Jack In The Box unethical behavior customer services

To whom it may concern:

JIB #3911 Time @ 645 exacted at the DT however they made me come inside to retake my order, 3 females employee where working that morning...

I was just passing by at Brazoria County to get some breakfast, i place my order thru DT for 3 people including me and the order was correct.. When i get to the window i handle 3 breakfast coupons meal the woman stated i could only take 1 coupon, so i explain to her i worked at JIB and yes you can take the coupons we are 3 of us and she said no i could only take 1, she call her manager which I'm not sure if i was dealing with a Teamleader, assistant manager or manager of the store however she was not wearing a hat, hairnet nor a name tag so i had to repeat myself again, and she also said no i could only take one coupon.. She also made me come inside she was not going to re take my order individually it had to be inside the store. while im driving half around i see the store as experience working in JIB no hospitality/ uncleanness and now i worked for Harris County Health Department (HCPHES)from inside out also when i walked in the front counter ceiling was dripping water while i was waiting 10 minutes inside for Marielena to take my order the time was 6:54 thru 6:56 am, remember they had to take it individually to accept my coupons nevertheless as well i had a hard time with money couldn't break a hundred dollar bill which i explain to her you are about to take 3 orders, and its going to break in half of my change so that was another issue they wouldn't accepted and since i have experience working at JIB the food supply was sitting on the hall way between the grill station and fryer station i didn't see the maintenance guy on the floor at all the food is suppose to be stocked right away when the truck unload the supplies and food products, and i now the timing when a truck arrives, 4am or 5am so the food been sitting for almost 2 to 3 hours since i left pass 7ish all this time i was not trying to give no one a hard time, your employees gave me a hard time... i was just passing by to get some breakfast, there services was with smart quotes, body language no smiling at all your staff needs training in hospitality, customer services etc.

Jack In The Box overall store operations

Specifically complaining about the conditions at JIB #1153 on E. Bell and Cave Creek in Phoenix, AZ. SO many concerns about this store.

I've worked here for almost a month now, and I want to call the Health Inspector on my own store. One of the night managers never wears gloves while preparing food of any kind. There is always food on the floor. I've only seen two coworkers who earnestly try to do their jobs. The rest sit on their phones between customers, or talk with each other back in the office instead of cleaning or stocking for the next shift. Every night, I come in to work, and everyone from day shift is making a mad dash for the door, whether things are stocked, cleaned, or not. They rarely take the trash out, leaving it all for the night workers at the end of the day. Yet, I am expected to stay up to an hour late each morning making sure things are overstocked for the day shift? My hours keep getting cut and adjusted awkwardly because of this so that I don't make overtime. And with as hard as I work there, I think I deserve some!

Forget bringing anything up with the store manager. He's so morose about everything and never has a positive thing to say. If you try to suggest anything, it gets brushed aside without acknowledgement instead of being talked over and executed. He also seems to enjoy ragging on the few people who do work hard for him, since they're the only ones who get anything done. Instead, he should enforce company policy and make everyone do their jobs instead of laying the burden of the whole store on a few responsible people. Everything just turns into a pity party instead, and it's frustrating when you earnestly want your store to do good. Or at least pass the upcoming health inspection so that you can keep your job. If I could find the 800 number for the JIB Ethics Hotline, I'd call them in a heartbeat.

I should add here that I have 4 compressed vertebra and have chronic pain issues. I still come into work, clean, shaven, and with positive attitude towards the night. I don't complain about what I have to do, I just figure it out and get it done. But when nothing is ever stocked or cleaned, this makes double the work for me, puts me in a lot of pain, and makes the night miserable for me and my coworker. Our store is chronically understaffed, as well, so there's only ever two people on at night. If one of my coworkers calls out, I have to go put a paper on the sign saying we're closed for maintenance. It's embarrassing. We've also run out of several food items and have had to turn customers down. It seems like we can hardly keep straight what needs to be ordered. That said, my coworkers often lie or leave machines (such as the shake machine) turned off after they clean it so that they don't have to make any shakes at night. This kind of crap is costing us money and hurting the store and its employees.

