06/03/2018 8:30 am kroger experience. I spend thousands of dollars a month at this store.in all my traveling I have never experience a restroom in the condition as I did this morning. This store should be closed down by nashville metro for health codes violations for the conditions in the bathroom alone which is directly next to the produce department. I'm absolutely horrified by this experience. Additionally it wasn't just the men's room. The women's was equally disgusting as reported by my companion.

Desirable resolution would be to clean the bathrooms!

Kroger gas pumps

Arrived 9:50pm 5-31-18 @ 4407 central ave hot springs at, to fill gas using fuel points with several cars still at pumps but cashier at window says too late even with c/c purchase.when I asked what they close(thinking 10 but at least 9:55)she would only answer back ("you're fine")(what ever that means)so there goes my monthly points wasted.this has never happened in all the years since they've offered gas.

Kroger viva paper towel

I'm a frequent Shopper at Kroger and on May 31st I went to Kroger to purchase some items as usual. I had coupons with some of my items and the cashier would only let me use one when the coupons specifically said one coupon per item it did not say one coupon per purchase per day she had a very nasty attitude she snatched the bag out of my hand I ended up not getting my purchase because of her attitude which I think was really wrong it was at the Griffin Kroger and the cashiers name was helenia oh something of that nature. I'll try hard to follow the rules with my coupons but the way she treated me was downright rude and very unappreciative . I would like to see something done about this

Kroger imvu gift cards

You seem to have stopped carrying imvu gift cards, and I would really like to know why. I'm a little tired of my favorite things being discontinued by faceless corporate decisions. They were fast selling from what I saw because I often had to go to a different store. You seem to be pushing me toward another corporate store, say Wal-Mart?
I'm stubborn, but I can tell when my business is no longer valued. I think I will start doing my grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. Maybe they will put you out of business soon with my help convincing my friends.

Kroger thieving and theft

I, a currently employed employee of the Hinton Kroger store (743), in addition to several other employees, have observed and informed management of a fellow employee stealing large amounts of alcohol from our store. It has been over a week since we told them, and management has yet to take either legal or corporate action, both of which should be mandatory for such a happening. Some form of action needs to be taken because this it's ridiculous that a thief can work just as many hours as the rest of us after stealing hundreds of dollars of company products

Kroger customer service

On Sunday May 27 2018 at approximately 5:55 pm my daughter walked into the Applewood pay less in Anderson, indiana. She walked up to the courtesy desk and at that time there was no one in line and no one waiting. There was a woman about 45 years of age with short hair, fairly thin speaking with 2 other girls younger than her. One was black and one was white. And no one was wearing a name tag which seems to be the norm there. When my daughter walked up to the desk to conduct some business the 45 year old asked her if that was the way she was suppose to come up to the desk. She said and I quote " do you see that sign?" "what does it say?" Then she escorted my daughter to where the " entrance" sign was to show her the proper way. I didn't know it was the policy of kroger representatives to scold the customers for not following the little lines. Or that you would only be helped at the courtesy desk if you walked up to it in the proper way according to the person behind it. The rudeness of this person was intolerable. whatever happened to the customer is always right?. I have been a customer of pay less and then kroger for many years. My daughter is an easy going person but she is not a child. When she told me what this woman had done I was very angry because this had embarrassed her and hurt her feelings. I have found that in the past couple of years of going into the Applewood pay less that it's not just one who is rude and abusive to the customers but many who work there. Since these people are representatives of Kroger I will hold kroger responsible for their behavior because it's in their training when they 're hired. I'm sure you have cameras in the store and since you've been given the date and time you should have no problem pulling the footage up. If this is the kind of people that kroger is hiring I won't be shopping there anymore. This woman should be fired for her hostile and abusive behavior toward a customer. She is only going to get kroger sued for emotional damage. What she did was completely unecessary. If something isn't done about her I'm going to write a letter to the corporate office maybe someone there will be more interested. Thank you for reading this.

Kroger food/deli department

Denise...I when To The Deli Department for Lunch today...I ordered a lunchplate...As I began to eat it I noticed something in my throat, So I regerertated this object, it was metal...There it was a stapler in the food...This could have cause damage to my throat lineing, ..or any other organs. I did notify the Manager and verbally file a complaint with her immetately.

