I went in last night 11/5, didn't have my ID on me, and was refused service by a woman who's never worked at this store before. I come in all the time and all the people who work there know I'm old enough to buy things. This girl didn't, and while I can't complain about not having my ID and the girl doing her job well...

I can complain that I came back with my ID and tried to buy again and was still turned away by this creature with orange hair and the longest fingernails I've ever seen. If that person is still working there, I won't be coming back. I spend A LOT of money there, gas and snacks, almost daily. For her to refuse to sell to me doesn't make any sense, until you factor in that she was being racist and said something about me being white.

She also had the door locked for over 20 minutes the first time I came by, and I had to wait for her to unlock it. The second time, her boyfriend was in the store loitering. This was between 7PM and 10PM last night.

Again - I won't be back there. Being treated like I'm trying to steal or somehow rob the store when I'm a paying customer didn't feel nice, and I won't sign up for being treated like that again by YOUR employees.

Desired outcome: Get rid of that lady - she's costing you money. Didn't catch her name, but she had ugly orange hair, and again - the longest and nastiest fingernails I've ever seen on a human being.