Trash gets piled halfway up the back door, and chemicals and food items are kept in the same small back room, albeit at separate ends. Dirty mop buckets are often left full out back with the mop just sticking out of them. And sweeping underneath things is almost unseen but for three people in that whole store. It's plain sad how little effort anyone else puts into their work. Lazy, lazy lazy lazy! I know if we could hire better people, they'd be fired in a heartbeat. But no one's been applying to this store, and they know it. So they get away with making huge bags of food to take home for the family, when they're only supposed to get a meal while on shift. And then the store manager wonders where all the meat and cheese went, hmm.

Maybe if someone spent any amount fo time going through all the security footage in the store, they'd realize most of this on their own. But that, apparently, requires too much common sense. I'm so angry with this store, and I want to change it for the better. Not 10+min wait times for the customer to get a wrong order.

Jack In The Box priced

Jr Bacon cheese burger was on dollar menu. Dollar menu changes to value menu and price for jr bacon burger went up 39 percent. Went to Jack in the Box in Huntington Beach today and now Jr bacon 2 bucks. That is no value. There is no justification for a 101 percent increase in two years. Did your income go up 100 percent? Good bye Jack. No value at your place.

Jack In The Box wrong order, rude staff, dirty cup, hair in burger, refusal to provide me a receipt.

Hello My name is Alea Owens and I had a horrible experience at Jack in the box yesterday 6/22/2017 at 6:45pm. Let me first start out by saying that I don't have the restaurant number because the manager refused to give me a receipt. However the Managers name is Alec and the address of the restaurant is

I ordered a burger with Ketchup only however on the outside order sign it said "no Ketchup". I explained that what I saw was incorrect but he argued with me saying the order was right and to drive up to the window, so I did. When I got to the window and he handed me my drink first the outside of the cup was filthy! I asked him for another cup and he said the cup I had was clean. I showed him the cup and he snatched it back and got me another one. Next he handed me my order which was supposed to be a burger with Ketchup, Mayo and Cheese only. When I checked my order of course it was incorrect. The burger had no Ketchup just like the screen showed and it was hair on my cheese! Gross. I told the manager Alec that this order was wrong and he tried to argue with me and say it was right and I said no Ketchup. He asked me to hand me the burger back so he could add more ketchup But I said no because it still had hair! At this point I am extremely upset and just tell him to take all the items back and give me a refund. He did give me my money back in cash, but my original transaction was with a debit card. Therefore I wanted a receipt. He slammed the window in my face and refused to give me my receipt saying since I had no food I didn't need a receipt. This person handling my order was a manager which is total unacceptable! I am very upset with this experience and even more so as my 6 year old was in the car with me. Jack In The Box employment hours not on schedule for 2 weeks not even one day

Hi good morning my name is Beatrice mendoza I work at the Jack in the box on Bradshaw Sacramento CA on business Park drive, I just started working there 2 weeks, I was told that they are flexible with your schedule and that I would be working. I had texted the manager and called her to check if I am on the schedule and she never replies and I call the store as well and no answer I was told every Wednesday the new schedule is up when I checked I was not on the schedule at all the main manager at the store told me it's been slow and they have no hours for me but they just hired new employees and they have hours I was also told that I got no hours due to I don't do nothing at all but sit around but if u look at the store cameras I always clean front lobby clean restrooms help with orders and also one of the assistant managers is always sleeping or on her phone really bad customer service and she plays favoritism with her family members I do always see that the main manager and the assistant manager is close friends so they pick who they want to work I don't think it's appropriate or fair and im also hearing that im getting fired please all I want is for fairness or for the main manager to he honest so I can tell her what I do instead of her going with what the assistant manager is telling her

