to his wife since its her birthday day at the same time their anniversary since i'm on vacation he asked me if i can send he wife flowers, i give my brother the money because he also have appointment in lbc in puregold malinta valenzuela.the receipt say delivery date is on may 05 2018 with tracking number 810472 flowers with bear, on day the that its supposed to be delivered my co-worker from us called me and keep sending me messages asking why his wife did'nt receive any flower shes been waiting the whole that they have to cancel their bookings and trip because nothing will attend the supposed to be delivered flower and bear. so i hurriedly call the customer care service which one of them with the name jayson pereira i dont know if gave the right name anyways he doesnt want to give any way for the package to be delivered on time and its like ok we cant do anything for your package you dont have any choice your package will be delivered on monday and then i call 5 times still nothing they are only saying that we gonna confirm and update you when we contact the digos branch. may 06 i decided to cancel and make refund thats the start again of another suffering from lbc express. on their receipt the phone number of lbc puregold malinta branch is missing so if theres any future problem means customer cannt contact them.also refunding process taking too much time, my time has been wated already for calling and i have to send again my brother to the branch to make refund, i mean this whole process is taking to much time effort and money . i'am also customer of amazon and the process is so much different i mean huge different from the lbcexpress service from ordering to refunding, maybe its time for this company to change their services. iam very much dissapointed from their service that they have rendered to me .i hope this will escalate to the management.

LBC Express damaged smartphone

ako po si anne elemmelyn hiponia ay naghahain ng reklamo sa opisina ng lbc patungkol po sa package na ipinadala ko (iphone6+ 64gb) noong april 19 2018 (tracking number [protected], papunta pong lbc branch midsayap (mid01) ang package po ay tinanggap ni leanne cadungog subalit pagdating po ng nasabing package ang cellphone po ay hindi na bumubukas, kaya po ito po ay ipina ship back pabalik sa amin.
ng matanggap po namin ang package nalaman po naming ang dahilan ng di pagbukas ng cellphone ay ang pagkakatanggal ng connection nito sa battery marahil ay dahil sa pagkakabagsak, ito po ay aming ipinaayos upang maipadala muli pabalik kay leanne cadungog, di narin po kami nag complain noong una kahit kami po ay gumastos sa pagpapaayos nito at pagpapadalang muli.
sa ikalawang pagkakataon po ay muli namin itong ipinadala papuntang lbc branch midsayap (mid01) sa pamamagitan din po ng lbc noong april 28 2018 tracking number [protected], dumating po ang aming package at natanggap ni leanne cadungog nito lamang may 02 2018 subalit kami po ay nagulat sa mga ipinadala nyang larawan (thru messenger) sapagkat ipinakikita nya pong basag ang food container na pinaglalagyan ng aming package at ng kanya pong buksan ay basag narin po ang cellphone (iphone6+ 64gb) na aming ipinadala.
isa pa pong pinagtataka nami ay kung bakit ngayon lamang may 02 2018 dumating ang aming package at nasabi rin po ni leanne cadungog na ng nag complain dw po siya sa lbc branch midsayap na siya pong pick up branch ang sinasabi po nilang dahilan ay nasagasaan daw po ng bus ang aming package at kung may complain daw po kami ay mababayaran naman daw po kami sangayon sa declared value ng package na aming ipina ship, na siya naman pong di namin matatanggap.
di ho ata makatao ang binibigay nilang solusyong sa pangyayari na ang kadahilanan ay ang kanilang kapabayaan.
matagal napo kaming nag papadala ng package sa lbc at ngayon lang po nangyari sa amin ito, hindi po namin dinedeclare ang value ng item sa kadahilanang napakamahal po ng ma chacharge sa amin, wala napo kaming kikitain at ang aming resseler nasi leanne cadungog kung idedeclare po namin ang amount ng unit na ipinapadala namin, regular kaming nagpapa ship sa lbc dahil nature ng business namin na online buy&sell.
hindi ho kami makapapayah sa binibigay na solusyon sa amin sa pangyayaring ito, nagbayad po kami ng tama at nagtiwala na makararating ng maayos ang aming package, sa halip ay di magandang serbisyo ang natanggap namin, mapipilitan po kaming gumawa ng legal na aksyon kung sakali pong di namin makuha ang narampat na pagtugon sa aming reklamo, umaasa po kaming mabibigyan nyo ng aksyon ang problemang ito at makapagbibigay ng maayos na solusyon.

Isa pa pong pinagtataka nami ay kung bakit ngayon lamang may 02 2018 dumating ang aming package at nasabi rin po ni Leanne Cadungog na ng nag complain dw po siya sa Lbc branch midsayap na siya pong pick up branch ang sinasabi po nilang dahilan ay nasagasaan daw po ng bus ang aming package at kung may complain daw po kami ay mababayaran naman daw po kami sangayon sa declared value ng package na aming ipina ship, na siya naman pong di namin matatanggap.
Di ho ata makatao ang binibigay nilang solusyong sa pangyayari na ang kadahilanan ay ang kanilang kapabayaan.
Matagal napo kaming nag papadala ng package sa Lbc at ngayon lang po nangyari sa amin ito, hindi po namin dinedeclare ang value ng item sa kadahilanang napakamahal po ng ma chacharge sa amin, wala napo kaming kikitain at ang aming resseler nasi Leanne Cadungog kung idedeclare po namin ang amount ng unit na ipinapadala namin, regular kaming nagpapa ship sa Lbc dahil nature ng business namin na online buy&sell.
Hindi ho kami makapapayah sa binibigay na solusyon sa amin sa pangyayaring ito, nagbayad po kami ng tama at nagtiwala na makararating ng maayos ang aming package, sa halip ay di magandang serbisyo ang natanggap namin, mapipilitan po kaming gumawa ng legal na aksyon kung sakali pong di namin makuha ang narampat na pagtugon sa aming reklamo, umaasa po kaming mabibigyan nyo ng aksyon ang problemang ito at makapagbibigay ng maayos na solusyon.