Kroger customer service

The last several times I have gone to get a Western Union from customer service at the Kroger on Holmes Avenue and Michigan Street in Indiana in the city of Indianapolis their customer service is closed when it should be open if they're that short staff they need to train more people to work at customer service it is absolute bull that I can't go and get a Western Union right down the street from my house when I have an emergency and nobody else can get any kind of customer service half the time what is wrong with them I want the number for corporate so that I can let them know that they're not running that store correctly

Kroger unhelpful store manager - 9025 highway 64, tn 38002

I had purchased a wok which after one use was totally destroyed and rusted. I had lost my receipt but I had paid for it with my Kroger card and American Express. When I returned it a week later the customer service tried for 20 minutes to get into the computer to find the receipt but computer was "too slow". She was courteous and helpful. She called the store Manger Mr. Wilson for help. He told her that it could not be done and never bothered to come down from his throne to try to help in the situation.They could have easily found the receipt using my Kroger card or American Express card. The product was still on sale and I even picked one up from their shelf for them to scan in case they needed the bar code.
I gave up on $20 and moved on since Mr. Wilson could not be bothered to help his customers.
Lousy customer service on the Manager's part.

Kroger racist remarks by carpenter on fb

Sam Moore made racist comments referring to the Obama's as Ape like creatures on a FB.
Kroger Grocery Store Facility Engineering Dept carpenter.
He has done so on many post he has shared on his FB page.
This was reported to Dustin Gowan and Zach Priceman who are Facility Engineering Managers several times and nothing was ever done
They just laughed it off.

Kroger officer saylor

I had a terrible experience at Krogers in Surrey Square in Norwood, OH. My friend Danny Hodge was stopped by Officer Saylor after purchasing a package of meat and seasoning salt on May 29, 2018 around 10pm. She proceeded to follow Danny to my car and called the Norwood police. She claims she did not accuse him of stealing. In the presence of Norwood Police and other customers and staff, she rewinded the tape on the register in the presence of Norwood Police which proved that he did not steal his items. She proceeded to still talk to Danny until the Norwood Officer allowed us to leave. Employee Robin told Saylor that she trusted me (Lauren White) because she had seen me before and that I usually dressed nicely. This experience caused Danny and I to have anxiety. This is not my only negative experience with Krogers this year. Earlier this year, the Krogers on Kenard Avenue allowed someone to return a $530.00 that I purchased for my rent. I still have not received a refund after several months. I am looking for Kroger to rectify both of these situations expeditiously. I was told that the Manager was not on duty and had left at 10pm. They would not provide a receipt for the purchased items. I was not given the General Manager Amanda’s full name because her employee’s claimed not to know it.

An employee refused to let me into the store. I said what it's only 1154 and he then told me that the registers were shut down.. I could clearly see people at the self checkout machines so I told him that and that's when he said. "the manager wasn't accepting any more customers."

I just got off work and I couldn't grab my groceries.

There was a girl that was walking up to the door at the same time both of us were turned away.

I've been in there when they announced over the intercom the store is closed. I always look at my iphone and it is always 5-6 minutes until midnight. This is something relatively new and has been occurring regularly for the past month or so.

I work late at night so i'm in there late at night. For someone to turn away a customer before the store is even closed is quite ridiculous.

Kroger kroger cashier mato and cookie

Mato treated me unprofessional at the self check. Issue with ring up coke 4.99. But on the shelf it was 4 for 12 buying one should have been less. I said to her that the price tag should have said that. Went to customer service and the cashier help me. Told the store manager when I went back to get the coke I was standing right on the side and mato told another cashier cookie I told her [censored] the coke was 4.99. The store manager said nothing. I been a customer for a long time at kroger since I was treated like that. I can shop at another store. But I will send a copy of this to better business bureau and a customer of kroger heard het saying that to me and I have het statement as well

Kroger payment not received

First off, I am not happy with digital coupons. My father is 88 and cannot do on his computer. What about the elderly or people that can't see well or people that do not have time to download digital coupons This is borderline discrimination. Also this Kroger does not pay attention to outdated items I have bought items from mouthwash to cookies in the refrigerated section and do not realize they are out of date til receipt is thrown away a few days later. I have gotten food poisoning from crab legs Bought chicken wings for 7.99 a pound and could not eat them . Went to get a flower and whole rack in front of store was dead. Asked for cigs and was told they were out. I asked the cashier if they had unopened cartons which they did. She did not bother to look. This store needs some help . Also would help if merchandisers would get out of you way. Majority of employees are nice and helpful. A few I wanted to smack because they were so rude. Love shopping here, but this store needs some direction . Also, change digital Coupons! Thank you.