Jack In The Box debit card not return after transaction complete

Went to Jack In the Box this afternoon (May, 18. 2017 around 100 Pm)for my usual order, (2 iced coffee and 1 plain croissant) Yolanda the Supervisor that took my Debit card and handed me my order. First I hand her my card to pay my order, then she handed me a bag with my sandwich and a straw, asked if I wanted a cup holder then I said "yes'. She gave me my coffees and said" have a nice day". I drove off, but then I realized that I did not have my debit card .I went back to the drive thou but there is 2 cars in front of me. I patiently waited till my turn. And when I got at the window, I told Yolanda that I did not got my debit card. She kept saying she did gave it back to me. A witness (I forgot his name/Asian young guy)was the witness everything.He said that they will check the locker...?the back...? I was like.how did my card get in the locker or office in less than 10 minis from the time I ordered? But in my mind.they look around. Yolanda even trying to convinced me that I might misplaced my card and I might put it in my purse because she does it all the time.and I kept telling her that she did not give my debit card back to me. And the Asian guy finally found it along with another card.My experienced today is terrible. I always come to this location almost everyday for about a year now. So, I have to cancelled my card because I feel not safe of what happened to me today. Fraud are everywhere.very an inconvenient and very bad service.

I'm sorry. I'm a stupid, pimple faced little boy who likes to make fun of everyone every chance I have because my mother and father liked having sex with me. It really screwed me up because I liked it. And now I can't get a job or a girlfriend. Or maybe a boyfriend? I don't know. I'm still confused about that. Now I feel like if I judge other people and make them feel bad, I can feel better about myself.

My name is Yolanda Pinedo At 11346 magnolia AVE Apt d riverside CA [protected]@ had the worse 2nd experience, I was called a liar when I called To say My order was not complete and that is why I am going further, I was accused Of lying when I called manager that My order was incomplete, I was shocked to be treated like this. I AM disabled and have no time to play games. I ordered My food and it was incomplete and I made them aware that I was going further. Jack In The Box unethical behaviour, poor attitude, lack of training, unfair write ups, discrimination and team lead abuse, unfair treatment and a unfair suspension

