I was shorted money from my return credit not including shipping charges. I have been call for 3 weeks now at all hours and no one answers customer service! I've sent serveral emails with pictures as proof of my issue and that the wrong item was sent to me and I keep getting an email response that has nothing to do with my issue. I am not the only one who is having this problem, one of my cousins has the same problem i'm having with trying to contact someone in customer service and my other cousin hasn't even received her credit yet and it's been more than a month!

I made a purchase on fashionova website on the 31 August. My order was reach the free shipping rate but i paid for 10 dollars because i want to receive my order early. The 10 dollar rate said shipping is between 5-10 days.
It been 5 days now i made the order but i have not receive any update if my order has been ship or not. Am travelling on friday 8 September and i need the orders for my trip . Can you please help me know what is going on . Will i be able to receive my order by friday and if not is there any differnt way i can faster my order am ready to pay extra for faster shipping . I really need this orders for my vacation trip on friday .

I am pissed the [censor] out! I've been calling and emailing Fashionnova for the last 2/3 weeks and no one has been getting back to me. I ordered a package and returned some items and I have yet received my refund! I don't know what to do because their phone number doesn't even work and my purchase was over 100$ I need someone to contact me back immediately. I've never had this problem with any other site online, I promise I will NEVER again purchase anything off this site. They are a scam! Excuse me for my innapropriate language but I am very mad. If I have to file a lawsuit or bring this to court I will. That is stealing. I suggest no one to order anything off this site, their website will say you will receive your shipping within 2 days if your purchase is over 75$ and it took me 4 days to receive. Fashionnova is full of [censor]!

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago, and haven't received it nor has it been shipped out. I've tried contacting Fashion Nova, but haven't gotten a response. The phone number provided doesn't get you anywhere, and the emails being sent just gives you a case number, but no response from a CSR! This is the last time I order from Fashion Nova! For the amount of business this compny gets, they lack customer service big time! Then again can't expect much from poor quality clothes :/

To whom it may concern, I am loyal customer of fashion Nova for a very long time and never had any problems with any of my previous purchases.However about a week ago on August the 24th, I decided to purchase some jeans from your website received a confirmation email with an order number, which was supposed to ship within 2 business days, since then haven't received any information regarding my shipment .I would like to know what the hell is going with my shipment !

I made my order on Monday, August 28, 2017. I paid for 1 business day shipping. I only received the confirmation email the day of and nothing since then. I have been unsuccessful in contacting this company because all the phone numbers that were listed are disconnected. I ordered this dress for an event happening the weekend of the order. I am very upset and there is no persons available to find out any information.

I returned my items that did not fit about a month ago and paid to send the package back. The tracking number shows that the package was received by them 3 weeks ago but i have not received any credit for those items yet. I have contacted them twice via email, few times by phone and no one answers. This is really poor customer service. I also had to pay $25 to ship the items back at this point I want full refund on everything.

I made a purchase at FashionNova on August 17th, and til this date I have not received an email about my order being shipped! I have called numerous times and have not been able to speak to any sales representative. The prerecording keeps directing you to their website. I have emailed them and have not heard back. I tried commenting on their Instagram account and they have deleted my comments. It is by far the WORST customer service! Now I just need to find a way to get my money back. I will never be purchasing anything from them ever again!

I'm very disappointed in FashionNova. I bought a dress that was originally priced for $29.99. I used a discount code that bought the price down to $21.00. With shipping; total price paid was $27.00. I received the dress opened the package and the dress had a hole in it where the stitching came out in the front upper chest section. I was told that if I returned the item with receipt of shipping total, that I would get credit for the dress and reimbursed for shipping. They received the order and gave me a credit of $10.50. Their statement showed the dress being $15.00 with a $4.50 discount, which is not what I paid for the dress. I've tried calling them a total of 15 times. I've sent three emails with a copy of my receipt of what I paid and still no one has gotten back with me. Its going on two weeks with no response. All I want credited is the amount I payed for the dress and reimbursement for the shipping. The customer service is horrible.

