(1) requested increase (2) provided all info (3) transferred to another who asked for all info and received and then hung up and did not call back (4) got another rep, gave all info and provided all income etc. (5) request was rejected and was not provided reason why...
As a small mom and pop housing provider, I do my best to improve my properties. By refusing my request, citi bank is contributing to the homeless problem in this country
