fps cr card internet
I paid for a different credit card and still haven't received it. I have a credit card with the bank but it's called total visa. This one wasn't called that I want my money back on the processing fee. But can't get ahold of them they were support to send my credit info to my email but it never happened with this new credit card. I'd advice be careful about have two types of credit cards but from the same bank.
credit card
I have two credit cards with First Premier Banks. With both cards, I have an EXEMPLARY history with making my payments on time, not going over the credit limit, etc.
On 19 January 2019, I attempted to schedule a payment on my card ending in 3307, but received this error message instead:
Error Summary
Due to the current status of your account we are unable to process your PREMIER Online Bill Pay request. We recommend that you make a guaranteed funds payment by the due date listed on your statement.
Today, 30 January 2019, I attempted to make a payment on my card ending in 6978, and I received the same error message.
I have written to Premier Bank about this, but have not received any response. And what do they mean by "the current status of my account?"
fraudulent charges on my bank account
I have two different charges on my account. We bank with J.P. Morgan Chase. Both charges are 95.00$ each. I called my bank and they have nothing they could tell me why I was getting these charges. They are fraudulent. I need to know how they got in my account. These are happening every month. I have to go back and report each charge on my account so Chase can start an investigation.
credit card
On December 6, 2018 I spoke with an agent from First Premier Bank regarding my credit card. I was told that if I make a payment of $404.62 they would credit the account $100.00 and I would have the full available credit of $400.00. I did a post dated payment for the $404.62 for December 14, 2018. Per the agent I would have the full available credit on December 15, 2018. When I reviewed my account information the morning of the 14th the funds were still in my account and the credit card account was still showing to be past due. I contacted First Premier Bank that same morning and spoke with an agent who advise that payments post at midnight and the funds would not be available on the 15th however she could cancel the post dated payment and I could set my payment up with her and she would process the payment and the balance would update and funds would be able the next day the 15th. I completed the process however, this was all a lie. When I went online the morning of the 15th there were no information available I contact First Premier Bank and spoke with Shannon who advise me that as of November 17th the account was close due to two returned payments. I advise her that I did not receive any information regarding this no letters, no telephone calls nor emails and I advise of what the agents prior advise me. She stated there was not anything that she could do. I then at that point ask for a manager. She transferred me to Amanda who I advised of the previous conversations and she stated there was not anything that she could do but contact the security department to see about having the account re-open. She stated that they would not refund me the money because the account balance was of the amount that was collected. I expressed to her that this is unacceptable and against the law and that they can not do this. She advised me that she understands and if she could fix this problem then she would however she can not. Amanda stated that it could take 3-5 days. Amanda stated that I could attempt to dispute though my bank but as I explained to her the bank would do research and contact them directly and per Amanda they would say that it is valid because the money was owed on the account. Today, December 17th I checked my credit report and it is showing the account to reported close on November 1st, how is this possible if First Premier Bank is stating it be reported close on November 17th. I spoke with Kendra today also and advise her of the information. She spoke with a manager who advise her to tell me that they are not sure why it is showing November 1st on my credit report when it was not close until November 17th but like I advise her credit reports reports things that creditors report to them and that date was not made up. She advise me I can send a dispute and provided me with a fax number. She then stated that she can send a referral to their settlement department to see if they could refund the money however it was not guaranteed. I asked to have a head manager such as a AVP or SVP to contact me and Kendra advise that they would not and that it would basically be a supervisor. I informed Kendra that I have worked for banks for some time now since 2001 and I have learned some things over the past 15 years. I advise her that this is deception and per the fair debt credit act deception is against the law. I advise her that Amanda told me that the agents calls would be listen to and per Kendra there would be no way of knowing if this would actually be completed. I would like to file a law suit against this company because there are probably other consumers First Premier Bank Collection department has did this to. I am aware that they do receive bonuses for collecting.
awful customer service, awful accounting department stay away
I had 2 Premier Bankcard accounts. In July I made 4 payments 7/10, 7/12, and 2 7/26 and closed out my account. The inept Accounting Department applied all 4 payments to one account and cause the 2nd account to become 30 days lat. I called almost everyday for over 2 weeks until the error was finally corrected. But in the interim Premier Bankcard reported my one account 30-days late to the credit bureau and are completely refusing to remove the late payment, even after I faxed them 5 times documentation. The absolute WORST customer service. Inept Customer service reps, make promises and actually lie to their customers and Credit Services is a scam. AWFUL, never do business with them. Reported to BBB and Consumer Affairs, and I am considering retaining an attoryney and sueing.
