I would suggest you do your homework before trusting these people with your time, money more importantly your life. They have received around $600.00 of my money since December 22nd it is December 24 and they have denied my refund even though it was due to them insuring me my tickets could be reissued at a bus station. I went to the Louisville KY location and was told I needed $20.00 I did not have but could pay on a credit card. The representative was rude and denied that. Thank God I had an eVoucher from being left out of town when Greyhound overbooked a bus. The same tickets that were $84 jumped to $140 when I made it to his station ironically. I just wanted to make my trip so I went ahead and repurchase two tickets even though I was told to just reissue my first tickets. Greyhound bus line is not doing what they can to show compassion at this time. God Bless us all for these are the times. $230.00 down drain
Desired outcome: Refund
I too lost money with Greyhound Bus lines, and ours was due to Covid 19 pandemic. My cousin died in San Francisco, California in March 2020 and I bought 4 Greyhound Bus tickets for us to go to his funeral. We live in Sparks, Nevada. I don't drive on freeways, so I take the bus quite often and have never had a problem. Due to the city of San Francisco and the buses closing down, our trip was cancelled as was the funeral. So after the pandemic I tried to reschedule our tickets and was told we could with a big fee. I said well it was not our fault and also the airlines allowed cancellations with money back or reschedule for free and they said too bad, so I got corporate's address and put our tickets in the envelope and sent them to corporate, and never heard another word from that company.. I have never had problems with Greyhound and ride it to Disneyland area and Oregon with my daughter and grandchildren quite often before Covid hit but I won't do business with that crooked company again
