Jan 1 of 2022 I bought a home warranty from first premier home warranty. On may the 10 th my ac went out in 90 degree heat and I was advised it would take 3 or 4 days just to process the claim so I called my own tech that was local and they came the next day and fixed a very minor issue for 268.00 that was approved. I was supposed to be refunded 208.00. As of this day in april they have refused to pay me my money. I paid this company 446.78 to cover my home. I have never received any service from this company. They took all of my 446.78 and kept it. They have refused to work out any solution of any kind. They refuse to work with any agency that I have contacted to help me. They have told me at least 4 times that my check is in the mail but it never comes. I sent over 200 emails asking for my money for my ac repair. In october I was sent a cash in lieu of form to sign saying that I would get my money but it never came. I was told in dec I was getting my check but it never came. I was told in february that I would get my check in 7 to 14 days but never came. I was told in march that I was getting my refund but no check.

Desired outcome: please do the right thing under gods law and send me my 200.00 that you know you owe me for my ac repair otherwise you stole my money from me making you a thief.
