LBC Express / lower laguna delivery hub
I was expecting a package i bought online. April 30 2018, i received a confirmation text n for delivery n that day. Walang dumating.
I called ur number 858 5999 on May 1, 2018 12:41pm (call agent Anne) follow up dw nya.
May 3, 2018 9:43am (Sheryll) nalaman nmin ung problema n instead of Phase1, Phase2 ang nailagay n address.. naayos n nmin at gumawa dw cy ng report for re-sched ng delivery.
May 5, 2018 three times ako tumawag to follow up (11:04am-Gerald; 1:02pm-Jason and 3:21pm-August) and today May 7, 2018 (1:09pm-Ria) same answer: HINDI PA NA-RE-SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY UNG PACKAGE!
Ano na? Ilang araw ang lumipas walng aksyon ung lower laguna delivery hub?
