Circle K Market managers

The market managers in my area all team up and work together with the managements of the stores around the city and cover for eachother and or brush serious matters under the rug whenever customer service representative attempt to speak up or complain about unfair treatment for no fault of the employee.

These things happen because the managers of each store and the market managers along with any district or area supervisors formulate a scheme against company policy in order to protect they current position and holding onto the stores that they manage.

Circle K Headquarters needs to recognize that these things happen, and eventually employees will get smarter than the managers.

just like Circle k video monitors and records all sensitive areas and most activities with 24/7 surveillance footage theres nothing stopping the employee who is being mistreated to also audio record or video record the mistreatment and those videos and evidence will remain on the employees device forever.

I am going to monitor every manager i work for and will take these complaints and allegations qll the way to Canada because apparently going directly to your local Human Resource department will get you nothing but your issues being swept under the rug and your hours being shaded amongst your coworkers until you are forced to work for only working 1 shift a week.

these managers think they're fooling corporate circle k and in all reality they are doing a really good job at that

but these managers can't fool me or other thinkers like myself who aren't push overs who give up like all before me.

Desired outcome: Corporate Circle K from Canada to investigate Arizona territory to remedy a parade of lawsuits coming their way.

Circle K Overall service

This location is always conveniently closed or has problems with the system. Seems as tho none of the employees want to do their job at all and many of them are rude. The place is always dirty and unkept. Common items are not restocked for weeks at a time. There always seems to be some problem. If they weren't the cheapest cigarettes in the area I wouldn't return no matter how close they are to my home.

Circle K Circle K Store on Craycroft & Speedway Closed for no reason

I visit your store located at 5502 E Speedway on a regular basis late at night. Store is closed with a hand written note saying closed. There is no restocking or any other happenings that would necessitate a store closing. I waited out the young I store to see how they would be closed for. I arrived at your store at 215am and it is now 315am and the store still remains closed. The store clerk was on the side of the building smoking with some homeless people while at least 30 customer have come and gone disappointed. The store does this consistently. Management needs to visit this store between the hours of 12am and 4 am.

Desired outcome: Have the employees terminated for dereliction of duty. This is ridiculous that a store would be closed for this amount of time.

Circle K Theft

Friday , the 20th of May at approximately 3:00 pm I stopped to put gas in my vehicle. I sent my grandchildren in with my debit card and pin to put in $20 of gas. The doors were locked so we waited.

My grandchildren came back, I showed them how to put gas in. We put in the $20 and left.

That evening I checked my bank acct and $41.00 was taken out, not the $20 I put in the car.

Im upset even though it's just $21.00 taken from my acct! That's just not right!

I purposefully paid inside cause I thought this couldn't happen, but apparently someone knows how to get around this.

I called the store this morning and asked to speak to the manager. He said she wouldn't be in till Monday. He also said her name is Ruthie.

I will go to the store, they have cameras so everything will be revealed.

Desired outcome: I want my money returned and who ever is stealing fired. Thank you, Barbara Leyba [protected]

Circle K Fuel trigger save 20 Cents coupon

5/18/2022 11;26:46 AM and 11:29:31AM I had to go in twice to try to get this issue resolved .I went to use my 20 cent off coupon . I use shell circle k gas all the time. I always play the circle k games. I'm a very loyal customer. Gas was $4.23 for reg. I looked before I went in. Paid $40 on pump 3. Got a receipt . It dint go down. went back in. Ladi inside was very rude. But tried to fix it . Went back out . Came back in she said I had to talk to the manager . At this point I'm aggravated, I'm late to where I have to be . I'm trying to save on this expensive gas in my V8 ETC! So the manger does some calculating on his calculator and hands me $2 he says here this is what you would have saved ...? I just walk out... No what i would have saved would have been more gas in my ride if yall would have got it to do right... please make this right ... i love circle k but his has me so mad right now

Circle K Gas price and pumps store 2708802

Date: 5/18/22, 6:39PM

The pump wasn’t working as it often doesn’t and I had to go inside to pay for gas. I paid cash. This store recently changed to Cash for.10/gal less or Credit. Since I had to go inside I paid cash. I went to pump my $30.00 worth of gas and the price was the higher Credit price on the pump and not the Cash price. I went back inside and was told they had no control of that. Really? I have been threatening to stop going to this store for a while, but because it is the closest to my job, I continue to stop. This store is awful and I will stop shopping here. The pumps are always down or paper not in the pumps with long lines inside. I pay at the pump for many reasons and shouldn’t be charged for not going inside…much less even when I do. I would’ve filled up my tank at the higher price, but I refuse going in to get change back when I could’ve paid at the pump. This store is a bad representation of Circle K!

Desired outcome: Fix the pumps and don’t charge for paying at the pump and I will be back

The there is not a cash or credit price the. 30 off is with the easy pay card the gas is the same price cash or credit if you register for the easy pay card you get 30 cents off on gas before you write a bad review make sure you know what your talking about first

Circle K Refused Service due to dogs

Me and my mother just went to Circle K after a small ride into town, and she stopped to get grab some coffee. We had 3 small dogs with us and couldn't leave in car. Took them in. Another guy came out with a big dog. Refused service , though other guy just had dog. We were holding our dogs. They were not. Employee was extremely rude to us afterward.

