Comerica Bank – Opening a CD online

I went through the process of opening a CD online. I provided all the required information. It was followed by some stupid verification process about where I lived and some other irrelevant information. I am sure I provided correct answers, but I was rejected without any good reason.
I decided then that Comerica is a LOSER and I opened up my Betterment account and transferred money from my Comerica account. The whole process was a breeze. Now I know that Comerica has antiquated security protocols and I will simply avoid the stupid online process.