Kroger produce department

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have always shopped at Kroger for the variety, the prices and the friendly staff. I was in your store in Plano (on Parker and the Tollway) a few weeks ago. I was going to purchase some watermelon, and I was shocked to find that you have changed your pricing on it. In the past, I could purchase a quarter of a watermelon for 1.99, and an eighth for .99 Someone in your company has decided that watermelon should now be priced at .99 PER POUND! My question is WHY?! Are you people really that greedy?! You do realize that most of the weight of the melon is in the rind, correct? The quarter slice that I picked up was priced at $3.40! I thought this was a mistake, so I sought out the produce manager, who said that that was indeed the correct price! He said that he did not agree with the change in pricing, but was powerless to do anything about it. I found the assistant manager of the store, and he took the piece of melon from me, disappeared for several minutes, and when he returned, he also confirmed the price was correct. He told me that "as a one time courtesy" he would sell me the piece of watermelon at .99/lb. I found him to be very rude and dismissive. I have NOT stepped foot in that store, or any other Kroger store since that encounter! I decided to contact you to let you know why you have lost my business! I grew up in Michigan, and my family always shopped at Kroger. When I moved to Texas, I continued to shop at Kroger. I am infuriated that someone at your company arbitrarily decided to change the price on melons like this! Right next to the sliced melon was a big box of whole melons selling for $3.74 each! Using your pricing of .99/ lb, the quarter melon you were selling for $3.40 would end up costing me $13.60 for the entire watermelon! This is absolutely ridiculous! I want to make it clear that I am NOT talking about the cut up fruit that is sold ready to eat in plastic containers. I understand that one is paying for the convenience of it being ready to serve. I am talking about a watermelon that has been sliced and wrapped! You really need to revisit this absurd and unfair pricing practice! I noticed that the cantaloupes were priced the same way. Your pricing makes you a nice little profit, but I trust that once the shoppers realize this, they will no longer buy fruit at your stores, either. I would like a reply from you.

Kroger deli fried chicken

I bought two eight piece containers of chicken. The chicken was soggy, greasy and it smelled and taste like there was some kind of chemical was on it. I have bought Kroger fried chicken for years. This was my first bad experience at Kroger. I shopped at Kroger for more than twenty years.I was very disappointed with this product. I am referred by you as a preferred and loyal customer. I didn't return the chicken due to time and distance. Will you please send me a refund. The chicken taste awful. I am a senior citizen on a low income. Every dollar is important to me.

Kroger cart people

I went to Kroger on Starlite drive in Owensboro Kentucky today and when I came out it was storming and lightning. They were sending young kids out to get carts and bring out clicklist orders. Why would anyone with half a brain send teenagers that are trying to make some money by working out in a storm with lightning that could get them killed. I was watching and took a video of a kid out there and thought if he was my child I would be telling him to refuse to go out there in these conditions. If he would've gotten struck by the lightning his parents would OWN KROGER! Dumb management. OSHA should be called in.. I am a safety instructor and this is just ridiculous! Please check into this. Noone should be out when it is lightning getting metal carts or pulling a metal cart of groceries. Kroger needs to care about their workers more! I will not be returning to this store after seeing this.. Very disappointed. I took a video and I will be sharing on facebook for others to see how ridiculous it was

Kroger customer service

I purchased strawberries and there was a sign that stated "2lb packages 2.49 each with card" there is another sign, same stand that said "2/4 regular price 2.50". I purchased them and I noticed .98 more was charged so I went to customer service and asked Nicole for the .98 because the price rang up wrong. She tells me that is the price for the smaller package but there is no smaller packages there. I look at the sign and it doesnt state what size package the 2/4 applies to. I asked her would she honor the price she told me there was nothing wrong with the sign and I stated it was misleading. I asked her what was Kroger price on incorrect products she stated that there was not one. I advised her that I felt that the sign was misleading in the space that it was in, her reply "Most people do not read it that way". I did the return and asked for the manager's name and corporate's phone number. She rattled off the manager name so quickly but said call 1800Kroger. As I was putting my money from the refund in my purse she said ill give you Kroger incorrect price policy and thats the items for free. I said i didnt want them for free just the .98 cents difference. She rings up the strawberries and places them on the counter. Before I am even out of her presence she screams "Next customer in line". I replied nice customer service and walk away.

Kroger outshine frozen fruit bars

Who is the [censored] that decides what each store will stock? The problem in this case is
your stores in Olive Branch and Southaven, MS. They will go for months in not stocking the Outshine frozen fruitbar flavor Tangerine. When asked why they are out
they point to the fact there is not even a spot in the cases for that flavor unless it is accompanied by other flavors. It is always further up in management that has made that decision. At the same time when you look in that area of the coolers there are bountiful supplies of Pomergranite, Acai Blueberry, and Coconut. WHY? Yes those flavors may be popular in a few places, but I would be willing to wager that in North Mississippi Tangerine would probably out sell those three flavors combined by at least a 2 to 1 margin. It is asinine. I realize the CEO's child that just got their MBA needs a job, but instead of them holing up in their office trying to get high off the ink fumes of that diploma, send them down to one of the local to get high off the Elmer's Glue. That should keep them busy for long time. In the meantime, I will checcking of the Outshine website page as to which store stock tangerine. Hopefully I will find someone othe than Wal-Marx carrying these r even special order them for me.
