Burger King / service, wrong product, misinformation

My brother and I went to a location in orlando, in drive thru the cashier was not pleasant, we ordered a coke and got vanilla coke and we tried ordering a vanilla come which they said ok so when we got to window and was waiting for the cone we were told they didn't have it so they never charged us. I wished they had told us that when we ordered our food

    How old are you, OP? God forbid they not charge you for something you didnt get.