I am a team lead at jack in the box store 7319 in Winnemucca, NV i have been employed here since November 2014. My store manager Karen Smith has suspended me because I am a single mother and didn't not have a babysitter for my shift on 5/10/2017 at 5:30 pm till closing. I had preceded to text her explaining not only did I not have a babysitter but we( me and my almost 2 yr old) no longer had a place to live. So after tenting her calling her and texting my District Manager Mohammed Khan since i knew he was in town and at the store. Making him aware of my situation as well i then went in person to talk to my supervisors and Karen was running a front counter register and there was a line of people in the lobby. I was waiting patiently when she asked me to come back later remind you that this is around 3:45-4:00 pm. She had already informed me to come in at 5pm earlier to talk with another team lead that i was having issues with. So i agreed but i still wanted to let her know that i didnt know what to do. She then raised her voice at me and said "So you Quit then!" in front of a lobby full of customers and my daughter. At this point I became upset and left upset and slammed open the door walking angry towards my car. I then came back at 5 as instructed with my daugher and had a conversion with me Karen and Maria another team lead.About respecting one another and all of our attitudes towards each other. I stayed around the store since remember I had no where to go. I felt bad that I could not make it to work but there was nothing I could do at the time. Maria understood and so did Karen. I was told by Maria that Karen was going to stay or come back later just for a few to help cover me. I wait outside for Karen to walk out and head to her car I then asked her if it was ok to go over to her house. She then told me it would be like an half hour or more till she got home. also I had messaged her earlier about my situation asking her what she was doing for the night and just like my messages earlier an answer by her . So later on that evening round 10:45-11pm I arrived at her house with my daughter asleep. Well I guess a water pipe had burst at jack in the box and she had to in. She wanted me to leave and go with her I told her no. So when she got back to her house she had an attitude towards me and was being snide so I told her that we could leave and she said "ok" I left in a hurry and angry at her for doing this to me and my daughter with no where to go for the night. She then kept being rude and snide saying that she could of watched my daughter shutting her door in my face. I was pretty angry at this point and pounded 3 times on the door and yell through the door I did text you and got no answer like before.At this time she had opened the door and was coming at me she then swung on me in front of my daughter who was awake now I ducked and she kept swinging so we got into an altercation. I grabbed my daughter and drove away. The next morning she messaged me that she was sorry and that my daughter wouldn't remember it. I said sorry too. She did not at any point during the day inform me that I was now suspended for my attitude the day before when I had come into talk to her and stormed out after she raised her voice at me. My District manager is unethical as well but all he saw was me upset and supposedly causing a scene earlier. I came in for my next schedule shift at 5:30 and was stopped by another team Member not a lead or Karen that I was suspended till further notice. I also feel I was written up because of the disagreement after hours that prompted her to write up the suspension. I had clocked in and then called her saying I was suspended for how long she said she did not know and that she would tell me tomorrow. Well this unorganized unprofessional did not call me today to inform me when I can return back to work. I feel disciplinary action should be taken against her as well since it was her and her ### attitude towards me that made me react towards her on the 10th. This is has been an on going problem with my store manager she has written me up for being late for opening shifts when she herself has slept in or hasn't shown up to open more times than I EVER have. Not to mention the hour or more it takes her to run the bank deposit to Well Fargo and it is across the street. She has been caught not even taken the daily deposit to the bank and she forgot she had it in her car for more than 2 days. So I would like to know where and what she is doing when she is saying this is where she is going. Then wants to come back in after our lunch rush saying how much she has to do and blah then she will take another 30 minute break. Also she has yelled at not only me but other team members in front of customers is completely unorganized we are always running out of major things like Jumbo Pattys Buns Fries curly fries straws napkins bags. Cleaning supplies everything at store 7019 is falling apart literally when it is wet outside be prepared for it to rain inside right under our menu boards there is not only 1 but 3 leaks and dont forget to mention the lake in our lobby right next to the high priced soda machine they had to get. I used to have a set schedule of Mon-fri 7:30am to 3:30 pm I was offered that when my previous store manager Heather Long had giving me after I came back from maturity leave. I now work the mid shifts closing and opening at times and have beg and pleaded for her and mohammed to give them back to me. I cant even get two days off in a row anymore and when I request them off cause I got sick of it and her complaining all the time if she has to work ### shifts so do I. NO I DO NOT I AM NOT THE STORE MANAGER AND I AM NOT GETTTING PAID A SALARY WAGE NOW AM I SHE SIGNED UP FOR THAT I DID NOT... also she had hired her boy toy that lives with her and they do nothing but fight and call each other horrible names and then she will short hand the store cause she has sent him home but then she will go talk it with him for 2 hours and then once she is calmed down let him return to work while the whole time being slammed and the only one on grill . She allows the hispanic people go and leave on vacations for a month or more to mexico screwing the rest of the team but cant give me 2 days off in a row. She should not be store manager she cant run her own life let alone a entire store. It is complete udder non sense and honestly so is my District manager Mohammed. He plays favorites he doesnt get back to me ive asked him specifically that i wanted more trainning to become A better team lead because i feel that i was not trained properly since i had been employed for so long they didnt give me a team lead workbook, make me do all my certifications or my serv safe courses. She also promised me that i would get AT least a .75-1.00 raise if i became a team lead which never happened. She has been late a lot her self she has attitude herself and she thinks that she will be able to suspended me till further notice so she wont have to do the paper work this is not going to happen im a single mom stop b.s me and either get me back to work which would not happen now but fire me so i can at least collect my unemployment benefits that i deserve to have work in this hell whole for as long as i have.

Jack In The Box customer service

On May 13, 2017 around 3:30am, I went to a Jack In A Box drive through in 92154, San Diego Coronado Avenue, California. I asked for a loaded breakfast and she said she had no eggs. I then asked for Chicken teriaky bowl and she said she had no rice. i suspect something funny was going on but i told her she should NOT be open 24 hours if she is not ready and i asked what did she have? She called me rude for telling her all of that. I then left and did not order anything so i went to Mc Donalds where they are always ready to serve food 24 hours. You really should NOT be open 24 hours if you are not ready. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Jack In The Box lazy employees