Circle K Refusal of service

Y'all need a sign up stating No Service Animals or whatever. Because I go to this Circle K everyday to get the Sip and Save I spend numerous amounts of money at this store on Hwy. 171. In Moss Bluff Louisiana. Adress is as follows:

944 US 171, Lake charles, LA.

This lady didn't have to be so rude. I brought my 3 small breed dogs in. Yes my little one jumped out if my arms. But she was okay. I proceed to the sip and save Iced Coffee machine. The lady whom I didn't even get a name (by the way this happened like 10 minutes ago) says in a rude manner,"Ma'am, you can NOT have dogs in here."

I said well I don't see a sign that says that. She says its Y'all policy and thats nice and all but how can we know if there is NO SIGNS!

Anyway Y'all lost my business for good. Thanks but no thanks I'm a dern person not an animal and I will not tolerate someone's treating me like one! EVER! 😠 🗯 😡

Desired outcome: I want a sign up or this lady to go to counseling and quit flirting with every guy that walks in the door and do her job well. Not be rude she needs something. May a good ole southern [censored] whipping!

Establishments should not have to post signs saying “ No animals allowed” or even “Shoes and Shirts required” it SHOUD be common sense / basic human etiquette.

Circle K Store manager

Go to the Circle K every single day multiple times a day on 2121 South Chambers St. in Aurora Colorado there are two ladies who asked me for ID every single time I go in there today I said to the lady you see me every day multiple times a day and you still asked for my ID because you did not ID the lady who was in front of me.. The store manager is in the store not on the clock and proceeds to start yelling back-and-forth with me literally yelling this isn’t 1st time this happened with the store manager I’ve complained before and got no answer I want this lady fired along wiyh the store manager I have never been spoken to like that in public and embrassed by a company I frequent multiple times a day

Desired outcome: I want an apology and the store manager fired along with Lisa at the front desk

Circle K Sip & save not honored in some stores

Own April 25th 2022 at Opelika exit 62 I-85 Circle K at approximately 10 30pm Central Standard Time I have a Sip & save account but at this particular store I was told that it was not honored there. the way I see it S I P save at Circle K means sipnsave at Circle K not at some Circle K's. Also I have had numerous issues of having to pay for some because the system was saying I had already gotten my drink when in fact I had not. In closing I would like to say that my Valley, Alabama (Fairfax) location is the most friendly and clean place in which to do business thanks to brenda, nia,& Stacy A+

Circle K Debit card skimmed

I tried using pump 6 to purchase gas on April 23 at 2:58pm. Inserted debit card entered pin# and pump stated see cashier.

I went in and cashier and it is the manager working at the register. I asked for $20 and used my Debit card. Within one hour of leaving the store my debit card had been hacked. I feel someone that works there did this or total lack of security for secure transactions at the pump.

Desired outcome: New rules to regulate how pumps are secure to handle digital transactions.

Circle K Apple gift card

Om Mar-21-22 I went to circle k store 101 in Vidalia ga. To purchase a apple gift at10.47 pm the apple card was decline but they took 352.36 of my I call the police to get my money back and they told them to give her money say I had to come back and talk to the mgr nana she told me to due a dispute at this time went back to police they detective came and seen were the money was took off my card and say they suppose to give me back my money they talk to the the district mgr she told them my money will be back on my card in couple day as of now I have not received my money I need some one who over her I got my police they got theft forge all am ask for my money back cash app say they did not receive no my name Angela Brown pH number [protected] I been trying to find the corporate office for the Vidalia are please help me gety money back

Circle K Store closed

I’m writing about a location in Baton Rouge, lA on government street, it was a handwritten closed sign on the door saying closed at 330 am Friday April 15th, 2022, but the employee was clearly visible behind the counter sitting down playing on her phone.

Desired outcome: Switch her to days since she can’t run the store during her night shift

Circle K 100oz polar pop cup and the amount my client is being charged

Hello my name is Jody and I work with individual's with mental and physical Handicap's my client lives close to the circle k #2741246 and has been getting his cup filled for several years recently

A new manager has taken over the store and began charging my client

$2.25 to refill his 100oz polar pop cup

When I asked about it I was told it was because it was a 1gallon cup I sent a message e-mail to complain about it

Around a week ago

4-5-22 this morning I paid for my clients

Soda and grabbed a small styrofoam cup for him to fill and pour into the 100oz cup to prevent a mess from being made and the clerk informed me I would have to pay another 1.07 to pay for the cup a heated argument followed

And I informed the clerk that my client is on the DDS waiver and that I was going to file a Abuse Neglect and Extortion with the state HHS over the issue

The clerks # 3295130 Shannon register 1 phone # [protected]

as this is a systemic issue at this store

My supervisor has instructed me to proceed with filing an ANE with the state

He owns the cup and shouldn't be paying for 128oz - 1gal and only receiving 100oz and they shouldn't be price gouging

