Circle K review: I have a declined charge on my cash app card still pending I need my money now I'm out of gas at the gas station

SID: A0099999980840. TVR:[protected]. TSI: 6800. VACR:05. ARQC:98A21303D0309E0E. This was at 11:30 am on Sunday June 26 about a half hour ago. I want my money released this is very unprofessional on your end.

Desired outcome: I want the pending charge resolved now. I didn't receive any gas or cash back there was no reason to hold my money and leave me broke with no gas because of a declined transaction.
