Circle K review: Bought a iphone charger from store that does not work for Apple product from store 124 in Lithonia Ga 30058

When to 2685 Evans mills Rd. Lithonia Ga 30038 on May 10, 2021 at 12:05pm. Brought a Apple Cell phone Charger that was ask did they sell for 10:00 I also played 10 dollars in lottery tickets and brought a small bottle of Tropicana orange juice for over 2 dollar which came about 23 dollars and 56 cent. I was handed 1 dollar and the rest change and no receipt by cashier. The next morning I tried to return the charger which the manager said he couldnt return it he could exchange it. I told him why would I exchange it for the same product that doesnt. They ask me to go home to get my Ipad so I drove back home and they seen that the charger wouldnt work on the Ipad, none the them work on my Apple. He told me what stores I needed to go to, to purchase another one but wouldnt return my money. I told him I dont have to have a refund just exchange for the 10 dollar value he wouldnt do that. I ask him his full name and the number to corporate office so I can call instead of arguing with him in front of customers. He told me the store didn't have a corporate, nor will he give me his full name. This Manager Looked like a Felon wasnt well groom, Nasty dreads, Gold took in front with the other front tooth missing. He looked more homeless than the manager of the store. He wasnt professional at all and didnt seem to know the business. Its best you check his background because I know for a fact Ive seen him Coming from Dekalb County Courts before under Probation. Store 124 at 2685 Evans Mill Rd. Lithonia Ga 30038. My name is Queen Shi Yung 81 willowick Drive Lithonia Ga [protected]. I would like a check refund of 10.00 pus 5.00 in gas making me go back home to get my I paid to prove to him. He knew it was their product and there was no knowledge on posting listed in store that said no refunds on chargers. Please refund my money and check on this man, if hes a felon he shouldnt be working in that store. please respond to my email [protected]@yahoo.com. Thank You

Desired outcome: Refund was not given so corporate had to be called. Manager needs to be double checked
