Greyhound Lines / lost package express

As a single Mother, I have been using Greyhound services to send as well as ship his packages throughout his seven (7)college career. Up to this point, I have been very satisfied with the services. However, on August 9, 2016, after my son finally landed his real job in Prairie View, TX. As any proud parent, I was delighted and excited concerning his professional move. And as always, I used your services just as I had been doing for years. With that being said, I am so disappointed, discouraged and angry that my son's package which included all his suits, clothing, fraternity gear, PS4 and videos never made it to his destination. I shipped my package with the Greyhound Station in Columbia SC on August 9, 2016 at 821A. The agent assured me that it would get on the bus leaving at 1230p and would arrive at 730pm on Wednesday night. I son went to the station to pick up package and the agent there stated his bags were not on the bus. Subsequently, he checked the next following buses and still not bag. I called the 800# and spoke with the agent and she stated she couldn't track it until after 7 - 10 days business days. I asked to call Dallas and Houston to check to see if the bags were there. She put me on hold and came back within a min and told me the bags weren't there. That night my son tried to follow up and was told "good luck" getting either one of those stations to answer. After, much follow up with Dallas, Houston, Birmingham(no answer on any occasion). I am requesting a refund to replace the items
