Complaint in regards to Circle K 3955 STATE RD CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH, US, [protected]

In the evenings on weekdays after 5:00 pm, it's not a good customer experience. It's as if you are walking into someone's home with emotionally upset angry employees instead of a gas station. It feels like you are interrupting the employees instead of being welcomed and like a customer. You hear the employees audibly voicing their complaints about work schedules, home issues, etc. The employees seem to have guests of their own come in and congregate in the store and talk very loud. I've been to the gas station several times when the employees seem to have ("company"/employee guests) of their own. Some of the employee guests are rude to customers. One of the employees guests spoke extremely loud (basically shouted) purposefully every time a customer went to speak to the cashier to advise what they wanted to purchase. The cashier just laughed and told their guest that they were mean. The time advertised on the website shows 24 hrs however, this store has various hours. Today there was a hand written note on the door that stated they were closing at 9pm. One day this month they were closed in the early evening with a note on the door stating they were closed due to staffing issues. The employees that work there now in the evening on weekdays need to be replaced. I'm pretty sure they are losing Circle K a lot of business because of the guests of the employees. It is extremely unprofessional to be at work and have your friends/family come to your workplace to congregate and offend actual paying customers. The weekday evening employees extra curricular activities while at work at this Circle K need to be investigated right away.. anytime after 5pm
