Circle K review: Employee threw out my daughters frosty on purpose

The guy who through my daughters drink in the trash (wasting company money) is about 6'3 300 lbs with long hair. He said " just like the military you have to follow orders and then took my daughters frosty and threw it in the trash. (I am a veteran.) Then told me to get out. The gentleman who checked out before me with the lady didn't have a mask and was treated fine at check out.

Desired outcome: I want him terminated and a apology