failure to disclose card charges
I applied for a card a few weeks back they said nothing about taking any money off my line of $500 credit line. I get my card with a $375.00 credit limit do to a $30.00 payment being taken off and $125.00 annual fees. They even stated in the letter they sent with card that they didn't revile any of theses fee. That's fraud and even the attorneyi spoke with...

checking account
Here is my story.I've been with First Premier for 4 years. My account has gone negative 4 times in 4 years. 2 were transactions that they paid (and charged me hefty fees for, but they paid the merchant so I willingly paid the fees) The other 2 times, the account had a small positive balance, a check for less than $20 both times, was presented for payment. They declined but still charged me $35 OD fee plus $5/day for each day in the negative. Then merchant submits the check a 2nd time to bank for payment and I'm charged another $35 OD fee and still $5/day PLUS merchant will charge a fee plus the cost of the check. Sitting at a total of $164 for $19.26 check. I had $1.09 in checking account. A check written by me to a retail grocery store. The check was written for $19.26. When the check reached the bank, the bank DECLINED TO PAY and sent it back, but still charged me an Overdraft fee of $35 PLUS $5/DAY which PUT the account into the negative. The bank sent the check back to retailer. The retailer then presented the check a 2nd time, requesting payment, and again, the bank DECLINED to pay and charged me a 2nd $35 fee. So now, I've been charged (2) $35 fees, $5/day and the original retailer is charging me the cost of original check, plus their own fee of $40 (understandably so). But can the bank soak me like that on a check they didn't pay, TWICE? Is this even legal since they declined to pay to begin with? And they refuse to shut down my account so that I can at least get caught up and not continue to rack up $5 daily fee. THEY ARE LITTERALLY KILLING ME with fees. I feel like I'm standing in front of a firing squad and there is nothing I can do.

employee's
I was in line at a local market and was treated very RUDE by a Premier Bankcard employee, She was even wearing their logo on her shirt. I believe that if you are representing a company by wearing their logo you should act in a pleasant manner. As she proceeded to swear at me, I noticed her debit card ( Amanda Csobor) if this is how she acts in public, I cant image the way she would act at work. Premier Bankcard this looks very bad on you for employing such a fowled mouth woman.
first premier credit card
A family member who is now deceased got a card in my name, when I found out she was ill and dying. I called the company and talked to a representative and told them what had happened and about all these fees that she had been assessed with because I was trying to pay them because it was hurting my credit.I finally stopped paying because the different fees kept the balance increasing. When it ended up on my credit file I talked to a representative and agreed to pay 85.00 because according to my calculation that was all owed and they agreed to take it off my credit and they did not. This company is a rip off. I asked them to remove it from my credit because I am thinking about trying to get in senior citizen housing again. I realized that I could never pay them off because there is always some fee or charge. I had already had this same kind of encounter with first progress with a prepaid card and did not need to negatives on my account. All I want is to remove this from my credit,

fraudulent activity
I was looking at my bank statement online today, and saw a debit for $600.00 from "fpb cr card vru." I had no idea what it was, so I called my bank to inquire about the transaction. I was told it was First Premier Bank. I have 2 credit cards with them and have always paid before the due dates, sometimes 2 payments a months. I have never been late. I had $50 available on the card ending in 1669 on Tuesday 3/27, my credit limit is $650. I have disputed this $600 payment with my bank's fraud department this evening (3/31). I called First Premier to check my balance and try to speak to a live person and the message stated my last payment of $600 was posted leaving me with a $137 balance, this is impossible. It even said my mail was returned to them, I get my statements on line. I have lived at the same address for 6 years. I have never received a phone call from them which is very unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund of this payment immediately so I can pay my bills. I am a 63 year old with a heart condition and live Pacheco to Pacheco. Respectfully, Arta Impliazzo
unauthorized charges
I have had an ongoing issue with First Premier due to several unauthorized charges they allowed to go through and now want me to be responsible for. I have submitted numerous responses and complaints to First Premier and they keep sending letters stating I am responsible for charges I know nothing of. When I became aware of the situation and saw how unprofessional First Premier was I immediately closed my account with them and have been disputed charges for months. They fail to take responsibility that my information was compromised and the charges have nothing to do with me.
