Hello,

I would like to make a complaint regarding the recent service received. I made an orser from the UK worth over £70 which was made end of May and I am yet to receive my order. I have submitted various email enquiries and even purchased a calling card to call Fashion nova directly to speak to somebody for me to know where my order is but was only able to get an answer phone. I needed the items for an event which I was not able to attend as a result of the order not being delivered.
I am highly disappointed with the service received and I would like to be contacted by a fashion nova colleague to determine what has happened to my order. I have previously made a delivery before and my items were delivered by Yodel couriers. I have contacted Yodel and they have told me that my items had not been received by them??
