Golden Corral review: Manager

I placed an order of 4 dozen chocolate chip cookies and a pepperoni pizza. I called the manager Tom the next day to let him know that the cookies tasted bland with no taste and that I wasn't satisfied. So I asked what could be done about it. He had an nasty altitude, signing in the phone, drilling me after the fact I explained to him in details about the cookies and had me on hold for a long time. This is not the first time that he showed impatience and unprofessionalism. This manager really needs to be talked to about his altitude and his way on how he handles his customers. I will never eat here again nor order over the phone an especially recommend any family or friends.