I go to the jack in the box located on sante fe ave.in wilmington, ca. When I do go... Usually once a week during the early morning hours between 3:45 and 4:15. It seems that I usually run into an employee that just refuses to take orders. He always comes up with an excuse... I usually get...'oh... The computer is resetting itself so I can't take any orders' then i'll ask... "how long will it take?" and i'll get different replies... One time it was 20 minutes. Another time was 15. And it's only with this particular employee. I know the computer resets itself... And I know it usually takes about 5 minutes. And I know it happens at 4 a. M. I've been going there long enough to know that. Other times i'll get... "oh sorry sir, I can't take your order because we just cleaned the grill". It's frustrating to me because, he's pushing alot of customers away at that hour because the local refineries shift change is close to that time. A lot of the gents from where I work go there... Or try to at that time. So my question is this... Shouldn't your employees be encouraging orders? There are three other fast food joints literally across the street from jack in the box, including mcdonalds, carl's jr., and taco bell. If this stupid # continues to happen, I will take my dollars elsewhere. This imbecile you have working that shift is costing you money... Not to mention customers. He said his name was gabrielle, but i'm certain he gave me a false name.

Jack In The Box was lied to and not trained properly and then fired

My name is Yasmine. I was hired on 4/17 and went for training on 4/18.
I only worked less than 3 hours. Was not trained properly by my Manager
Monica Loya. She kept reminding me that I only had to 2 weeks to prove that
I was able to work there. And she also did not like that I couldn't speak
Spanish. She left me with an employee that did not speak English well.
I only worked 1 day that week. She told me she was going to call me on
Monday to give me my schedule. And she never did. I called her on Tuesday
and she told me to come on Saturday 4/20. That day I also worked less than 3 hours. She again told me she was going to call me on Monday to give me my schedule. And again she lied she did not call me on Monday.
I called her on Tuesday and she told me she was going to let me go. Because it was working out.

Jack In The Box entire order wrong

First of all — again!
Dear sir or madam.
This is probably at least the 9 or 10th time that I received the wrong order from your ocean beach location. Your companies inability to get an order filled accurately is just stunning — my question is how can you screw up every time.
Last summer I went through this whole process of attempting to get in touch with someone above the store management level and I was absolutely stunned at their lack of concern — I had to do an all out social media blitz to get your attention! I was assured that this problem was being addressed — I guess that was useless words.

I want a refund — every single part of my order was wrong — every part. All I can say is at least you are consistent! I now sitting at home fixing a new meal —

I ordered the late night chicken tater meal — no sauce — wrong! 2 tacos no lettuce — wrong! Only curly fries — wrong! How is that possible
You failed to meet my expectations which shockingly were already extremely low.

If you can find the time can someone above the store level assist me in getting a refund — again every part of my order was wrong. Based on past performance I guess I can expect callback in week or two.

Jack In The Box grilled chicken salad

I bought a grilled chicken salad at the drive through. When I got back to work and opened the salad there was mold on the tomatoes, the lettuce was brown, wilted and slimy. The cheese was wet and the cucumbers were shrunken and slimy. I tried to call the store and all I received was a recorded voice mail.

This was an unacceptable food product. I'm sure as a large international company you have some quality standards. In my case these standards were not met today.

Jack In The Box customer service for the restaurant# 457 and the guest relation dept

I went in to Store# 457 off of Cypress Wood And I45 in Spring Texas This Morning and ordered the 2 for 4 dollars and I ask the girl at the counter to make one a meal.. She tells me she cannot do that I ask why that not how it come. I looked at her kind of confused and I said to make it a meal why don't you add my drink and a hash brown that will make it a meal . so she did what I said I thought but when I got my meal all I got was my drink I ask where is my hash brown she said that I did not order one.. Ok what part of make it a meal and when I said add the drink and hash brown did you not get.. I think this is a training thing that was missed. So I go to call guest relation and let them know the only way you can make a complaint is thru the website. I said to them I'm blind and could not do as they want me to which I said I feel I'm being discriminated against for the problems with my health and eyesight, which the lady on the phone said I was not and hung up the Phone on me she was very rude and should not work there for this kind of customer service. I did call back and said this was not good customer service and a lawsuit will take place for Discrimination if this is how people get treated with physical abilitys.

Jack In The Box foreign object in my chicken sandwich

I had ordered a chicken sandwich from the Jack in the box in Monroe by the Evergreen Fairgrounds. Since it was after 10pm, I went through the drive-thru. On the way home my family and I ate our food. I was in the middle of eating when I bit down on something really hard. I grabbed the hard, sharp object out from my mouth and examined it. I still don't know what it is. It feels kind of like plastic, or even bone, it's hard to tell exactly what it is, but it's really sharp and pointy on the ends. I have never experienced anything like this before and was shocked that there was a foreign object in my food.