It's my belief that they are discriminating

And targeting my client

Circle K One of the employees tried to steal my hundred dollar lottery ticket

This cashier tried to say that my hundred dollar lottery ticket would not scan and try to keep it from me until I told her that I was going to show her on the lottery Ohio Lottery that is a winner and she said here I'm not about to argue with you and give it back to me she is racist against white people because earlier I tried to give her 20 bucks for slushy as she not she didn't want to take it because it was folded she needs to be fired she's very rude disrespectful and tried to say I stole a lottery ticket because I ripped the top off of a $20 lottery ticket which doesn't matter it's still stands the same and it shows it says 10 times 10 which is $100 there is another employee that was working with her at the time this just happened at 2:12 p.m. on 4! 4 2020

Desired outcome: I would like her fired! Im sure this isnt the first rine she treated someone like this she tried to steal 100 dollars!

Circle K Unethical working conditions

Hardly any days off, overworked, underappreciated, infested with roaches, the overhang has a pillar which is rusting away, the equipment is constantly going down, refusing to hire anyone knowing we are very shorthanded, coworkers always late, ect. Store number is 6694. Been going on for the time I've been working there. 7 months.

Circle K Overcharge on my ticket after purchasing gas 1/12/2022

Subject: Copy of dispute receipt I NEED HELP!

11.00 overcharge. Don't usually buy anything but gas and will not trade at this station again. It is older pumps and charge system so who knows. Attention said he did have a similar problem and would report it. Could not give me any contact info of management? nor does you site give a clear contact location

reference no. 727581 C I pushed no button for any other service so I do not know why my bill came to $13.57 which my bank credited and then debited me again. Your not fixing my claim.

You are not honoring my request through BankCorpSouth They did attempt a credit then debit for ($13.57 and then -13.57 clearly not reading my dispute properly. Twice! Circle K never responds to my contact, no matter how I try.

I want my refund for the overcharge in my gas purchase that is getting ignored I have a copy of the ticket available

Circle K Car wash damaged my vehicle paint

I went to a touchless car wash going in my car was in perfect condition and I had purchased it a year ago. Coming out my car had machine swirl marks on the hood and the rear pillars (probably due to their dryer touching it). Today on march 11 I received a letter denying any responsibility saying they couldn’t find anything in their “investigation “. Their phone numbers reach nowhere.

Circle K Discrimination - Delay of process of payments received - Retaliation

I walked into Circle K at 7:25 AM this morning to a line of 3 people. A gentleman at the counter aging anywhere from 55-65 years old was upset about being carded, he didn't want his personal information viewed by employee. The female with long black hair was very rude to him, which he ended up leaving the store upset, and not buying items. It was my turn to go to the counter, which mind you I'm in this Circle K 3-5 times a day buying things, I mentioned that he (customer) must be having a bad morning. The manager?overweight lady with long dirty blonde hair, stated that it was company policy to ID everyone. I stated Ohio laws states to use your judgement for anyone over the age of 40, I said that man was in his mid 50s-60s. She stated she didn't care and that she was going to ID everyone. I then stated, you are going to lose customers with the attitude and inconvenience when not necessary to ID customers. She then got an attitude with me, stated she didn't care and they could go somewhere else. I then put my cigarettes back on the counter and stated with this type of customer service and treatment, I'm taking my business elsewhere. They both said, "Are you serious", I stated, yes, people spend a lot of money in here and most of us live in the area, I will no longer spend my money here until there is better customer service and treatment of people when they come in here. I felt it was very unprofessional and appalling that this woman just talks to people like this. Word of mouth spreads quickly, I will be talking to my neighbors and locals about boycotting this gas station until there is some respect for customers and better customer service. These employees did not use their better judgement and obviously need some training in customer service. I just cannot believe what I just witnessed. I have been going to this Circle K for 18 years, never had witness such horrible treatment, and then for the cashier to be rude and basically tell me my money doesn't matter either, so I took it to Rebel gastation across the street. I will be shopping there until these issues are resolved.

Circle K Clerk scam on customer's return change

This complaint is regarding a very vexing and disrespectful issue that happened on 3/2/2022 around 11:50 PM central, dealing with a clerk at Circle K, located at 2350 Michigan Ave. Pensacola, Florida.

The issue is regarding a clerk that seems to be scamming and thieving people out of their return money (change). It appears to me that every time I purchase something at the store, the clerk always claims that she’s out of change and keeps the money. She appears to be a Caucasian female, with blonde hair and a bit heavyset

The most disturbing aspect of the issue is the fact that the suspecting clerk responded that she did not want her cash register to be short, which gave her the right to keep my money. The clerk proceeded with the audacity to disrespect me by calling me poor and not to return to the store, just because she got caught stealing and scamming the customer out of their hard-earned money.

I felt obligated to post this complaint just to alert others. I respect my money and I am all about the principles of things and it does not matter if I’m rich or poor. Moreover, it does take 1 penny to make 1 million dollars. In addition, those pennies do add up at the end of the day by a large lump sum that could be way more than the equivalent of the clerk’s hourly pay.

The video footage that recorded the issue at the store, should be able to prove the facts and my complaint.
