Airtel / airtel a ###ing service (wheather is executive fault or airtel lassiness)

i recently called airtel executive for new airtel broadband connection, they says within 1 day we will install to home, but they take much time to connect, we are still waiting for the connection, whenever we tried to contact the customer care or executive, but the result always nill, we could take any action but coz we deposite 1000 for airtel executive, some times he switch off his mobile or not responding,
