I ordered a camera bag, and visiting my order I saw "seller did not ship goods" and "order "closed" without me being able to open a dispute and I did not get a refund. as the seller closed the order and I can not open dispute. I think this seller is acting in a fraudulent way, and need an urgent refund. there was no email ever from him indicating he wil not send
