Tonight, I have tried to make four on-line purchases with my debit card and all were denied because the card is no good. It works fine in store. I spent an hour on the phone, after I got cut off and had to call back, was transferred three times which equals four people, in four different departments and they all said the same thing. They don't show anything wrong, they don't know why the card is not working, there is nothing they can do. Well they can do nothing for someone else because I am changing banks after 15+ years. If you cannot figure out why your own debit card does not work what are you good at. And just for measure if I could speak to someone who speaks English well it would be a plus.
And why is it you have to repeat the same questions every time? Transfer the information if you transfer me.