LBC Express delivery of items

Lbc delivery team here in Sorsogon City is very disappointing. Yesterday the item was out for delivery according to the tracker and I also received a text message that its indeed out for delivery and so we waited 'til evening but no one came. So just today, my mother went to their office so we can just pick it up. But they said that they already sent it back to the sender! What the heck was that. They did not even inform us nor call us. What's the use of our contact number being there on the details! We waited for that item for a week and they just send it back without us even knowing! But what's stated in the tracker was the item is still out for delivery and I received again a text message! I have read so many complaints against them in their FB page but there was no response from them. I hope your higher ups make a move on this matter. I am very disappointed. Your delivery here is worst and your riders are quite lazy to find their customer's whereabouts. Please hire men who loves doing their job not just that they need it.

LBC Express delayed delivery/total joke of a tracker

Why does LBC have to post inaccurate updates on their tracker? I have literally been at home for two straight days now waiting for my shipment to arrive and do you know what the "tracker" updates? "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient was not present at the given address. Next delivery attempt will be made the next business day." WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE AND A TOTAL LIE. Why do they even have to lie about it? I would know if it was meant to be delivered because the delivery guys would text in advance, but for the past two days I received nothing. Just the generic ones LBC sends to expect the delivery within that day. Lol why do they have to make it look like the fault is on our part? Why can't they just accept that their service sucks? TRY HARDER, LBC.

LBC Express package

My sister send me a balik bayan box and its almost 2 months pero hindi parin sya na deliver. Then I check it online it said their that The package is ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day.But a day past the package was not yet delivered so I wait for how many days because i thought maybe there's just a delay but weeks past there's no delivery came so i check it online again and it states their that Your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels. So I decided to go to the branch where the package was arrived which is in pagadian city and i talk to the one of the stuff and he said that they will deliver the package by tomorrow but until the package was not yet delivered please make some action about this service of yours. i am looking forward for your action and the tracking number of the package is [protected].

LBC Express cargo/parcel

Hi!

I'm submiting this complaint regarding the slow service provided in one of the LBC branches here in Las Pinas City, Philippines.

Particularly, the one in SM Southmall.

We've got a number around 4:15pm in the afternoon to get a parcel. Customer's number who was currently being served was not displayed on their monitor (coz it's turned off) so we had to ask the SINLGE staff working at that time.

We were #91. Current customer was #69. We went around the mall, while constanly going back to LBC after half an hour.. THRICE, only to get back with #78 being called.

We decided to just wait in the hot, crowded space with other customers (who were already waiting there for more than 2 hours).

The line only felt like it's moving after another staff (FINALLY) got in to help. Though, don't get me wrong.. They're still slow, it just took them a few mins. to process from #80 to #91 coz almost all of the people in that number range already gave up and left.

We hope the service there improves as the one we just experienced was just disappointing and time-consuming.

LBC Express super delay of transfer.

I have this item na pinadala sakin from pangasinan to paseo Santa Rosa laguna but ang nailagay na address ng parents ko ay sa Santa Rosa bayan. That's why pinarevise po namin yong address and narevise naman but ang ptoblem po sobrang Tagalog po ng transfer from Santa Rosa bayan to paseo Santa Rosa which is umabot pa nga ng 6 days hindi Pa natransfer yong item. Nakailang Balik na ako sa paseo branch asking if nasakanila na yong item but ang sabi wala pa. As a customer sino ba namang hindi ma pissed off dahil lang Balik nako sa lbc tas laging ang sinasabi wala pa po yong item samantalang mag 1week na? Pissed off talaga ako dahil kailangan na kailangan ko na yong item pero diko pa makuha. Santa Rosa bayan LBC branch is not doing their job. Si paseo branch pa miso ang magiinform na may for transfer sila na item? Samantalang may email naman silang nareceive but hindi nila binabasa. Until now 6days na diko pa nakukuha yong item ko.

LBC Express manager tabudlong being rude, lazy!!!

The Aurora Zamboanga del sur branch is horrible, The manager is so rude and so lazy even though the package when I track online says it already arrives days ago if I cannot provide the tracking number he will not give it to me like wtf!?! You have your eyes widely open can you just look for my name in those packages? Reason why I need to go back and forth and takes weeks to get the package.

LBC Express Failed delivery

My package was already in iloilo and was already in transit to san jose antique but they sent it back to manila and was expecting me to come and get it in their [censored] office in manila. The delivery was supposed to be delivered door to door and they mentioned in the tracking info that I failed to pick up my package in manila that's why the delivery was failed.