My grand daughter a college student has ordered merhandise on a visa card and the items have not been received. The company staff will not answer phone nor reply for lost shipments or unreceived shipments. Phone keeps cutting off and there is no real person to handle the complaints. There are many complaints involving this matter. Can you please check into this to make sure this company is implement good customer service for those who are spending their money and make sure people are getting their refunds for merchandise not shipped nor received.

The items i returned were worth about $150.00 . I am so frustrated and upset that they think they have the right to explore other peoples money. Their stuff looks so good on models but it is such cheap material. I think this company need to either improve customer service and respect that people work hard for their money or shut down because if i dont get my refund back then i practically got scammed by a website that seems to be legit.

I ordered clothes on 9th august and I still haven't gotten it! I did get a mail that they where in Los Angeles on the 15th august. I live international, but it has been long over 10 days! I have tried to send mails and stuff but they never reply. I tried tracking my order but nothing shows up! I have also tried to call them but it doesn't work. I lost a lot of money.

I placed a order with this business on August 9th for black dress. I still have no rexieved my order. Ive tracking it and there isnt any tracking information for my order. Ive co tacted their customer service number but only get a voicemail recording. Ive messaged them on email without getting a response. Ive emailed them and still havnt gotten an explaination on the whereabouts of my order or a refund. Ive even filed a BBB complaint. Ive commented on things they are continuously posting on there social accounts inquiring about my order and they jus delete my comments. Im not sure whats going on i jus want what i paid for or a full refund

I've placed an order with you guys .. you guys receive the money out of my account... but I have yet to receive a tracking number and order number. I never recieved my order and they are deleting myy comments on social media, I can't speak to anyone on the phone because it's a complete garbage answering machine. Anything to do it literally ends up hanging up on me! This is ridiculous I just want my stuff or my money back! They do this to everyone I am sick of it. Someone needs to hit this company with a huge lawsuit. So unprofessional.

I returned 2 items got credit for only 1 then I placed and order using my credit on a pair of shoes thst I really wanted that came back in.. thinking they would resolve my other inquiry in the meantime I check order status.. I see it was canceled with no refund issued etc. Ive email bo response I commented on Instagram and still nothing there numbers dont work nothing I will not buy from them again

I placed an order on the 13th of July of over $500. I then received an email confirming my order. However every time i tried to track my order, i realized that there were no updates.
On August 1st, my order was cancelled. I received no emails in-between the confirmation and cancellation. I sent an email to [protected]@fashionnova.com asking why it was cancelled.
I recieved an email from Le'lani stating my order was cancelled by customer protection and that my money would be refunded in 10 business days MAX.
IT IS NOW AUGUST 27TH! I cannot afford to lose $500! what the hell?!
To make matters worse, they have begun to ignore all my emails inquiring about the issue!
Disgusting!
And their custumer service number is practically useless!

Tired of calling, leaving messages on instagram while you are answering all costumers and im out of the list, sending emails and I got 1 answer asking for my tracking# and orders details and no one resolves anything or says anything, thats really sad, big company with such a bad reputation. How long do I have to wait more to get all of my refunds back?! Its been almost 3 WEEKS.

I ordered clothes for back to school on August 22. The next day I received an email stating that my order has been flagged, and that in order for Fashion Nova to release my order I would have to send an email with my photo id. Being as I wasn't the one to pay for the stuff it was my mother. I felt bad, and tried calling their customer service number I also tried emailing them to have them no answer. I even tried to dm them on Twitter and Instagram. I just want my order to be shipped to me. My mother worked hard for her money, and to have it scammed from her is not a good thing.

My cousin & I ordered jeans from your website almost 2 months ago. We still haven't received our order, let alone any tracking information suggesting our order has left the US. It is our understanding that no order is to take this long to arrive, even with the maintenance going on recently. We have emailed you guys multiple times to only receive an automated response giving us irrelevant information to the questions we have asked. We have also tried calling you, only to be put on hold and hung up on. Very disappointed in the customer service and the misleading information on your website. To anyone wanting to shop at fashion nova, I would strongly recommend otherwise.