statements not received
I called the customer service for first premier bank and told them that I was need statements for tax purposes, and they stated that it was 3.00 per page which I feel there taking customers money even when the customers don't get the statement in the mail. It's not our fault if we don't receive the statements I understand it's not the company's fault because they send them out but if the customer says they didn't receive the statements then they should take ownership and send the statements. I don't feel like sending the statements out is breaking the bank. Every other credit card don't charge so it's wrong to be charging customers 3.00 per page. I will from now on keep calling them if I don't receive a statement but seriously I understand they have it in there terms and conditions and that is how they get away with statements but still they need to make sure that their customers are getting the statement and not saying we sent the statement so its on you type of thing. FIRST PREMIER BANK is not a great credit card company if they can't help, and help take responsible as well to help the customers. Customers should come first and always be there to help the customer. I feel that credit card company like this is not worth having if they are not in it for their customers. There just in it for them making money anyway they can. FIRST PREMIER BANK don't care about your needs.
credit card
I had a credit card with first premier bank and on jan 18, 2018 I got a call from the bank collection department that I have a overdue balance of $814 and I told them that I shall pay in full next day and she said if you pay me in full I will give you $ 100 bonus. On jan 19th I called the bank, and I asked for my disputed charges from microsoft and the bank refused to adjust those charges and I was mad and I said I am tired of you guys and I don't need your services any more so I need to close this account today itself. So I asked for the final balance and she said that $ 694.85 as they refunded me the annual fee of $ 79 and as promised $ 100 bonus so I paid the amount on the same day. And I got a confirmation mail from the bank that account is close. After two days I was just sitting on my microsoft account and called them and after few hours of confrontation they issued me a credit of $ 143.94 but back to my closed account. I called the first premier bank and explained the same and the lady said the day we receive the money we will send you the cheque back. And today when I called them they are just paying me $43.94 as now they are not giving me the $ 100 bonus which was promised. I asked them that account was closed on jan 19th and the refund was issued after that. I even asked for the recording for jan 19 when I closed my account. So now they are just cheating with me for $100.
credit card
I was approved for $400...immediately they give a $95 startup fee...and charged the 1st year fee of $100 against the card. Essentially, half of what I'm approved, I have to pay $195 upfront before anything is considered activated and full limit available.
Called customer service for clarification and the rep was "smug" about the whole process during the conversation and the already high 36% charged on the $100 they immediately placed.
I'm completely disappointed and will make sure it's just open long enough to increase my credit rating and close with a $0.00 balance.
Predatory practices seems to be the basis of business and I'm not comfortable giving them access to my banking information due to the high number of fraudulent charge reports I'm consistently reading about.
All payments will be done via gift-cards
Hi Doc.
Appreciate your concerns. The return on the loan are only reflective of the risk being taken. This should be in no way considered predatory.
Gift cards can only be used as payment of they can be used as a debit card. All other gift cards are not accepted.
website and telephone bill pay
I have tried innumerable times month after month to pay my bill online, but cannot access account. I call the telephone number listed and get the same recording I get when dialing the number on the back of my credit card. It is ridiculously time consuming to pay bill by telephone, and then when I throw my hands in the air and decide to put myself through the ridiculous lengthy recorded process, I hear that my payment will not be posted until the following day, causing payment to be late and a fee charged to my accpunt. I am tired of this I am not going to continue to pay late fees because your website will not allow me to access account, and if payment is being made on the date due then it is not o.k. for payment to be listed as late and not processed. It's in your system on date due. If you have a cut off time then payment must be due the day before. Ridiculous.
service
I m very disappointed on the behavior of a supervisor, I have 2 card, and I see tht 1 of cc was charge monthly for a credit protection, the supervisor Juliane was very rude and disrespectful toward me . I dnt know how she got tht position, but they need to review her . It a shame . . I was expecting her to be more professional and efficiency, all cuts should be treated with respect.
