The customer chat told me that they would pass my issue to the global team department, but it has been three days, and I have not received a response yet.

I believe that Boden is responsible for this and needs to repair the jacket. Simply offering a refund is not enough. I hope that Boden can take responsibility for their product and provide a solution that will allow my daughter to wear the jacket and trousers as intended.
