I am writing this complaint because I have been waiting for over 3 months (90 days) for a refund on order #3068870140222648.

The item was returned following all official procedures, and the seller has already confirmed the receipt of the package in the system. Despite this, AliExpress is withholding my money and refusing to process the refund. I have tried contacting their customer support multiple times through the app, but the agents refuse to escalate the case or provide a definitive solution, ignoring my consumer rights.

This is a total lack of protection for the buyer. I demand the immediate release of my refund. If this is not resolved after this public complaint, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my bank and report this to the European Consumer Centre.

I am forced to leave this public review because AliExpress customer service has completely failed me.

I returned the product for Order #[protected] exactly 90 days ago. The seller officially confirmed they received the package back in their warehouse. However, AliExpress is illegally withholding my funds and refusing to release my money.

Their chat support ignores my requests to speak with a supervisor, and their corporate email addresses reject incoming messages. This is a clear violation of European Consumer Protection laws.

I demand my money back immediately. If a senior specialist does not process my refund today, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my bank and escalate this to the Consumer Authorities in Madrid.