Jack In The Box employee abuse

im an employee at jack in the box off of bond rd and the manager there sucks if you try messaging her she will tell you that is her personal phone number and to not bother her. if you work with her she will make fun of you telling you you dont no how to do your job. if you try to call in sick in advanced she will say why cant you move it another day (as one of my coworkers told me for surgery) she takes hours away from you if you ask for more im tired of working here already

I was suspended from work on 1/27/2017, for a cash shortage from the night before. I left(clocked out ) @ 7p.m., before leaving the remaining shift manager and myshelf did "shift change".
At this time I made my safe deposit and counted the two cash drawers that I had been instructed to count by this very same manager. I left the drawers on the managers office desk and told Ericka(Shift Mang.) to verify(count) that they were in fact both 150.00. She did and secured the drawers in the safe, at this time I left the store and proceeded two blocks to my other job.
I was awaking the next morning by Cecila the opening manager, telling me that "our" shift (ericka's and mine) was 20.00 short. I informed her that I did not close, so therefore it was not my resposibility, nor was i accountable for her shift.
Then recived the first at 2p.m I recieved the first of many threating, sladerious and very accusatory text messages from Jessica the Store Manager. Saying that every time I am around? money is missing as well as, she was allegently informed by ericka that I denied her the right to verify the cash drawers and, she(jessica) had two employees allengently to wittness this. I arrived at work to cover for Tim (asst.Mag in training) and was given the "write-up" to sign, which I did not do. On the write up It stated that I was suspended.
I texted Fran(Dist.Mang.) @4:13p.m informing her of the issue and informed her thatI would not be returning back to work in that store until this matter is officialy resolved and that this wasnt the first time this type of behavior or incident has happend. Fran then replied for "me" to get more details from jessica? shes The D.M.
I also informed Jessica and fran both to "check" the office camrea, to verify that ericka was the one to secure the drawers and therefore she was not deined access. and the fact that jessica did not check the cameras "First" denied me "fair treatment".

Jack In The Box unorganization

I went to Jack in the Box in San Antonio, Tx off of Hildebrand & Fredericksburg about 9:00 PM and as I went through the drive thru, the young girl said they had no change and could not take orders for cash I said ok. Then I said okay and waited to place my order and I said okay again and said hello and was ignored. After about two minutes of waiting, I was going to reverse but I couldn't because there at least 4 cars behind me and was stuck in line for about 15 minutes. When I came to the window the girl was just looking as if in outer space at me and said what was your order. I said you never took my order and then she says again that they have no change but I had my credit card but by this time I was frustrated and said that I wanted to speak to the manager. The girls said she was not in. Then I asked for her mgrs name, she said her name was Maria and then I asked her if she was the shift leader and she said no, so I asked for her name as well, she said Michelle was her name. And now I'm here complaining about it. The funny thing is that this was the second time. I will nolonger eat or recommend one of the places that I used to love.

Jack In The Box lack of assistance from manager

I was at the above location last night. I sat in my car while my son ordered our meal at 7:05pm. FORTY (40) minutes later, NOTHING. I go inside and ask to speak to manager. She smirked and said that our order didn't pop up on the screen and it wasn't their fault. (HMM). Mind you, a guy there was there, had waited 15 min for TWO tacos. I told the manager that I needed a full refund AND my food, she again smirked at me and said, "we cant give you your money back, not our fault. we will give you what you ordered'. She asked to see my receipt, walked away with it, and NEVER came back. I asked someone to get her for me, and she refused to come back to talk or help me. She also 'misplaced' my receipt. The employees were OUTSTANDING trying to help everyone, and whenever they asked the manager a question, she snapped at them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ALWAYS visit this particular Jack in the Box. This is very disappointing.

Hamburgers at my Jack & Box in Reno, Nv. have no flavor or taste period . Weird one time in Lemmon Valley outside most of the employees were arrested for being illegals . I remember when there food was excellant . Not anymore !
